Bubble tea is okay but they need more workers. Everytime I visit there's either one worker in there and no one in front of the cashier.

What's wrong with the tapioca pearls, like why are most of them sticked together and all roughed up?

Hello they are sticked because once they are cooked they are added into brown sugar syrup and raw brown sugar. Which not only makes them sweet but also sticky and yum.

I've been to a Ding Tea in another state and gather that these are likely all privately-owned franchise locations. Today, I went into this location with almost my full family, so a large party of 6 with energetic small kiddos, aloof teenagers, and adults looking to entertain everyone. Here's what I'll say about this location: First, the staff is very friendly and was kind to answer all questions of the many first-time guests in our party. We all ordered different drink. Second, most of our party was luke warm in their drinks, even the brand new 4yo didn't really enjoy it. My brand new 6yo was the only one who really liked their order. The problem with mine was that it was too sweet even though I ordered it with "slight" sweetness, which is supposed to be 30%. Third, the restaurant isn't very clean. The floor is in need of a good mopping, the seats and table need to be wiped down, and the health score on the wall is only 80 (which suggests there have been multiple infractions). That said, the restroom was clean. We probably won't go back, as there are plenty other boba places in Henry County.

"Enjoy Every Moment "…read more It's printed right on the cup! And that's exactly what I did today at The Juicy Boba. Although this was my first visit and although I walked in just before closing 6/28, I still received the best customer service ever. I was taking the grandkids to get taco's next door and saw Juicy Boba and thought I'd try it. I'm new to boba and the owner explained everything to me and I decided on the strawberry mango milk boba and it did not disappoint at all. I will be back to try other flavors. I love the seating area and my grandkids had a ball playing the games. I'm so happy I stopped in . Now I know I more about boba teas than going in.

I ran across a review on here and luckily for me it's right up the street from where I live. I told my husband about it and we both wanted to try it out. We went this past Sunday (7-6-25) and was pleasantly surprised that it is owned by a young black lady! YAAAYY!! Jasmine is her name, and she's very nice and welcoming. She greeted us immediately and asked if we'd ever been there before and gave us a brief rundown of the menu...she was super busy, as she was the only one working that day. I got the Boba tea with Lychee and my husband got some kind of mango tea..w/no boba's in it...it had pieces of mango instead. Both of our drinks were delicious! We mos. def. will be going here more often.
