Very refreshing and well made drinks with soft chewy boba. Clean and lovely environment equipped with chess tables, air hockey table, foosball's table and sit-alone side table. Thoughtful, personable interior design throughout, the most impressive one was the positive and light-hearted framed phrase signs on walls, bathroom's too. The lady was very sweet and kind, and had a beautiful smile on her face. We played chess, chatted and relaxed with boba drinks, enjoying ourselves with a little brain booster. It was a very nice experience. Will revisit when we are in Reno again. Thanks for making our tea time peaceful and awesome.

I was in the neighborhood last weekend and my daughter tracked me down and asked for boba since I was next door. I was glad they were open. The young lady working solo was sweet and assured me that she was able to make me a drink that would be able to accommodate food allergies. She was working on a bigger order when I walked in, but got us squared away quickly. This is such a cute place with games I haven't played in years. I inquired about their special menu items, bubble waffle desserts and dim sum. Yes, they serve dim sum here. Call ahead for that and hours. My kids enjoyed their cool treat. I'll definitely return next time we're in the neighborhood.

I just love this place so much. There's all of these different games there that you can play. We love boba tea and they have slushies. They have added food but we always just get drinks.

Being from the Bay Area where there are soooo many boba places I gotta say this place reminds me of home :) I had a wonderful conversation with the owner who is lovely!!! I'm so glad I tried it by chance while picking up my mountain mikes lol I loved the Chocolate Matcha drink and I WILL be trying more drinks on the menu! Also the games and seating are nice too :D

Super cute inside! They have a bunch of different games from air hockey, foosball, chess and board games. Their drink menu has a lot of different options including flavored bubble waffles! We ordered Taro and Matcha boba milk teas and a matcha waffle. All were super yummy. Some of the drinks were elevated, so we had to ask a few questions since descriptions weren't available, but the girl was so helpful and answered any questions we had. 10/10!

Super cute place. Extra fun for kids games and nice decor. The woman making the drinks was very sweet. I cant wait to bring my kids here! I ordered the tarot smoothie with boba. The boba was delicious.

2 of 2 Duplicate Review. Yelp check-in = One free topping. Quality/Quantity - Crème brûlée with Pumpkin Spice Foam Milk Tea - My daughter said it was good. I am not a boba drinker, but I felt that this location offered some different and unusual flavors. Just my opinion. See pictures of menu. Atmosphere - Cool decor, see pictures. There is a restroom in the back that my guest needed to use. A team member walked her to the back, thank you. This gave my daughter an opportunity to order her drink with the other team member. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 7pm or 8pm. Plenty of mall parking, got a space right in front. Service - 5 stars, Both team members that helped us were friendly and made some good suggestions. Over 4 people were working today, a full crew. Price - $7, expensive, but that is the cost for quality. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 7/2023; my daughter might become a regular customer.

6/3/2024- Shhh.. I don't like boba pearls.. when I'm drinking a milk tea.. they get in the way.. lol.. A nice surprise to see another boba shop., Cute and spacious inside .. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. Went with the Tiger milk tea and the mango lemonade.. Both drinks were great -.. I do like the Okinawa milk tea but did not see that on the menu.. Also got a punch card for future visits..

    Cute space to hang out

This shop is in the Raley's shopping center off of McCarran, and while I've been in that plaza several times I never realized it was there until recently. I love the space they have, which has area for seating and also board games so you can settle in and stay a while. Their menu is pretty diverse and they have a lot of unique menu options they have come up wit themselves. They offer multiple non dairy milk options which is awesome as well. The barista was very helpful in making recommendations. I also like that they have some food items! I love stopping here after work and getting a milk tea and a snack. They have bubble waffles that you can get toppings on, which are a favorite! I love the matcha waffle - yum :) This is a great spot and definitely worth a visit.

Jewels, owner, fun and bubbly like her store. Got Taro Ube Halo Halo and a chicken shumai.

Enjoyed meeting owner and my drink. Taro Ube Halo Halo and chicken shumai. Jewels said she holds crafts events, too bad I don't do Facebook anymore.

We were dining at a restaurant next-door and we decided to stop into bumble tea, Boba. It was later in the evening, so there was really nobody in establishment. They had an event there that day. I had cookies. She said we could have some cookies. Which was very nice of her. I ordered a Boba tea. It was quite tasty. I was thinking about the crème brûlée, Boba tea, she said that would probably be too sweet for me. Which I've had the crème brûlée before at a different place. I can't remember what I ordered at this point, but it was tasty. So go ahead and check them out. They are on McCarran and Miraloma over in the little strip mall where Raleys and McDonald's are

While searching up boba shops in Reno, I saw this shop popped up on my search list. I was around the area and decided to check out this establishment. I didn't realize this boba shop does not grand open until later this summer (around July), which I found out after talking to the owner. The shop's environment is welcoming and amazing, as there are many games and fun things to do in the lobby while waiting for a drink. Did I mention they have an air hockey machine? I got the Matcha Lavender Milk Tea with Boba. The drink tasted amazing and I knew the owner used quality matcha and lavender flavoring in their drinks. I can't wait until the shop's grand opening!

We had brunch around 11 am on a Saturday and lucked out without having to wait in a line. We were seated and promptly asked for our drink order. I got hot chocolate which was served in a to go paper cup and definitely needed more chocolate to the water. It was so hard to decide what to get. I finally decided on the chili lime glazed fried chicken and jalapeño bacon cheddar waffles. It happened to also come with eggs which was a huge plus in my book! When the meal finally came, you could tell the waffles and the chicken were made extra crispy and golden. The waffles were definitely different. More savory due to the jalapeño pieces and the cheddar batter. I could only eat 2 of the 4 pieces before I was stuffed with the waffles and the chicken. The chicken was expertly made; juicy and tender on the inside and nicely fried on the outside. The chili lime glaze was nice but it was oddly the random sprouts on top that made the item. I normally hate sprouts but they brought the chicken alive. I would highly recommend this dish. Plentiful seating and had an attentive waitress. Besides the hot chocolate, the meal was phenomenal! I would definitely go back to try something different if I'm ever in the area.

When we arrived, we were seated immediately, which was a great start. The restaurant was busy, but no busier than many other places we've visited. After being seated, however, we waited... and waited... and waited for someone to even acknowledge us. Nothing. During that time, we watched our server attend to several other tables, clear dishes, grab items, and process payments. We also noticed two employees standing near the register. One of them looked over at our table multiple times, so it was obvious they knew we were there. Still, no one came over to greet us or let us know someone would be with us shortly. As we looked around, we realized we were the only Asian family in the restaurant. Whether intentional or not, it left us feeling overlooked, uncomfortable, and wondering if we were being treated differently. It was an awful feeling. Eventually, our server came to our table but never apologized for the long wait or acknowledged that we'd been sitting there unattended. By then, the experience had already left a bad impression. I was there with my husband and our three boys, and it was difficult trying to explain why we seemed to be the only table being ignored. Will we come back? NO I'm sure this restaurant has plenty of customers and won't miss one family, but every guest deserves to feel welcomed and valued. A simple greeting or apology would have gone a long way. As for the food, it was good. But good food alone doesn't make up for poor service or for making guests feel like they don't belong. Dining out is about the entire experience, and unfortunately, ours was overwhelmingly disappointing. I'm typically a very generous tipper because I appreciate good service. However, when a restaurant makes my family feel out of place and overlooked, it's hard to justify leaving anything. Respect and hospitality should be extended to every customer.
