Meats were tender and juicy, not dry or overcooked at all. Sauce was fantastic and the sides were spot on. The complimentary biscuits were even better than I was hoping. Dining area was clean and service was fast and courteous. I don't know if all TN BBQ is this good but Jim 'N Nick's was spot on tonight! I'm glad I dragged a coworker with me to also enjoy the meal and she also loved the food. Keep it up. Not sure how often I'll be in Knoxville but next time, I'll surely be back.

Their tap system was down so they were only serving bottled beer. Based on the pictures, it looked like they had several beers on top. But from where I was sitting, there was only about 8 or so, and half of them were domestic. Not a place I'll ever go to again.

You can order like normal or you can have a buffet which I recommend where you pick your meats, which are also all you can eat to go along with the tasty buffet. Butterscotch pudding reminded me of childhood. There is also a fruit buffet we were excited about but then forgot about until we left. So much eating! 4 different types of tasty teas! There are puddings, potato salads and other stuff that is in the refrigerators at the entrance also that is included with the buffet too! My only complaint is on my own self.
