When I told her that I was looking for a coffee-based bubble tea, she let me try the tapioca balls that have coffee in them. After learning about all the options, I ended up making a cold coffee bubble tea that had their iced coffee, Hokkaido milk, tapioca balls, and the coffee-bursting tapioca balls. It was really delicious. The owner came out to say hi too. He shares that all the ingredients are imported from his native Taiwan. How wonderful!
