I come here! On this trip today, I had a rental reservation for a full size elite. I was told they don't have that and ended up having to take a VW Atlas (or a convertible, which was way too small). The outdoor booth, which the app told me to go to when I arrived, was closed. Then I went and stood in the National line and was told that I need to get in the Enterprise line. Then I had to wait in a long combo line of Enterprise/National...what a joke this place is. It's so poorly managed and unorganized.

Normally, whenever I return a rental car, the employees are right there, checking me out immediately. Here, on the weekends, there are no people, and you have to walk up to the main national desk. After pulling in she gets in the car, checks the mileage and tells me they will email me a receipt. I requested one be printed.
