Holy what an amazing treat! Such amazing pizza and great variety. The pepperoni is as sure as you're gonna get. Thin, crispy, but still had some chew with it is great because sometimes when it's TOO thin it can make an unpleasant experience and cut up your mouth. Amazing service by the guys here and very friendly. Ziti with meatball is solid and obviously the meatballs are the star of the show. The chicken bacon pizza was absolutely mind blowing with so much flavor, tender chicken, crispy bacon and great white sauce with a lovely garlic taste to it. If you like ranch you'll love theirs. Thank you guys again. Will definitely be back before we make our way back home to LA. read more

Buccieri's Pizzeria is a small, family-run joint in the north Boston suburb of Chelsea. It was a short, 4-ish block walk from the Doubletree hotel where I was staying for a business trip. Buccieri's has a large selection of sub sandwiches, calzones, and of course...pizza. There was no way in hell I was not eating pizza while visiting the east coast, so I ordered a slice of pepperoni. Buccieri's was a textbook NY slice. A large triangle with tasty tomato sauce and generous toppings of mozzarella and pepperoni. The crust was NY perfection. Thin, properly cooked through, and easily foldable with one hand--as a NY slice should, and must, be eaten. In an attempt convince myself that I was eating healthy, I also ordered the Antipasto Salad. Romaine lettuce topped with abundant ribbons of Italian cold cuts and provolone cheese, red onions, jarred red peppers, black olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, and a sprinkling of Parmesan. Dressing options were balsamic or Italian. I opted for the latter. All in all a nice, well-composed, protein-laden salad that was a meal unto itself. But, again, no way was I passing on the pizza. Buccieri's offers counter service only, but has plenty of tables for dining in. The venue was both clean and inviting. Staff were very friendly. Buccieri's business hours are 8:30 am to 2:20 pm. So, no...you can't go there for dinner. But you CAN go there for breakfast...and there is no better breakfast than a big honkin' slice of really good pizza. read more

Don't hesitate. Every single ingredient that goes into every single menu item is high quality. Each menu item is very well executed. This is as good of Italian Fast Casual lunch as you'll get in Chelsea. Their daily specials, 5 per day from each category, make them affordable to anyone. Love and will be back. read more

Tasty pizza in Boston's Chelsea neighborhood. This small subs and pizza place is right near my customer's office and with tasty pizza like this, I will likely be back. Easy enough with a few choice looking pies behind glass on the counter, it's point and go. They reheat and serve 'em up a few minutes later. I chose one Sicilian with ricotta and fresh tomatoes, a second with chicken and drizzled balsamic. Both were delicious, low on the grease scale and quite satisfying. read more

Let me start off with for over the last year I work over nights. 12 am -8 am so getting fresh made pizza is hard. I usually dont go to bed til 12 pm or later and sleep till 8 pm. This place is one of only two places slinging frsh made pizzas early in the am. Every Friday morning after work I send in my order by uber eats. Usually 1 large pepperoni and one large extra cheese. Right off the bat they do not screw you on extra cheese you get extra cheese. Ive had plenty of apots you ask for extra cheese and you cant even tell. The sauce is flavorful I would say they cool their pizza more on the well done side which I love crust has a nice crisp to it but not cracker like. There is flop to it which I like flop cheese is flavorful. One of the best pizzas if not best in chelsea. Closed on weekends and week day hours os like 9-2:30, Friday 8-2:30.so you have to get their early but its worth it. Had their subs and calzones a few times they are pretty good but cant say anything else as I get the pizza mainly. Been getting them weekly for months havent had a bad pie yet. read more

My wife is all into Yelp and forced me to sign up. I haven't been inspired to write a review. But I must shout out Buccieri's. I work right down the street from here and on nice days you will always find me here for lunch (and pretty much everyone else that works within a 5 block radius). The pizza is outstanding, honestly the best (easily) I've had in the Boston area. The calzones are pre-made so they're a little dry but still good. They have an ever expanding menu - soups, subs, salads, you name it. Besides the pizza, I favor the various parms, and the prosciutto/mozzarella/tomato/basil sub. *drool* And they do catering. Any place that can afford to only be open from 11-3 has to be amazing. read more

I've been here for multiple times for lunch since I work nearby. My go-to is the Tuscan Chicken sub (marinated chicken, prosciutto, red peppers, basil, mozzarella, and balsamic). In my experience, other restaurants tend to skimp on the prosciutto in a sandwich like this. Buccieri's loads it up! I've also got it on a wrap, but the wrap lacks structural integrity due to the balsamic, so I go with the sub roll. That sandwich gets a 5 star rating from me. I am also a big fan of their Sicilian pizza. Their regular pizza is also solid, but the sauce has quite a bit of rough chopped garlic, which is overpowering on the thin crust, but works well on the thick Sicilian crust. I recommend grabbing a sub for takeout and heading over to Mystic Brewery for a nice beer. read more

This is not North End pizza.......this is New England Pizza (big circle with some cheese and barely tomato) crust is also not thin slice by old North End standards or NYC standards..argue with me if you must......tomato sauce, if you see it or taste it, barely there. If you'd been to the old European on Hanover Street or old Capones before the expressway was taken down oer' at Haymarket you'd know the standard for North End pizza. that's all i got to say.... I can't speak to the sandwiches so i'm tempted to get the prosciutto some other day....as a review here says it's stacked...but i can get prosciutto giv or take a buck from 6 to 10 bucks a pound at many delis so it's got to be a good portion....tell you more later. read more

I LOVE this place! I have been working off and on in Chelsea for years and have seen this place but they close at 3. I was lucky enough to have the time to go there a few weeks ago for lunch. I have been back every day since! Now I make it a point to go to lunch so I can go here. I have had something different every time and every time I am surprised at how good the food is. The Pizza is excellent! Love the fresh rolls they use for the subs. IMO this IS the best sub and Pizza in the area bar none. Looking forward to having lunch there tomorrow 1/18/19. read more

Was in Boston for business last week and I visited this place MANY times over the course of the week. Being a small place, the menu is extensive! You can never go wrong with the pizza. They have 3 or 4 out, but you can always have made-to-order. They have daily specials on soups, calzones, and sandwiches too. The steak and cheese is one of the best I've tasted. The steak bomb is probably better than a philly cheesesteak (did I just say that?). The meatball marinara sub blows it out of the water. The chicken parm was great! I wasn't able to try a calzone, but it looked a bit dry. The seating is limited and the hours aren't all that great, but if you get a chance to catch it when its open, you will not regret it. The price is awesome. A slice is about $2.50-3.00 and the subs are around $6.00. Worth it! On some days I got a slice and a sandwich. The staff is very friendly and accomodating to locals and visitors alike. I would recommend to anyone going to Boston. Food = 9/10 Staff = 8/10 Price = 9/10 read more

I have been a huge customer for over 3 years ordering large lunch orders at least 2 times a week the owners are super rude and charge you for the platter that the sandwiches are placed on ! the customer service is horrible they do not answer the phone or take it of the hook at 10:30 am because they dont want to be bothered with deliveries. if you want your delivery at noon time good luck they will show up at 11:15 and by the time your meeting starts you will have cold subs and pizzas. Chelsea has so many good places now that you would think they would be more accommodating to loyal costumers! never will order form here again. read more

Welcome to the charming welcoming Old World hospitality and no nonsense world of Italian Pizza. I have been to Italy a few times and the experience is, as Hemingway once put it, the moveable feast. If you decided to ban carbs from your diet, and than eased up to a slice of bread once in a while, this is your once in a while spot. I come here every two weeks, eat a slice of my favorite potato and bacon pizza sitting at the table, and take at least another one to home. Wipe that grin off your face! The Taste! Taste of real fresh ingredients. Pizzas and calzones are on display behind the glass, so all you need is to point and say 'This one please'. Friendly staff recognizes you with a smile. The place is bright, has nice wide windows and bay style seats The menu is about 15 ft long. I never waited for more than 5 min in line thanks to the people behind the counter. I cannot begin to explain how bad the customer service is here. The girl who typically rings up orders is VERY nice, however, the middle aged man that actually prepares the food was an absolute JERK to me when I returned an order that consisted of lettuce and greek dressing (that I was charged $8 for) when I actually ordered a caesar salad wrap. I was very polite and simply asked for my money back as I had no time to order something different due to time constraints (lunch break was wasted bc of this). This man yelled at me and belittled in front of all the customers. They have lost my business and I have asked all of my co-workers to never order from there again (40+ coworkers that order from them on a weekly business). I got a caesar wrap the next day (that cost me $4 mind you) from Broadway house of pizza in Chelsea and their customer service is AMAZING! Don't waste your money here. read more

Appalled by how we were treated today. My coworker and I have spent hundreds of dollars each over the past two years at this place. We were regulars. My coworker was overcharged for a slice of pizza last week. The friendly waitress, who we always joke with, said next time you come in just ask for a slice. Rather than having her take time out to refund the money, my coworker said no problem. Today, we returned and mentioned what happened and the owner said that he cant help us. Apparently the friendly employee was out today. We stated that we were regulars and aren't trying to scam anyone. We just want what we paid for. We even attempted to speak with another employee who sees us all the time, but he did not want to be bothered by us with his boss hovering over him. So now they have my coworkers money; when all they had to do was give him what he paid for. The situation was saddening more than anything because the food is good. But more importantly we thought our patronage was being recognized and appreciated. I guess asking a local spot to know their customers is a thing of the past. read more
