There was constant pain. They looked totally different than my last set almost like they gave me someone else's dentures. Total disaster and waste of money. The clinic is doesn't accept any responsibility for their failure. They flip the blame on me. One more adjustment or ten doesn't matter. The dentures are scrap and need to be thrown away and start over.

So after multiple documented calls, including one with the insurance company on the phone, they drop this on us less than 24 hours before the appointment -- with ZERO apology or accountability. Meanwhile, my daughter has been waiting in pain and with missing front teeth for a month thinking she had an appointment coming up. Now we're back to square one and likely have to wait another month for someone who actually cares. There is no excuse for this. None. This company is a JOKE.
