I had the delicious Edgy Veggie: Fried green tomatoes with mushroom gravy on a biscuit with an iced coffee. The coffee is lovely and there is a good range of specialty lattes (hot or iced) including milk alternatives for the dairy challenged, such as myself. The staff was delightful and friendly, and equally as cheerful was the decor of the restaurant. No boring gray here! Despite many options our second day in town, we decided to return the next day. The green tomatoes were just okay, but I would say that the dipping sauce that came with them was fabulous. The loaded tater tots didn't really seem like tater tots but tasted okay. The donut holes were decent. I ordered the Chick N' Ditch (chicken breast and waffles). The unpleasantly salty chicken was a filet. The French toast that looked like pancakes were good JP ordered the Avocado Toast and said it was just okay. The Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit was good. I was able to order a biscuit on the side (even though the paper menu didn't show biscuits as a side). The biscuit was good.
