1,2, Tea is located in the same shopping center as CVS with plenty of parking. My husband and I came by here on a Friday around 5 pm. The place was busy with teens sitting with their friends and drinking their beverages (there is a high school nearby). But there was no line to order at the register. After looking over the register, we ended up ordering: Hokkaido Milk Tea, Large, $5.25 prior to tax- I ordered this drink to be made with no ice and 50% sweetener. The drink was absolutely disgusting with how sweet this drink was, in addition to it being a bit gritty at the bottom, which tells me my drink was made with powder and not well dissolved. When I got back to my hotel, I added a large amount of tea to a small amount of this drink and it was still very sweet. It makes me wonder what the regular amount of sugar would taste like if I had not requested for half sweetness. Honey Dew Milk Tea, Large, $5.25 prior to tax- My husband also ordered his drink to be made with 50% sweetener and no ice. Just like mine, this drink was way too sweet and also gritty. Just like me, he also added a large amount of tea to his drink and it still was too sweet. My husband did not like his drink either. --------------------- (Total= $11.37 after tax) Wait time for our drinks was only 5 minutes. Service was friendly. The drinks were so horrible and maybe one of the worse drinks I've ever had. We both ended up throwing our drinks away and would never come back here if we lived in the area.

TL DR: Theres been a decline in quality. Drinks are sometimes too sweet or bland. Boba was not cooked well. The building was super cold. Not sure if it was an off day. Service: You're greeted by friendly employees as soon as you walk in. I went with some friends and some of them had questions/ needed recommendations. We all agreed the service was great. 5/5 Ambiance: larger than some other locations. There appeared to be some board games. It would probably be difficult to seat a party of more than 6. The decor is bright & filled with cute/kawaii items. Most importantly, the establishment looked clean. The building itself however was really really cold. I had to wear my winter coat the entire time I was drinking my tea. 3/5 The milk teas and boba: pictured in the background is a jasmine milk tea with boba. The tea was really sweet, the boba was super bland, and the boba was over cooked. The texture seemed off and was really mushy. 3/5 The taro milk tea was ordered without boba and this tea was way too sweet. I couldn't taste the taro flavor. I've enjoyed boba from this establishment before so I'm not sure what happened. To be fair it might be worthwhile to order these drinks at 25% or reduced sweetness. 3.5/5 The price is competitive with other boba establishments in Reno. Again I like giving businesses other opportunities to redeem themselves so I'll post an update when I go back but this was not my favorite boba experience.

Ok, okay Zephyr I like it! I'm not really big on Boba, but great customer service along with a refreshing drink go well together. Initially my wife came in to order and I'm always like, "whatever you want hon, I'm good", but this time Zephyr our barista in an air of wit and charm would not only crack a honey dew joke to make us smile, but offer me a drink made specially for me and said if I didn't like it, would offer me a new drink on the house. I liked it and Zephyr I like your style. Thank you for making us some great drinks on a rainy day! We appreciate you!

I wasn't even looking for tea but was getting gas in the same shipping center, saw the name and thought I'd check it out. I was pleasantly surprised at the adorable decor. It was very cute. They have a wall of games if you'd like to sit in Stay Awhile and play some games with friends the menu is quite extensive they even have food from fries to calamari to wings. I was surprised about that as well. I chose to just get a mango peach tea to try for my first time it's very good, the girl behind the counter seemed sweet. Service was fine. I will be back soon to try more.

I think this is my favorite boba spot. The tea is delicious and affordable and they have many options and also appetizers. and they also give you a stamp card and once you you get the 12th stamp, your next one's free.

I am not usually one to choose tea over coffee, so this is not a place I would normally go. But one day I had some time while I washed clothes at the laundry mat next door, so I decided to see what all the Boba tea rage is about. And boy am I so glad I made my way in! I had a lot of questions about flavors, and the young guys working answered them all and made recommendations based on my taste. I sampled the boba.... Not a fan! But then they recommended mango stars instead. SO YUMMY! And the hibiscus tea was a delicious and sweet flavor! I will be back in for sure!

I visited this place since they offered a discount for lyft drivers. I needed to find more places to get boba anyways. My first visit was way before social distancing took effect. The guy making the drinks was very friendly. Not only were the drinks great tasting, the different types of boba i've tried were delicious as well. Offering a stamp card helps as well, the other bubble tea places don't even have them.

1, 2, TEA, this is definitely not for ME. My friend took me here on a boba run after a day of being out in town. I love my boba and having consumed it all my life, I find myself able to tell when the quality of the tea and toppings here are of good quality. Sadly, this spot is just another standard shop that reminds of those chain restaurants. I ordered their Assam Black Milk Tea and it tasted extremely watered down. There was a lack of flavor in the milk tea that made it difficult to finish. Additionally, my boba was incredibly hard so chewing on that while sipping on poor quality tea made this experience quite disappointing. While I enjoyed the interior of the shop and the cute succulents it had on its shelves, the quality of the boba was not there and I can't recommend it unless you're closeby and need a place to chill.

Taro Smoothie with Boba pearls-- positively delicious.

Yelp! kept suggesting this place and was finally able to sample a boba Smoothie drink while we ate at Ijji next door. I got the taro smoothie with boba pearls while the niece got an Oreo shake, and both drinks were positively yummy! A nice, refreshing change from the usual drinks of choice: soda. We will definitely need to visit this place again.

Nice bubble tea place! Was a bit hard to find because it wasn't near any highways, but the inside of the bubble tea store is actually very nicely decorated, and very clean! The drinks were served sweet, and cold, which was nice. Very authentic taste. Lots of tables inside for friends to sit, chat, and play board games. There was a lot of other customers there when we went in the afternoon. Overall, a nice bubble tea place.

As someone who doesn't drink coffee it is so refreshing to find places that cater to tea drinkers, this is one is my top pick for a late afternoon iced treat. I love the Almond Cherry milk tea with Lychee popping boba and my husband has nothing but good things to say about the Okinawa milk tea. I also can't deny that I'm a sucker for appetizer and the fact that I can get Gyoza and mozzarella sticks at the same place and they're both cooked well is a total win in my book! We will be stopping by again soon on our way home from work.

This place has the most disgusting bathroom that I've EVER been in! It's so gross! There is literally shit splatted everywhere! There is urine everywhere! And this isn't the kind of mess done in one day either! They NEVER CLEAN THE BATHROOM, there is a thick ring in the toilet of MOLD If their bathroom is like that, imagine how dirty the kitchen is!!!

    Board Games!

Boba may be new to Reno, but not new to me. In LA, there is a shop on every corner. This is a clean friendly place. Hoan, Steven are super nice. They stay open late on Fridays and Saturdays until Midnight! So "Party on Wayne." Love the menu and Love the snacks: Butterfly Shrimp and Chicken Wings? "Cut it out!" Their special is Crystal Boba! Little pear and ittle Vanilla taste; chewy! They want it to be a hang out spot, so come hang! Tried the Thai Tea hot, where has this been all my life.

Once we were seated, our order was taken almost immediately. Service was efficient and prompt. It wasn't particularly friendly, but it wasn't rude either, it felt very much like the staff was focused on turning tables quickly, which is understandable when a place is that busy. What I didn't expect was the flavors of the dishes. Each one seemed to have an unusual sweetness that didn't feel typical for Taiwanese food. From the Mapo Tofu to the salted fish fried rice and even the Taiwanese popcorn chicken, they all had a noticeable sweetness to them. Maybe I'm a bit spoiled by the variety of Asian food options we have living in the San Francisco Bay Area, but the flavors here just didn't quite match what I usually expect from Chinese/Taiwanese

I got the crème brûlée milk tea and my friend got the classic milk tea with boba. I very disappointed. There was barely any ice and the bottom half of the drink was thick and warm. It is the worst drink I have ever had. I am not sure how she made it, but it tasted like warm eggnog. Nothing in it tasted like milk tea. My friend said hers was not very good either. This classic regular milk tea should be the simplest to make, but she was very disappointed as well. The boba was also not good. Honestly, I don't think the person who made my drink knew how to make it. She was the only person running the place. I would not come back after this experience.

The Minced Pork Dumplings, however, were not for us. I believe the flavor of the Chinese leek may have been what turned us off. As for the Napoleon, it wasn't very sweet or particularly flavorful, and it made quite a mess to eat. Not something I'd reorder. The Sui Mai was delicious, and I would definitely order it again. This was the winner of our take home feast. While not everything was a hit for us, we'd return for the Sui Mai and BBQ Pork Buns and other explore some other items that we have yet to try.
