There are also a few tables inside, but with the line at the register, it felt a little tight to sit inside. They have a huge array of goodies - baked goods, pastas, sauces, pickled veggies, wine. Our panini were brought out to us - we both ordered the Calabrian panini, but they came out very different. Mine was on the spicy side, which I like and was expected for the ingredients of the sandwich; however, my husband's was piled high with mostly prosciutto?? Kind of weird, but it was still good. We could see the sandwich prep area, so I'm not sure what happened. We also got the white wine flight, which I think they forgot about. We were almost done with our panini when the wine came out. The four flavors were average in terms of white wine we've had.

I bought a bottle of the vermentino to enjoy on the rest of my trip, so that was a plus. It compares to other vermentinos I've enjoyed. Let's see if Utah wine is any better...

It was a great experience learning about how all these local wine makers produce their wine and the difference in taste compared to the mass produced wines. There were only two seats available, at the end of the bar, where the seating was much lower than the rest of the bar. A bit of an awkward set-up, but I'll take that any day of the week over waiting.
