Very refreshing and well made drinks with soft chewy boba. Clean and lovely environment equipped with chess tables, air hockey table, foosball's table and sit-alone side table. Thoughtful, personable interior design throughout, the most impressive one was the positive and light-hearted framed phrase signs on walls, bathroom's too. The lady was very sweet and kind, and had a beautiful smile on her face. We played chess, chatted and relaxed with boba drinks, enjoying ourselves with a little brain booster. It was a very nice experience. Will revisit when we are in Reno again. Thanks for making our tea time peaceful and awesome.
I was in the neighborhood last weekend and my daughter tracked me down and asked for boba since I was next door. I was glad they were open. The young lady working solo was sweet and assured me that she was able to make me a drink that would be able to accommodate food allergies. She was working on a bigger order when I walked in, but got us squared away quickly. This is such a cute place with games I haven't played in years. I inquired about their special menu items, bubble waffle desserts and dim sum. Yes, they serve dim sum here. Call ahead for that and hours. My kids enjoyed their cool treat. I'll definitely return next time we're in the neighborhood.
Being from the Bay Area where there are soooo many boba places I gotta say this place reminds me of home :) I had a wonderful conversation with the owner who is lovely!!! I'm so glad I tried it by chance while picking up my mountain mikes lol I loved the Chocolate Matcha drink and I WILL be trying more drinks on the menu! Also the games and seating are nice too :D
Super cute inside! They have a bunch of different games from air hockey, foosball, chess and board games. Their drink menu has a lot of different options including flavored bubble waffles! We ordered Taro and Matcha boba milk teas and a matcha waffle. All were super yummy. Some of the drinks were elevated, so we had to ask a few questions since descriptions weren't available, but the girl was so helpful and answered any questions we had. 10/10!
This shop is in the Raley's shopping center off of McCarran, and while I've been in that plaza several times I never realized it was there until recently. I love the space they have, which has area for seating and also board games so you can settle in and stay a while. Their menu is pretty diverse and they have a lot of unique menu options they have come up wit themselves. They offer multiple non dairy milk options which is awesome as well. The barista was very helpful in making recommendations. I also like that they have some food items! I love stopping here after work and getting a milk tea and a snack. They have bubble waffles that you can get toppings on, which are a favorite! I love the matcha waffle - yum :) This is a great spot and definitely worth a visit.

I am not a boba drinker, but I felt that this location offered some different and unusual flavors. Just my opinion. See pictures of menu. Atmosphere - Cool decor, see pictures. There is a restroom in the back that my guest needed to use. A team member walked her to the back, thank you. This gave my daughter an opportunity to order her drink with the other team member. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 7pm or 8pm. Plenty of mall parking, got a space right in front. Service - 5 stars, Both team members that helped us were friendly and made some good suggestions. Over 4 people were working today, a full crew. Price - $7, expensive, but that is the cost for quality. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 7/2023; my daughter might become a regular customer.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.. Went with the Tiger milk tea and the mango lemonade.. Both drinks were great -.. I do like the Okinawa milk tea but did not see that on the menu.. Also got a punch card for future visits..
We were dining at a restaurant next-door and we decided to stop into bumble tea, Boba. It was later in the evening, so there was really nobody in establishment. They had an event there that day. I had cookies. She said we could have some cookies. Which was very nice of her. I ordered a Boba tea. It was quite tasty. I was thinking about the crème brûlée, Boba tea, she said that would probably be too sweet for me. Which I've had the crème brûlée before at a different place. I can't remember what I ordered at this point, but it was tasty. So go ahead and check them out. They are on McCarran and Miraloma over in the little strip mall where Raleys and McDonald's are
While searching up boba shops in Reno, I saw this shop popped up on my search list. I was around the area and decided to check out this establishment. I didn't realize this boba shop does not grand open until later this summer (around July), which I found out after talking to the owner. The shop's environment is welcoming and amazing, as there are many games and fun things to do in the lobby while waiting for a drink. Did I mention they have an air hockey machine? I got the Matcha Lavender Milk Tea with Boba. The drink tasted amazing and I knew the owner used quality matcha and lavender flavoring in their drinks. I can't wait until the shop's grand opening!
I'm so glad Reno has options when it comes to boba - this adorable place is towards the top of my list. It's great that their milk base is already non-dairy and that you can adjust your sweetness level. There's lots of tea options and topping options. The staff was friendly and did a stellar job with making my boba drink. I ordered original boba milk tea at 20% sweetness - it was perfect. Not too sweet and the boba consistency was just right! One of the best bobas in town. I also ordered the vanilla egg waffle and it was nice and crispy in the outside. They have board games and cute decor inside - fun place to chill and meet up with friends. Looking forward to coming back to try other boba flavors. read more
It has been awhile since I have had boba. My friend and I were nearby and wanted to get something. We were greeted by a new staff in the back. I got the crème brûlée milk tea and my friend got the classic milk tea with boba. I very disappointed. There was barely any ice and the bottom half of the drink was thick and warm. It is the worst drink I have ever had. I am not sure how she made it, but it tasted like warm eggnog. Nothing in it tasted like milk tea. My friend said hers was not very good either. This classic regular milk tea should be the simplest to make, but she was very disappointed as well. The boba was also not good. Honestly, I don't think the person who made my drink knew how to make it. She was the only person running the place. I would not come back after this experience. read more

Was craving a sweet treat and decided to go here after having pizza. This place is so cute and welcoming. It has a good amount of seating with different games available to play. They even have an air hockey and foosball table. The fact that they have halo halo drinks is definitely a plus in my book because I've been craving it and I can't find Halo halo anywhere in Reno. They had two options: Taro/Ube or Buko Pandan. I went with the Buko Pandan (if you know, you know). And my husband got the Tiger smoothie. The halo halo isn't the traditional dessert where you use a spoon and eat it, BUT I love the convenience of it being a drink and using the same ingredients anyway. I do like the Buko Pandan flavor so next time I'm going to try the Ube. The Tiger smoothie was also really delicious! You can taste both the Thai tea and the milk. It was on the sweeter side, but was still pretty delicious. There was only one employee working the store so it did take a while because a lot of other people showed up after us. But I'll definitely be back to try more things! read more

TL DR: Cute Boba establishment that also serves bubble waffles. If you're looking for a place that can hold a few friends with some fun activities this would be a great location. I have not tried their Boba but many options and ways to customize your drinks. The bubble waffles are OK but I would encourage you try it with some toppings. Disclaimer I am picky when it comes to bubble waffles. My comparison point is always to those of establishments and businesses from Hong Kong where these waffles originated. Bubble waffles: 3/5 These waffles are OK. They have a nice crisp to them but their batter isn't an authentic vanilla style batter that's true to that of a Hong Kong bubble waffle. Traditionally the outsides are really crispy, the insides are very pillowy and there's also a mildly sweet, vanilla flavor. There was nice caramelization for these waffles; however, if you have this plain this will be quite bland. The owners did offer some powdered sugar, but I declined as I wanted to try their base flavor. They do offer other flavors of these waffles and I'm assuming there's more flavor to those. Because this is such a blank canvas, I imagine the toppings you can add to these waffles would elevate the waffles. Service: 5/5 I would come here again for the service as well as the cleanliness of the establishment. Super friendly owners, willing to answer your questions, talk to you, or give you suggestions. My niece and I love boba drinks; on Saturday, we happen to be shopping at Raley's, so we dropped by. When we entered the shop, it was completely devoid of customers but I immediately fell in-love with its very chill ambiance. There was an air hockey table and a whole bunch of other games at different tables. It was definitely inviting and they entice you to sit back, relax and stay for a while. The two young people behind the counter greeted us warmly and patiently waited as we selected a drink from their vast menu; we finally settled on a taro-flavored milk tea and a "buko-pandan halo-halo" ("Halo" means mix in Filipino; this is a mix-mix drink flavored with coconut and essence of screwpine plant). Our drink were out in no time and the employees were truly very efficient and nice; overall, this was a great first impression and we can't wait to come back and try the other things on their menu (namely the once viral bubble waffles and their dim-sum). read more
Came one day after a warm day finishing up my end of work. Something iced and sweet outside of the norm sounded great. Pulled up my Yelp which lead me to Bumble Tea Boba. I walked in and really enjoyed the set up of the establishment. I was warmly greeted and allowed to check out the menu, I went with what I saw online a Creme Brulee Milk Tea and added Crystal Boba. I always wanted to try a Bubble Waffle and today was the day! I went and ordered a Chocolate and added caramel. After asking the owner in terms of what types of topping and such, she stated, "I would do it like that" to not take away from the tasty waffle. Everything was perfect, the bubble waffle came fresh off the griddle and it was very tasty. I enjoyed the Creme Brulee drink as well. I think this is a great place to sit and work, or just visit with friends. Definitely enjoyed my stop at Bumble Tea Boba. read more
this place is the cutest. it has all kinds of board games and games in general. some of the ones i saw are foosball, air hockey, chess, connect four and a few others. they have cozy seating as well. their chai milk tea is so so good, one of the best ones i have had. it was about $5 too which is much more affordable than some other places. the girl that made my drink was very sweet as well. i def recommend this place and hope it stays read more

Glad I finally stopped in today to enjoy a honeydew smoothie with lychee jelly and a bubble waffle. Owners Amor and Jules are super friendly and helpful. The decor is casual with games and activities for all ages to have fun while cooling off inside from the heat. An endless variety of drink and boba combinations insures there is something for everyone. TIP: Don't forget to get your drink card stamped to enjoy the savings this summer and all year long. read more
Love this neighborhood boba shop! There is a lot of variety in the menu and lots of room for customization. I like that you can request the milk teas as smoothies and the fruit teas as slushies. They also have a nice menu of rotating specialties. I was surprised to see that the specials menu changed after just a week. Now that the weather is cooling down, they offer hot teas with frothy toppings! The boba is warm, chewy and perfectly sweetened. It never clumped up either. Cooked to perfection! I've so far tried the avocado milk tea smoothie, Ube halo halo and buko pandan halo halo. Everything was delicious! The avocado had really good flavor for being powdered. Not too milky and almost tasted like it had fresh avocado. Both of the halo halos were amazing!! This is a Filipino owned shop and they know what they are doing. I thought they hit the flavors right on the head. I preferred the buko pandan, because I could taste the buko (coconut) flavor more than the Ube. Both had lots of nice textures and a lot of the mix ins that you would get with traditional halo halo. I really enjoyed their take on turning halo halo into a drink. The smoothies were easily drinkable, unlike traditional halo halo which usually requires a lot of mixing and eating with a spoon. This is a very family friendly shop. The service is great, very friendly and fast at making your order. I love all the different seating areas. They make for a lot of entertainment for my infant son to look at. I love seeing Filipino run buinesses because it's rare sight to see that representation as a proud Filipino myself! They provide all the Filipino classics such as halo halo, and pandan flavored drinks. Additionally, they have an array of options that is sure to satisfy any group of people with diverse taste palette. The inside is fun and spacious. Nice to have more boba tea shops in a town that's growing. Welcomed when entering along with great customer service. Not a lot of seating when we visited but definitely enough space for groups to stand around to get out of the heat and enjoying a cold drink. read more

I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for Bumble Tea Boba! We ordered the Halo Halo and the Pandan drink. Both were delicious, unique, and innovative as boba drinks. We're from San Francisco and were impressed by the original flavors/concepts here. The decor is super cute and very instagram worthy! I want this business to last for years to come so we can continually visit when in the Reno area! read more

Walked in and was greeted with great customer service! Servers were kind and welcoming and the place is decorated cutely with plenty of entertainment options available and games for friends to play! Not much seating available but never seen it crowded enough where that was a problem! Tried the wintermelon tea. It was yummy but was average and tasted like the canned wintermelon drinks that you can buy cheap at the Asian market! I also had requested wintermelon as a milk tea and it was very sweet to the point where I had to dilute it with some water! It can be hit or miss, but there are so many unique flavors to choose from! The chocolate bubble waffle was unremarkable. read more
