They cut (sliced) my dogs genital area and he can even sit down. They refused to rectify the situation. They cut his tail even though I said (5 times) not to cut it. To be perfectly candid, I already have a groomer that I love and am loyal to. Bubbles N Bones is my "back up" groomer, and I almost feel bad that I can't give them more business than I do, because they're excellent. Initially I needed a quick bath for my small dog, and my other groomer was booked, so that's how I came here. B&B is closer to my house and could take my dog same-day. She got a quick bath, smelled wonderful, and the price was right. I learned that day that they also do color, and I'm a HUGE fan of this. I used to color my dogs hair all the time, and my normal groomer no longer offers the service. So I immediately booked a second appointment for color. Dealers choice, I told the girl, and my little girl came back the most beautiful shades of pink and orange and gosh, she looked darling! I also had them give her a haircut this time just to "try them out". I can't even remember how many months ago this haircut and color happened...she is STILL pink and orange, lol. I am wildly impressed with whatever product was used because the color has lasted FAR longer than anything else I've ever tried! The haircut was fine, although not quite as strong as my regular groomer, but certainly nothing I'd complain about. I'd say my regular groomer is a solid A and this one was a B+. Most groomers are closer to a C, so I'd still say this is a great little shop with some talented groomers, but like I said...I've already got a groomer I'm loyal to. So this little shop is my backup groomer. And my shih-tzu's colorist. And anytime I just need a quick bath in a rush, my pups will head here. The store is super cute and the people are lovely. Careful with parking in the designated spots, the Starbucks line can wrap around and block your car in. read more

I think they're wonderful! Their pricing is in line with other groomers, all of the groomers clearly love what they do and my Great Pyrenees always walks out of there with a "smile on her face" and her head held high! My only complaint - and it has nothing to do with the salon or groomers - is the Starbucks drive through causing MAJOR traffic back-ups where the Bubbles N Bones customers park. There's no excuse for waiting over 5 minutes for a car to "allow" you to back out of the parking space after dropping off or picking up your pooch. If the Starbucks was there before the groomers, this was not a smart location for Bubbles N Bones to relocate (they used to lease a space in FRONT of the same shopping center), Regardless, the Landlord and/or Starbucks needs to invest in a new drive-through stemming from the south or west of the building. This is a potentially dangerous situation waiting to happen.....Just sayin' read more

They shaved my Golden Retriever without permission. He came home with less hair than a Lab. All shaved. Also had several nicks from a razor. He only had a couple of matts so shaving was lazy and unnecessary. He was there for 6 hours and probably spent most of it caged. He appeared depressed and shaken when I brought him home. read more

We've had to quit taking our little man here (6 lbs Yorkie). The last two cuts have been inconsistent. Additionally, while we can't necessarily prove it, on our last visit he developed a bacterial infection in his penile sheath. We live in a clean apartment with no other pets and he is supervised on his 3 walks per day outside. He developed this infection just about 2 days after his grooming. The vet did a culture and found it to be E.Coli which was likely from laying in excrement. I PROMISE YOU THIS DID NOT HAPPEN ON OUR WATCH! The only place this could have happened would have been at the groomers; either laying in a dirty crate or dirty clippers (just my guess). So after a couple of hundred dollars at the vet and fun times of forcing meds down his throat and washing out his penile sheath 3 times per day (which stings very badly), we've decided we won't be back. To the owners: I'm sorry if this doesn't seem like a fair review, but I'm compelled to describe the facts of what happened and why we quit coming to your business. It wasn't enough to just quit coming, I couldn't leave the 4 star rating standing. I hope I am wrong about how this happened and hope you may review your processes either way. read more

There are very few places that I can repeatedly have exceptional service. This is one of those times. The ladies are always so sweet and most important my dog is always so happy when he leaves there. I attempted a groomer closer to my house when I moved a few months ago, and that was the biggest mistake ever. He was timid and wouldn't leave my leg while I was paying for the service. My appointment was at 8:30 a.m. and when I got there they said it was 11:30, even though I double checked the confirming voicemail I received where Tammy told me 8;30 a.m. I offered to come back at 11:30 but they said they would work him in and that wouldn't be a problem. At noon I called to see when he would be done. No one answers the phone there. You get a recording and they don't return the message. At 1:00p.m. I went up there and he wasn't ready. They said he would probably be ready around 2 or 2:30p.m. I went back up there at 2:30p.m, thinking that 6 hours should be enough time to groom a springer spaniel. They were still working on him. I said I would wait. Ten minutes later he came out not looking like anything we discussed earlier. All his "feathers' were chopped off in an uneven way. He still had the shorn hair on his back. No explaination. No one said anything. Maybe I rushed them, I don't know but I have higher expectations. He was incredibly thirsty and exhausted from the ordeal. I won't ever be back. I don't suggest you try it. read more

First visit here was not pleasant. The check in went well I have a larger dog who has a lot of fur. However what they don't tell you is that big dogs are put into a bathroom with the door shut! Because you know I want my dog to be locked in a strange dark room alone. No thanks. Secondly, the groom looked god awful. He was a simple face feet ad tail. His tail was uneven , his paws had fur hanging out all over the place. His face did look decent. But his sanitary area was awful. And not touched even though I asked. The whole reason I paid 130 dollars for a groom is to make sure he looks great! I checked in at 7 am and he wasn't finished until 430 pm! His nails weren't clipped and upon checkout everyone was so rude and looked like they hate their jobs. I won't be coming back.and I will tell my friends how awful this experience was. I'm so disappointed I'm out 130 dollars for such a Failure of a job. read more

I have 3 terriers that need grooming, decided to try this place after reading recommendations on here. Took my Airedale in and was asked what cut I wanted. I explained at length. Went to pick her up later, not at all what I asked for. Pretty much just shaved. No beard, no skirt...there's a definite Airedale look, and she looks nothing like that right now. Very disappointed.
