Most of these reviews are about people who showed up too close to closing and then were surprised that the laundromat stuck with their closing policy. There are multiple signs everywhere that indicate the last load for a wash is 8:00 p.m. Honestly, if you arent planning on getting there by 7:00 p.m to ensure your are done with a wash and dry then that is on you. This place is one of the few laundry places that doesnt feel cramped. It is a nice wide open room with lots of washing machines, dryers and folding tables. Across the street, there is a jack in the box in case you need food or to use the restroom. There are tvs but you wont be able to hear anything. I suggest bringing a book, toys for the kiddos or anything else you need to keep yourself or them entertained. Honestly, this is one of the best laundromats in the tri-valley, let alone Livermore. But hey, believe all the old negative one star reviews. The less of you that come the more open machines I have to use! read more

Prices are great but make sure you go way before closing because as soon as its 9 they will kick you out even if you have 10 min left on a dryer with soaking wet clothes do better had to travel to a different location to dry my clothes unbelievable!!!! read more

I've used the machines at this location off and on over the past 60 years. Needed a larger machine recently to launder a bulky comforter that won't fit in our home machines. Saw a poor review on Yelp but went to Bubble Brite to see what the issue was. Totally outdated low review. The machines are up to date, plenty of seating, plenty of parking both in front and behind the location, and generally pleasant space. Laundered and dried the comforter and am very happy to have revisited this location. Five Stars! read more

I don't know how, but when I used my credit card to wash with two machines, one for 4.50 and the other one was 8.50 triple load, my total cost of the two machines was $13. But when I went online at my bank to check my transaction posting, there was a additional $5 posted from this vendor. I never seen anything about credit card fee use at the business. I dispute this with my bank and my bank refunded me the $5. This should not have happened. I didn't authorize anything beyond the cost of the two machines. I will not be using this business anymore. read more

The coin machine often times returns the wrong amount of change. It is short by a lot, I got $3 back from a $10 bill.

Loved it at first but honestly today was all bad , heads up for others in the future don't go when they are about to close cause they don't give a f if you barley started they will kick you out. And won't give you a refund and that's ridiculous, Was very rude about it to some heartless ppl. I'm pregnant and wet clothes is very heavy!:/ but they didn't care of course but anyways no longer going there but they should also maybe buy bigger signs for the hours that way ppl can actually see them not even the security that went to close saw them but yeah , owners if you read this do better ! read more

Clean enough. but no one to even contact (phone/email) when machines aren't working. one of the washers just kept on taking money w/o actually showing on the screen (machine #8). the phone number found for the site doesn't even get voice mail. lesson learned: go to a place where it's actually manned and has someone to contact when there are problems. i'm all for self-service but there has to be a way to contact when there are problems. read more

Very clean, professional setting, several washers including commercial Washers and Dryers. Standard load of laundry; $2.75, Standard 30 lb. Dryer; .25 cents per 7 minutes. Dexter Commercial Washer; $8.00 per load. 55 lb Dryers; .25 cents per 5 minutes. It would be nice if they had a bathroom and air conditioning (it is very hot in here, even with no dryers running) but at least its very clean and majority of equipment is clean and working efficiently. No outlets to charge a phone. I'm just sitting in my car instead so I can have air conditioning and charge my phone. At least I can be somewhat productive while waiting for my laundry to finish. read more

Washing machines are good and it's a clean place, but there isn't anyone to contact when machines aren't working, I was trying to run the dryer and it took my coins then the timer started but no movement from the dryer.. Bubble Brite need to have someone available to help with things like this or at least have a # for someone to contact.. read more

Our washer/dryer had to be uninstalled for a short time, so my family and I started coming here for the time being. It's a laundromat. It has washers and dryers. That's about it. However, I do like that there is a lot of seating and nice folding tables. There are plenty of different sizes of washers at decent prices. They also have a water vending machine for hot days, but it ate my quarters, so beware. There is a gas station right next door, though, so water is only a short walk away All in all, it seems nice enough. The same couple washers and dryers seem to be broken every time I come, but it can't be easy getting one of those things in very fast. They have soap vending machines if you forgot some or need more. There's a Jack in the Box across the street, so if you're hungry while doing laundry, there you go. Only major complaint is that when it's busy, some families are very loud and it gets very hot inside the building. When you've got a bunch of dryers running though, that's bound to happen. Like I said, it's a laundromat. It's definitely one of the better ones in town, would suggest if you need to get your clothes clean. read more

Decent enough laundromat but it's small and a few machines are broken or down at the moment. They have a TV buts it's behind plexiglass and you can't hear anything or read the TelePrompTer because it's too dark. Also flies are buzzing around everywhere and there is no bathroom. Also one of the seats are taped off because it's broken and has been broken since I was here like over 6 months ago. As long as you can over look the little stuff it gets the job done read more

Usually I would give this place a great review but after my last experience I'm very upset. I used one of the bigger washers so they aren't cheap once I started the machine it started leaking a crazy amount of water so I have to hit the emergency stop. After about ten mins of waiting I finally got the machine to open durning the wait I called the emergency line to let them know what happened and let them know I needed a refund on my money. The lady was super nice took my number and said someone would be down shorty to fix and talk to me. I let her know I was leaving for vacation so to please at least call me back. It's now been almost 2 weeks and I still have not even had a call to apologize and let me know I would not be getting a refund , a call just apologizing would have been fine. Now I will have to find somewhere else to do my laundry read more

Came here to do about 9 loads of laundry. Thankfully, they have varying sizes of driers, so multiple loads fit in the more industrial-sized ones. The largest machines were out of order, but all of our clothes came out clean. My only complaint is that the vending machine was not working (and it's only stocked with water), but you can just run across the road to Jack In the Box. read more
