I got the Taro boba and it did not taste good. The drink itself was watered down it tasted more water than the taro flavor and the pearls were hard. I do not understand why this place could not seem to get the drinks right? I have read really bad reviews and why is it not improving? After jumping around at Defy, we were walking back to the parking lot and this caught my eye. I walked in and the lady was very welcoming. I was craving avocado smoothie so I went ahead and order just that. I've had avocado frappe in the past from different places and this one was above average. The texture wasn't as smooth as lollicup and was a little icy, but I've had worst. It had enough sweetness and creaminess from the dairy. I want to give it another try as they had a large menu. This place is conveniently located at the mall in Sparks. The interiors are well lit with a great vibe. I tried the mango smoothie and the tiger milk tea.The tiger milk tea was perfect and refreshing. The mango smoothie was ok but did not meet my expectations. My daughter is into boba.... But we know nothing about it other than what we've seen on some menus. We stopped in 10 minutes before they closed and the two guys working the counter were amazing. We came here for a quick snack - two boba slushies. The flavor was good but the bobas were not good. Not sure if they were old or what but some were too soft and some were hard. Like rock solid. Cute little store in the Legends Shopping Center. Stopped in with the family to grab a drink before we walked around Legends and didn't even know they have a wide variety of drinks. They have boba, protein shakes, coffee's and even some food items. I decided to grab the specialty drink which consisted of strawberry and coconut. Upon grabbing my drink from the server I noticed it looked like a huge cup of sugary flavors. Decided to try it out and it wasn't even super sweet. It was perfect! I was really surprised and glad that it didn't come out to be a huge cup of sugary flavors lol. So if you're about to going shopping in Legends and are thirsty be sure to hit this place up. Spoiled milk in Matcha Milk Tea. Boba pearls were hard and bitter. Service was fine, but the drink was horrible. I wished I would have tasted it before I left the mall, or I would have returned it. Store was dark and quiet, I thought it was closed (was 1pm at the time of purchase) but the door was open. Definitely don't waste your time. Will i be back? Yes. Because it's directly next to my yoga studio. I've gone 3x now and the staff are always super nice & quick. I've never tried the food, but rather only the same drink all three times now. (Large lavender & coconut boba with green tea + popping rose boba, 25% sweet= i'm a floral girly). I wish so badly the drink was a little colder. Even when i ask for extra ice, it melts so quickly. But the flavor is sooooo good. The bathrooms are gross - or rather the women's. No soap two times now that i've went to wash my hands. Dirty toilet brush & plunger just literally sitting out on the floor by the toilet. Like, at least hide it in a cabinet or something. They are kidn of slow for a boba shop. Typically with a line we can get our drinks in the same amount of time. I also thi k they use milk product. I did not feel all to well afterwards. That part is my fault, but overall the milk tea was ok. Thats what I get at any new place. Its a good way to determine if they can make something simple tats unique. I know I said milk tea. I get it. Most boba shops have alternative milk. Basically due to a large amount of Asians who can't consume or digest it. Give them a try. Yum!!! We had a coffee milk tea with boba & a mango snow with boba, both were excellent! The boba is soft and not as chewy as some places which we really enjoyed. The flavors and consistency of the drinks were great. I saw a few other items on the menu like dragonfruit bowl, iced teas & some 'health shots', I definitely want to go back and try a few more flavors & items. The inside is really trendy with all black ceilings and walls & there was a good amount of seating. It was nice outside so we sat on the bench right out front. AWFUL, the young ladies working were so very rude. not only were they acting intoxicated they yelled at my spouse on our way out. I was just getting my spouse a drink for their lunch break because I just got off of work nearby and we came in to get some boba. The girls spoke to me like i was stupid when i tried to order two pina colada milk teas and they all start yelling at me that they are out and one SMACKS the counter and rolls her eyes pointing to a small piece of paper taped to the counter with a written list of a couple items that they are out of. (pina colada is not listed thus why i ordered them). it took me a second to figure out what i'd like instead and one of the girls loudly said "i hate when customers come up to order when they have no idea what they want". i just was taking extra time to cross reference their hand written thing they're out of so i didn't run into the original problem. while the third young lady loudly laughed and screeched while playing with the lid machine. it was so pound as i waited for the drinks, all the girls were screeching and laughing loudly. when the drinks were finally done my spouse, who had been in the bathroom for all of this, grabbed the drinks and asked me why the order changed and when i told them they innocently mentioned to the girls that the list needs a little update. right as we're stepping out the girl who had been playing on the lid machine loudly screams "and why's it our fault the lists out of date?". i have never had such an awful experience in such a short amount of time. we got out and the boba was still hard in the drink and the lids are put on wrong and leaking. read more

Yelp pointed me to RTB while searching for a new boba shop in the Sparks area. By the way, it's in the Legends Shopping Center. One caveat is parking then trying to locate the shop is quite taxing. But I enjoyed the walk through the shopping center while listening to the outdoor speakers play holiday festive music. When I finally found the boba shop I was surprised at the trendy vibe inside the shop. The staff was working on several orders for the customers in front of me. Once their order was completed, it was my turn. Gave me enough time to peruse the menu. I normally get a 'coffee' type boba. So I basically stuck with that. I tried to explain my coffee boba preferences to the guy taking my order. He explained that it would be an extra expense for boba..or maybe I just could not hear because the music was so loud (at least to me it was). Once I received my order, there was no boba, just lychee boba, and little ice. Not what I actually ordered. Besides the freakout I had after I left the store, I decided it wasn't really that bad of a drink. Though I really wanted the boba. So the staff was pretty great to me. However, I ordered a coconut milk tea and a peanut butter banana smoothie which was around $11. First the smoothie I expected to be cold and blended; unfortunately, it was warm with a soup like consistency. My daughter wouldn't drink it and after taking a sip I couldn't blame her. Coconut boba milk tea is one of my favorite things ever, unfortunately this did not taste very much like coconut. It tasted more like milk. The boba was good (when I could get it up the straw) but it didn't really make it up the straw with ease. Most of the boba is ended up stuck at the bottom of the cup after the milky flavored drink was gone. I really wanted to love this place. Hopefully they can improve if they are open longer. I got the thai tea boba and it was not good. They use powder. The lid is a raised bubble lid so your straw falls inside and you can't get the boba and there's barely any boba for the large size. It didn't taste good either. I definitely do not recommend this place. The cashier however was very friendly. read more
