Then the person giving people the orders stated, "oh you're still here for that erika order.. here we forgot to give you the other part of it"... well I see you all don't check the full order before sending it out. 8:27 rolls by... 8:45 rolls by and I finally get the food order. Remind you it was only 9 items they ordered 2 tacos, a quesadilla, nachos and a drink, etc. nothing crazy and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes! Nearly 2 hours to distribute the food to the delivery driver, ME! This is absurd and awful customer service. I was not offered a drink for my wait time, the manager didn't come out and apologize for the inconvenience, nothing. Just ridiculous tbh, a person from another establishment was more helpful than them. Also, what turned me off this experience was other people everytime I walked in were getting refunds! & I understand it's 30 other establishments within that one building, but it was specifically for Birria- ATL each time.
