Do NOT waste your time with this company. The first time, they rescheduled due to weather - it was an *interior* window cleaning, but maybe that makes sense? Annoying to have to move all the furniture back, but no big deal. The second time, we agreed to a 11-3 window, and the guy showed up at 2:55. I buzzed him in, saw him enter the lobby and waited for him in the unit, but he didn't show up so I went looking for him in the lobby. He was nowhere to be found so I called the business to figure out what was going on and apparently he was already cleaning the windows? Clearly not because he wasn't in my unit. I was late for a business call by this point (which was scheduled after the arrival window), so told them to send him up to my unit and text me with any further issues. They texted me to say he left because he didn't have a tall enough ladder... for an interior cleaning. So here I am moving all the furniture back for the SECOND time and I learned my lesson - this company is not reliable at all and don't waste your time. read more

I've used Bubbles in the past and was satisfied with their services in regards to gutter cleaning. This time was a completely different story. I've uploaded pictures of how my residence was left after they were done. My front down spout was disconnected and the debris bag left in the front yard. I initially thought the service person either ran to get supplies or was injured. When I called Bubbles I was told that they would send someone out to estimate the repairs.... repairs made necessary by their person. I got corporate speak run around, lies and BS... I paid the bill because it would cost more in attorney fees to get out of it. I also had to hire another handyman to fix the gutter. As a past client you would think there would be an effort to make things right, to at least apologize and return the premises back to it's original state. Not the case with Bubbles. I will never use them again, nor will I ever recommend them again. read more

I just had the same experience as Sharon from Lombard. No soap and water, just 1 damp rag. I was charged $100 to wash 6 windows. It took 15 minutes. When I pointed out the filthy tracks and frames I was told it would be $3 per window more for tracks AND $3 per window more for frames. So, maybe you should advertise as glass wiping instead of WINDOW cleaning. Also, we had to provide our own vacuum as he used a screw driver to dig dirt out of tracks. Said their vacuum wasn't charged. After all this we had to wash frames and tracks ourselves as they only wiped with the dirty damp rag. Also had to vacuum all the dirt that came inside from tracks. We even asked if they brought a hose. I was thinking soaps suds, rinsing, clean windows! This was truly a rip off. I filled out a report card on the company's website and got an email thanking me for my report. Consumer beware. read more

Besides having my gutters cleaned I wanted them to also repair parts of the gutter system from years of neglect. The technician took pictures, demonstrated (ran water through) why it needed repair and also explained the cause of the green mold growing on the sidewalk. They were thorough and upfront on what they can and cannot do. They even tried to reuse some of the old gutters telling me the quality is so much better on the old ones. The original estimate was for cleaning and a special ladder (typical tall, narrow, old Victorian 3 flat) to get around the tight spaces. I was comfortable and anticipated the added cost of the repairs. No matter how much I researched this company, I admit I was still a bit stressed not really sure what to expect. I used Bubbles for the first time recently. This year the maple trees released a torrent of their whirly birds which piled up on my gutter guards and in the roof coves. These guys did a fantastic job removing them from the gutters, roof coves, and even did the ridge vents for me. I will definitely use Bubbles in the future. Quick response, easy to schedule. Workers showed upon time, were quick and efficient and left no mess. An issue of damage to the film installed on my windows was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Not reliable in the least. Scheduled for Thursday 8-12, waited all morning, and when I called they said that the washer had car trouble and couldn't come. Rescheduled for the next week.....no show from 8-12 again. This time the washer couldn't find the address, which is visible on GPS. Rescheduled for 3PM and got a call at 3:30 that the washer couldn't come because he was WET. Seriously? I said I didn't mind, to come anyway, and they said he had already decided to go home. serviceman knocked on my front door to hand me the bill. i asked him if the job was done and he said 'yes'. i asked if i could call the office to pay the bill, he said 'yes'. i'm able to view gutters on the north side of my house through a bedroom window (pictures attached), and i noticed those gutters were not cleaned. i quickly ran out to the serviceman's van and i told him those gutters were not cleaned. he asked 'which ones?'. he mumbled something then i told him i'd call the office. i called the office and spoke to Alexis who could not have cared less about my situation. she told me the serviceman could not clean those gutters because the latter would have been too vertical so he needed access the neighbors yard. i then asked why he didn't ask me for access when he told me the job was done and handed me the bill? she had no response and asked when i wanted him to come back to finish the job. again, no apologies, just straight to the task! Scam. i originally asked for Monday and that was confirmed, then i had to reschedule so i sent an email Saturday asking for Wed/Thur/Fri and for them to let me know which day because i wanted to advise the neighbors. I received a new email from Adrianna on Dec. 14 not about the rescheduled appointment, but advising me to pay my bill. i replied back saying the job wasn't done then i called her. she then told me the appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, 8AM to 10AM and that i was the 'first appointment of the day'. Nothing she did wrong, but i asked to speak with a manager and she told me the Ops Manager was in a meeting and i have not received a callback from her yet. Well, today is Wednesday at 11:30AM and the serviceman has not arrived. i emailed the company at 10AM asking if they planned on coming still and they sent me a text immediately saying yes with no window of time. i texted back at 11:15 and the reply stated they would follow up with an ETA. only reason i was notified with a text message was because i sent an email asking if they still planned on showing up. seriously, it's hard for me to comprehend something that should be so simple. I hired a company to clean my gutters. the company said they completed the job but really didn't. just be honest and if you need access to a neighbors yard then just say so. this entire situation could have been avoided. read more

Honestly he did a great job (kudos and thanks to him) but I was shocked that the company would send a single man for what really should have been at least a two person job. Bubbles originally set up a time to clean our gutters but missed the window (Friday 1-5). Owner called and apologized and offered to clean gutters for free. Three days later two guys came out and cleaned my gutters (and windows) for free. My $220 bill was zero'd out. That's pretty good customer service for a scheduling error. read more

I contacted the company and within a couple of days they sent out a person who found the problems, fixed them perfectly, and left me with exactly the gutters I needed. We had an emergency - their first available opening was on a Thursday (i called on a Monday) - They never showed up. I called the next day and they said they did - that's a lie, there's no way they could have got into the back without someone letting them in. I don't trust them - they said they came but no call nor proof? I asked to leave the bags of debris in the back (as proof) - they never showed up, period! Very pleased with this company - called and they promptly came out to clean my very clogged gutters the same day. They left no mess, though you do need to make a special request if you want them to take away debris rather than leave the bags for you to put out with your own garbage. We are getting our house ready to list and wanted to have the windows (inside and out) and the screens cleaned (we have a split level home). They showed up on time (I mean like to the minute)! They had all the equipment (which was great as I hadn't connected my hose yet) - they sent a team of two (one did inside the other outside) and they cranked, while doing a great job. I'm very disappointed with the gutter cleaning service I received from Bubble's. The technician arrived and I informed him that I had left a hose in the backyard for his use. Shortly after going back in the house I heard a noise which I assumed was the ladder being hoisted against the house. I waited for him to go into the backyard so I could point out where I could see what looked like accumulated leaves or a bird's nest protruding from a gutter but he never came into the yard. Finally after waiting about 15 minutes I went out front and he was sitting in his truck. When I gave him a puzzled look and told him I had been waiting for him in the yard he replied that he was already finished with the gutter cleaning! I had to point out where the accumulated leaves were at, which he would already have known and removed if he were doing his job properly. Literally, he charged me $160 for a 5 minute job. I would recommend that you find another service to clean your gutters if you're looking for quality service, integrity, and dependability. read more

These guys are totally legit. For spring cleaning, they power washed the deck, cleaned our gutters, got all the leaves off of our roof, and did all the windows (inside and out). Everything was 100% as promised. The crew was on time, completely professional, and did a great job. And the quote I was given is exactly what I paid at the end. Even better is the fact that the foreman of the crew, Jose, did NOT try to upsell me even though I gave him the chance. I asked if the sides of our house needed to be power washed and he said, 'no, they look good to me.' We will absolutely use them again next summer. read more

Original Review I wanted to give this company a better review because their response time is amazing and the customer service line is very helpful. We hired Bubbles to clean the gutters on our 2-1/2 story single family home in the city. I reached out via yelp to receive a quote and had one within 1 hour of sending a request. There is a customer service hotline that handles everything from the point you get a quote. They are very clear about instructions, window of time, what to expect, ect. You are supposed to get a call 30 minutes prior to the tech arriving, this did not happen and I waited all day for the call. I even called them twice, once 30 mins before my window was up and the second time 1-1/2 hours after the window was over. I was then told that the work was complete and an invoice in the mailbox. Only problem was there was no evidence that work was completed. They were supposed to bag all of the debris and leave it for us to throw away. Also when I went in and looked out the window the gutters I could still see from inside had not been touched. I responded to the follow up email sent by the owner outlining my issues and did not get a response so I called the customer service number again the next day. They scheduled a tech to come out again for the next day and this time I did get a call 30 mins before their arrival however they arrived another 45 minutes after that 30 min window. They cleaned the gutters they said they missed and assured me they did the other gutters that I could not see without climbing up a 2 story ladder, guess I'll take their word for it... He arrived on time and did a fantastic job on the windows. However, I paid to have my screens and tracks cleaned, and it was awful. He used 1 damp rag for all 35 window tracks and screens, never rinsing it out. He would clean the track, and then shake the debris inside the window on my carpeting! I was cleaning up little fly corpses and leaves under every window - UNACCEPTABLE! They left my screen porch a shambles - I had to vacuum up all the dirt and leaves they left behind and move all the furniture back. And if a window had a screen in it, they didn't clean it. When I called to let the company know about this, I was offered a $100 discount, but they cashed my check anyway, even though I was told the issue would be resolved before the job was closed. We wanted to be home when they arrive because of how tall our building is and wanted to make sure they didn't need access to our home to clean the side windows. Bubbles did a phenomenal job cleaning our gutters, windows, window sills, and storm windows of our new home!!! The windows and sills in our new home (a 2 story tri-level home about 2,100 sq. ft) looked like they were not cleaned in the past 15 years!! The cleaning of the windows and sills (and I wished I remembered to have them clean our window screens but forgot) made a huge difference. They took the time to clean the window sills (something I hate doing). My husband and I were very pleased with both the customer service (they were very responsive to my questions and got back to me right away when I would email them) and were pleased with the quality of work.
