Halo-halo and Oreo special w/ crystal boba
    Roy M.

Been coming here for a minute and it always hits. We got the halo-halo snow and oreo special snow this time, both were hella good and not too sweet, which I like. Service was quick, workers were cool, and the spot was clean inside. Chill ambiance too, good place to just hang out for a bit and satisfy the sweet craving. Definitely one of my go-to boba spots in Sparks!

Consistently great milk tea and pastries. This location is better than the others. They offer more milk tea flavors. The boba is always warm and soft. The Hokkaido milk tea is my favorite to get. It's never too sweet. I also love the Ube Cheesecake!

Honest drink review: She opened the door at 7:59pm when they close at 8pm for me to place an order.... 7/5 let's go!!!! Service. Phenomenal!!! I walked up, we made eye contact, I said oh no!!! She said come on in. Instantly. Classic Love the venue and the friendly atmosphere, it was a great experience overall. I will make a note for boba drinkers.... Tiger (which I'm used to being a brown sugar boba, is not the tiger from here). Don't make the mistake my fiancée made. :) -Tiger w/boba: 5/5 Didn't have to ask for sugar levels, just asked for a tiger and a brown sugar all with boba, the milk tea, is delicious. Sweetness levels were OP. And ice was spot on. The taste of the tiger even when you're expecting a brown sugar is delicious. I had to make the sacrifice as I was told boba, so a man must do what a man must do and drink the one she didn't want... it was pretty good I must say! Definitely earned my business just by keeping the door open last minute, that screams customer service at its finest! 5/5 will recommend to friends.

One of my go-to places around town. This bubble tea place has cute ambiance, comfortable and clean. Fast service and their bobbas are always nice and chewy unlike other places. Fast service and staff are all nice! Place like no other when it comes to desserts! Well done!

Ditched my usual Taro milk tea and tried the Tiramisu boba tea with coffee jelly from their specials menu and loved it!

Ditched my usual Taro milk tea and tried the Tiramisu boba tea with coffee jelly from their specials menu and loved it! Their service is quick and the staff is very sweet! This backdrop and trees make for a great ambiance! Love this place

Yum! I ordered two bobas and both were amazing! I came in pretty late (close to closing) and the girl that helped me was super nice! I couldn't decide whether to order a coconut or Taru boba and she said why not mix them. What!? Yes, please! I ended up mixing strawberry and coconut and had the best milk tea boba ever. I also got it 25% on the sweet scale, which was just right for me. I also ordered a banana milk tea for my boyfriend, which was just as good. The Cafe is super cute that is anime inspired with a ton of fun decor featuring a fuzzy chandelier! Must try!

We were going to have lunch at Basak Chicken next door when my niece and I decided to go next door to Bubble Tea Station Cafe to get boba. Upon entering the cafe, we immediately noticed the cafe was bedecked in anime-themed decor (mostly from the series One Piece) plus some BT21 related items. Once we decided, we cued to place our order and since all the other people in the cafe were waiting for their orders, we stepped up to the cashier immediately. It took a few minutes for our orders to be prepared: one taro and one mocha boba plus a slice of ube cheesecake. Our bobas were good not overwhelmingly sweet and the tapioca balls were flavorful and perfectly chewy. The ube cheesecake was silky with just a hint of taro flavor. The ambiance was pretty chill, the service was quick and friendly which had my niece declaring this was her favorite boba place from now on.

This has become our go to boba spot. The gals who work there are always nice, and the sweetness level of the teas are perfect. No adjustments needed! Our favorites are the Thai tea and red bean. Be aware that the bathroom is not available for public use, and sometimes if it's really busy you may have to wait because there's only two staff.

Another great visit to my favorite boba tea shop. It's so creative inside. They change their decor and swap out specialty drinks based on the theme of characters. They have seating inside along with parking on site. I really enjoyed the tiger brown sugar boba drink today I said something new. It's a mix of matcha froth and red bean milk tea. Definitely would recommend checking out this cute boba spot. They also offer desserts

Really nice boba tea spot, I like their anime vibe for sure. The boba tea is great, especially those specials, I can't wait to try every single one of them! The service is great and fast.

I have heard about Boba tea for sometime now and I decided to give it a try. I stopped by in the afternoon. It was nice and quiet. I really like the decor inside. The staff was super friendly and I mentioned it was my first time trying Boba tea. She went over the differences with me and helped me understand. I ended up going with a strawberry milked based boba tea. I liked the Boba more than I thought. It has a sweet flavor, but it doesn't feel like I'm drinking just sugar. They have lots of options on their menu, I can't wait to try out the next one. If you're in the Sparks area go try one!

This place felt like Willy Wonka opened a milkshake bar for the Instagram generation…read more We stopped by Black Rock Dessert while looking for ice cream and instead found milkshakes on steroids. We ordered the Dust Storm: a vanilla milkshake with chocolate bits, topped with a giant blondie skewered dramatically on top, plus whipped cream, sprinkles, and chocolate drizzle. The rim of the jar was coated in marshmallow dip and graham cracker crumbs because apparently subtlety has left the chat. Honestly, the presentation was on point and exactly the kind of milkshake kids dream about. Which is why we ordered it. My tween declared it "the best milkshake I've ever seen in my life," and honestly, that alone made it worth the stop on our mother-daughter trip. Taste-wise, it leaned very sweet for me and didn't have a ton of flavor depth beyond sugar overload. But clearly the goal here is maximal fun and aesthetic, and they absolutely nailed that. It's basically a photo op you can drink. The shop itself was surprisingly quiet when we visited in the evening--we had the whole place to ourselves--but there were games to play while waiting for our order (we pulled out Pick Up Sticks, which transported me straight back to my 90s childhood living room). The ladies at the counter were also incredibly kind and patient explaining the menu and flavors to us. If you're looking for an over-the-top dessert experience your kids will talk about for days, this is your place.

I am a bit torn on Black Rock, but it's a great dessert spot nonetheless…read more Stopped in at Black Rock Dessert on a Thursday evening. Just one lone employee was running the place. In my opinion, it wasn't enough. There was a steady flow of people, and she couldn't keep up with orders and customer service. We opted for two small scoops of ice cream for the kids: chocolate and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. We also ordered the sizzling blonde brownie sundae. It was about $20 for three items. The ice cream was very good, especially the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Very unique flavor and great texture. The blondie was a bit of a letdown. First, the blondie was not "sizzling". It wasn't even really warm. Only placed in a waffle iron for a few seconds. Second, it seemed very dry and crumbly, maybe even overbaked. I thought the ideas at Black Rock are fun, and I think trying one of their milkshakes should be my next visit. However, there are a lot of great ice cream spots in Reno. For just ice cream, I think there is some heavy competition.

I was super bummed they didn't have any, but we did settle for their peanut butter chocolate marble cake. I'm a personal sucker for lemon anything, so their lemon blueberry was a no-brainer. We had to take a red velvet cake bomb home as well. It's a big "cake pop" coated in chocolate ganache. It was my personal favorite! This cute little shop hasn't changed since the last time I set foot in there. The older lady working in the evening was a doll. She was friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. The frosting wasn't overly sweet, but our cake slices were on the dry side. I wish at about $9 a slice they were dated, so as a consumer, I knew when it was baked. The cake bomb is the way to go if you want dry cake or wash it down with a glass of milk. *They do a stamp card here, so ask for yours when you check out.* With their prices creeping up, I'll have to rethink my next visit to buy a dry slice of cake.
