    Oreo Milk Green Tea

The service was pretty fast but they got my order wrong. I ordered an Oreo Milk Green Tea with tapioca (less sugar), but they forgot the tapioca. The drink itself was okay, not super flavorful and kind of a weird combination. The Oreo chunks were hard to drink through the straw.

Menu - smoothies, waffles with or without ice cream and toppings, teas, milk teas, and other drinks

This review is just for the bubble waffle. It was made quickly, within a couple of minutes. It was crispy and just the right sweetness. I didn't get to try any of the ice cream or drinks but would consider it again the next time I'm at the mall! It's located right outside of the JC Penney entrance near Bath & Body Works and Banana Republic.

Too cold for ice cream. Plain waffle. Strawberries and whip cream added. Yum!

Cute little kiosk in the mall. I wanted to try the bubble waffle but it was WAY to cold for ice cream. The lady suggested whipped cream but said they wouldn't be able to roll with because the hot waffle would make the whip cream melt. Boy was she right! Once we received or treat I was so happy. it was nice and crunchy and exactly what I wanted to eat. I would much rather have this than a pretzel, cinnamon roll, or bag of popcorn. Yum!

Wow! Bubble egg waffles. I have not eaten these since my high school days in New York. I remember paying a dollar for 20 pieces. Best snack to grab before hitting the arcades. This place gave a quick flashback of my younger days. My daughter and I quickly stood in line to place an order. We wanted to share the waffle ice cream. She was able to choose one flavor ice cream and choose 3 toppings and a glaze. I was happy with her choices of vanilla ice cream, double oreo topping and chopped strawberries. Best of all, the condensed milk drizzle tied it all together. It was extremely tricky eating out of the waffle. I had to go ask for a plate before we spilled all this delicousness all over the place. We quickly finish our afternoon snack and was very satisfied. On our next trip back to First Colony mall, we definitely do a different combination and try one of their teas.

My experience here was just average. It's a little bit pricey for what you get, but I guess that's to be expected from a stand at the mall. We got the bubble waffle with green tea ice cream and strawberry, pocky, and coconut toppings with condensed milk drizzle. The waffle itself had a great texture and that was probably the best part. The green tea ice cream also had good flavor that didn't taste artificial and also wasn't too sweet, which I prefer. The toppings left a lot to be desired. We got 4 slices of strawberry, two pocky sticks, and a tiny tiny bit of condensed milk. They can definitely be more generous with the toppings so there's enough to have with the whole waffle. Also, the kid making our waffle was sick and watching him make it while wiping his nose and coughing was pretty off-putting. Overall, not bad, but definitely room for improvement with the toppings and service. The cashier did make sure to ask if we want it in the cone or on a plate which was helpful. If you want the nice pic for Instagram, go for the cone. If you want to prevent things from potentially getting messy, get it on a plate. If you want both and don't care about the environm, get it in the cone and ask them for a plate as well.

Bubble waffle ice cream AND boba tea?! Sold. I ordered a coconut milk tea blend with tapioca. We also got a strawberry milk blend with tapioca. Both were good! The tapioca was made just right. We had to get a bubble waffle ice cream. We asked for it on a plate, since others have said in a cone it can be messy. We could pick three toppings and one drizzle- we decided on crumbled Oreo pieces, pretzel, and whip cream with condensed milk topping. We both wish we had double Oreo and no pretzels, but that's for next time! There's plenty of tables and chairs around to sit at. Make sure you grab some napkins! Also- it's by the JCPenny entrance. The map makes it hard to find, so we just went in to mall and looked at the directory. If you're at the mall and like tapioca in your tea, give it a shot!

    Try the banana ice cream!

I've had a lot of bubble egg waffles before and this one is near the best I've had! The waffle tasted like it was a waffle but a pancake at the same time. I really liked the banana ice cream but wished there was more banana flavor. I also wished that the strawberries were fresh and not chopped up, but I understand because it's a little store inside the mall. This dessert can be a little messy to eat so I was really happy when the person gave us a plate along with the waffle to eat. Sweet gesture :)

My favorite dessert place in the First Colony Mall for sure. We got the Bubble Waffle Ice Cream and it was delicious. The 2 employees working helped us figure out what to get and how it was. It had a special taste with the hot waffle melting the ice cream and is definitely good for sharing. A must have for anyone, and next time I will try their tea! :)

We love the waffles here and the bubble tea is yummy. The owners that run the place are super sweet too

The bubble waffle is soooo delicious! We ordered the cookie&cream ice cream with it which is also very tasty! Like this place! They use fresh milk for the milk tea, very impressive!

The place is right by Banana Republic and right across from Jcpennys. I suggest you come through Jcpennys if you want to come here!

The employees were very nice my waffle cone was good, to me it's a lot for one person. But it was good freshly made so be prepared to wait for about 5 minutes depending on if it's not busy. But I'm sure if you go on the weekends it's very busy

The Greatest egg waffles spot in Sugarland hands down! Those egg waffles are so light and crispy and tender, but not mushy or soggy. My son and I both loved them. Food was amazing, very reasonably priced menu, and the service is excellent!

Best bubble waffle I have tried!

I got 50% sugar winter melon milk tea, and it tastes beyond sweet, not as creamy as other places that I have got it at.

The toasted yolk had a very pleasant atmosphere and our server was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly and explained with great detail any questions we had about the menu. Three nice thick pieces of bacon and a biscuit with butter and jelly. I asked for honey for the biscuit and was accommodated. We even loved the mugs they serve their coffee in and actually bought one to take home with us. The menu was varied and had some unique items on it. She helped the table behind us, in front of us, and even next to us but never once came up to us to even acknowledge us. She just stood there, fixing bottles, made eye contact with me and still chose to pay us no mind. We felt discriminated against considering the fact that she helped every other table but us. I asked for the manager and let her know how we sat there for 20 minutes before anyone greeted/acknowledged us and as an apology we got donuts. I paid attention to every single person who sat down after us and witnessed the difference of how they were being treated compared to us and it just validated how we felt, uncomfortable and awful. We will never go back and if you can take anything from this review, try somewhere else.

My favorites were the bulgogi gimbap, eggroll (tiny rolled egg omelette), and chicken wings! They come out super hot - loved them all. The hot buffet bar was not filled at all, some were even just empty. I found it disappointing that we didn't get to try a lot of their items. The hot buffet bar was really scarce, I mean, just fried dumplings and fries but they were refilled really slow and some never had refills. The boba bar was empty and never filled. The DIY ramen station was closed off. I tipped only because I felt like I had to, but the service was abysmal. I would come back but maybe for lunch instead of dinner. Hopefully service improves.
