My family have gotten 2 vehicles from here this year. I would say that they have good customer service. They do try to please you as best as they can. They're not pushy and don't rush you, so I do appreciate that comfort. Prices are pretty reasonable for the quality of cars. Once you complete the purchase paperwork, you ring the bell , they clean your car and put a big green bow on your car hood for you to take a picture with. If something is wrong with the car like chips or cracks in the windshield, a noise etc; they have someone to fix it. There's a 7 day grace period to return the vehicle if you change your mind on the purchase, less $200. read more

I made a reservation for a car that was confirmed via text. When I arrived to pick up the car, the representative looked me in the face and said "we don't have any cars available". I asked told him that I made a reservation which was confirmed and I didn't understand what the point of the reservation is if there's no cars. His response was "the reservation tells me you're coming in". For what? A cocktail? To hang out? All this after I waited 30 minutes to even be helped. Complete waste of time and unreliable for someone that needs a car that was reserved. Stay away. read more

The staff at this location is super nice. It's so stressful to rent a car after an accident, so it was nice to interact with such friendly people during the transaction. Diana is fantastic and very personable. When I expressed that the SUV was a bit larger than I was comfortable driving, she got me into a sedan as soon as one was available two days later. Andrew and Mel consistently provide genuine top notch customer service. I had a discrepancy on my account, and Andrew was very helpful and informative with getting everything handled immediately. My mom can be very selective at times, but Mel had the utmost patience with her, and maintained the highest level of customer service throughout the transaction. As a small business owner, I dislike writing negative reviews; unfortunately, in this case, I have no choice. I rented a van from this location through an insurance claim paid for by another driver's insurance. Upon returning the van, I noticed a crack in the windshield. I initially planned to file a claim through my insurance, but the manager insisted that I pay their $300 deductible, assuring me that it would be much easier for both of us and that this was their process. I was assured that this would be the end of it, so I agreed since they were very adamant about needing the deductible payment. Months later, I received an email stating that I owed them $875 for the windshield. I have requested the manager to call me, but I have received no response. I also asked for someone from corporate to reach out, but again, no call came. Instead, I get threatening emails demanding payment or else I would face collections for something I thought had already been taken care of. Additionally, weeks after returning the van, another employee called me asking for a $89 payment because I returned the van one day later than the 30-day rental period. I told him to contact the insurance about this charge, but he insisted that I needed to pay. I explained that they were handling all the charges, but he replied, "I have your credit card on file; I'll just charge it." I informed him that he did not have my permission to do that, but he charged my American Express without my consent. This was also weeks after I had returned the van, and they should not have had my credit card information on file anymore. It feels like they are trying to do whatever they want and are very misleading or do not communicate well within the company. I am still waiting for a corporate manager to call me. read more

I fractured my ankle and she made sure I didn't have to walk too much as she was giving a choice of cars. When I dropped off car Alex greeted me and assisted me with a ride home. They put me in an Altima (seemed logical, since my Civic was in the shop and my insurance covered $30/day for 30 days) which was great for a few days, until it just crapped out on me. Got in the car, pushed the ignition, got a message on the console instructing me to place the keyfob near the button. Car made a few clicking sounds, then the console went blank. Pushed the ignition again, nothing. I'm thinking it's either a bad battery (in the car), a bad battery (in the keyfob) or some electrical malfunction. Called the 800-number, got routed to an overseas rep in India (again), provided all my information a few times (because language barrier) and was told that a tow is on it's way. Two hours later, called the 800-number again, asking for status since it's been two hours. Overseas rep told me I'd be contacted again with an update. I decided that sitting around a home waiting for a tow wasn't exactly the best use of my time, so I walked the five blocks to CVS to buy a replacement battery for the keyfob. Of course the instructions were backward (but at least the manual was in the glove compartment) but replacing the keyfob battery wasn't the solution. At hour three, I get a callback from a rep at the local office, informing me that the caller was the only rep in the office and that the other were either at lunch or in the field (great, whatever). Normally at this point I'd get really aggravated, but that would've just spiked my blood pressure, so I just laughed to myself at my misfortune and their incompetence. The a bunch of things happened rather quickly. AAA called me and told me a battery service vehicle was enroute and wanted to get additional information, as the overseas rep didn't provide that for them. Then I got a call from an Enterprise rep saying "Hi, I'm right outside your house." Sure enough, there's a couple guys getting out of a Nissan Versa with Arizona plates. One of the reps got on the pad and updated the rental agreement while the other put a charger on the Altima; turns out it was a bad battery. Then the AAA guy shows up, the Enterprise rep and him have a short chat (evidently they're work associates) and the battery guy leaves. The Enterprise guy that did the paperwork told me that I was close to his office and wondered why it took so long; I suggested having local dispatch rather than the overseas rep would probably improve efficiency. Good thing I was at home; if I was a work (in a secure structure) or broke down on the freeway, it would've been All The Bad. Still a four-hour ordeal was bad enough. I get a Versa with no spare tire and broken trunk cover, as someone put luggage or something else heavy in the trunk, breaking the MDF board. Ended up driving that around for almost four weeks while my Civic was at Caruso Collision. Gave another rep the short version of this story when I turned in my vehicle and he said "Oh, I'm sorry." (I heard this a few other times at Enterprise, although I think it's more of a sales/defection technique than an actual apology. Got an email with a survey, so I'll be referring them to this review. read more

Well if you would've asked me 6 months ago what I thought about this Enterprise, I would've said "not much, I've never been there". That has since changed because I've had to rent a vehicle on 3 separate occasions, due to my uncanny ability to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. I am starting to feel that I should drive with a helmet and fire retardant suit on, being involved in 3 accidents (2 of which deemed my car a total loss) is wild and super stressful. The one aspect that went smoothly and better than I expected was my choice in this location for my rentals. The time when my car was being fixed, the mechanic was supposed to take 3 days but ended up taking 30 and my insurance (for reasons I'm now starting to question and should probably look into why that happened) stopped paying despite my car not being ready and I had to continually extend my reservation, they were so understating. They now know me and once again my car is totaled and insurance cuts you off after 5 days of being deemed a total loss (again not sure why considering I'm still paying for insurance when I have no vehicle...really need to call about this) but most of us can't jump up and grab a new car on a whim and I'm forced to pay cash again for my rental. I actually enjoy walking into this location because EVERYONE that works there has the best customer service and treats all customers equal. They've literally seen me anxiety ridden, crying, angry and "normal" (let's be honest, they've seen me be hilarious too) and they always match my energy. If I'm crying, they are empathetic, anxious they are understanding, angry they listen but thru it all they are always welcoming and I greatly appreciate the staff for this! read more

Maybe if they had some customer service skills. I am a Disabled Senior Citizen and today I had a reservation for a car at 5:30pm. They advertise: "we'll pick you up" My reservation was for 5;30pm, they have told me to call when ready for pickup. So I called at 5pm and requested a pickup and Andrew the Mgr. said that they were really busy a lobby full of customers and trying to get cars cleaned. So I did not get a.pickup until after 6pm. When we arrived I noticed my phone had fell out of my pocket and I needed to rush and go back to my apartment and the guy was just casually walking to the office and I said can you hurry, and kinda did his shoulder to say hurry. He got upset because I touched him and said that he was not going to help me When we got in the office he exaggerated it and said that I shoved him with both hands, which was not true I have paralysis in my left hand and I couldn't grab him like he stated if I had wanted to. Now because of their staffing problems and picking me up so late after losing phone I was not able to get a car because my Drivers License was in the case with my phone and after me being delayed getting there because people had to wait for them to get cars ready and they had no one to pick me up. Andrew refused to take me back to get a car then he tells me that I cannot rent from that location in the future because the last time I was picked up the guy insist on sitting at the wrong address instead of coming to my address he was at 801 VIA CARMELITOS instead of 817 VIA CARMELITOS because Mapquest or whatever app he was using said " you have arrived" he did not look at the address, I had to call him three (3) times before he came to the correct address. and he told his manager that I was mean to him because I told him he still need to look at the address So now Andrew tells me that they won't rent to me, and I urgently needed to rent a car for my Dr. Appointment in the morning. Obviously. Customer service is not one of the things they specialize in. I waited almost a hour for them to pick me up after they were closed and had the guy whoi was picking me up had helped me with my walker, I never would have lost my phone with my Drivers License out of my pocket, I would have the rental car I need to get to my DR'S appointment tomorrow morning. Now because of a lack of Customer Service skills the manager does not want to rent to me and they are the only location that will pick me up, I have rented from this Enterprise location for ten (10) years at least . And maybe had they checked to see their rental reservations for the day maybe during their downtime they could have gotten cars washed and cleaned so that they would have been prepared for the evening customers and maybe they would not have been so unprepared when the people came in to rent cars, I would have been able to be picked up timely and I would have the car I need to get to my DR'S appointment in the morning. I think Andrew is just stressed out because they were not prepared for the customers when they came in and totally disregarded the fact that I waited over an hour for them to pick me up. Again I am a DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN, that should not be treated like this. read more

The representative kept implying that their vehicles inventory were for those who reserved in advanced and that they don't normally have anything avaliable for walk-in. The price they offered for small sized vehicle avaliable was $70/day and that was because it was a "walk-in" price. Normally it would be $50/day. It made me regret going here. I just thanked the representative and decided to go across the street to Hertz instead where they welcomed me and provided first rate service regardless of walk-in or not. read more

The customer service here is off the charts in my book!!! My parked car was destroyed last Tuesday and I went to this location to get a rental. Jade was fantastic and I left with a little Nissan Versa which was quite a change from my Subaru Outback. I called the next morning to see about switching to a SUV and they didn't have any. I was told to check back later since cars come in and go out. Every person spoke with over the next few days was equally pleasant and professional. Saturday I was able to exchange my Nissan for a Mazda CX-5 which I fill much safer in and comfortable driving. Efren helped me make the switch and he was so efficient. Daniel made sure I had the exact vehicle I needed to accommodate me and my passengers for our road trip and he even invited me to come pick up my rental early, since the vehicle was available sooner. I got a wild hair and decided to call her just to see how much a car rental would be and if they had any convertibles because I had never been in a convertible in my whole life and I'm from Southern California so I rented me a 2021 Chevy Camaro for four days and had so much fun. It was so amazing I drove up and down the coast with the top down froze. My ass off didn't care. It was wonderful, and the people that helped me I forgot the young man that came to pick me up from my house so nice and so friendly and the young lady that helped me at the counter so nice and so friendly will definitely go back again to rent another convertible this time in the summertime when I won't be freezing my ass off ha ha ha thank you enterprise and I recently had a disgusting experience with another rental company that my travel agent booked for me and never do that again read more

(Same address but commercial rental is next door to car rental) I rate this Enterprise #1 in price, customer service, cleanliness of vehicles, and overall positive experience. I've rented a truck to tow my trailer for business twice now and I've had one of the best customer experiences ever both times! I reserved the truck online the day prior to pickup. It's free to reserve and you don't need to enter your credit card information. The price was the lowest I found. Others don't compare and most companies don't offer so many rental vehicle options. I received a phone call from the Enterprise rep a couple of hours prior to pickup time to confirm booking. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady at front desk who was so friendly! The check in process was simple and fast. I was in and out in 15 min. The vehicle was immaculate. I left my vehicle in their secured lot overnight without issue. Drop off was just as quick and easy as the check in process. The manager, Alejandro is very professional and kind! I can see why the team there is so friendly and chill because they have a great leader. I will always choose Enterprise for my business rental needs. I had to come home and write this review. On November the 20th,my son and I had to come pick up our rental cars. We had such a wonderful encounter with the branch manager Claudia. We had to go back up there today, and had another wonderful experience with Ms. Claudia. She has excellent customer service skills,she has patience, very knowledgeable, and most of all,she's a very sweet spirited lady. What I've noticed,she/that location can use more help. Not once,did Claudia show any frustration,while helping someone else,as well as myself,and my son. However, George assisted us with a positive attitude and excellent service. He offered alternative solutions and worked patiently with my family as we decided on the options he provided. A car rental was not on my list to start off the thanksgiving break from work but let me tell you if I had to get a rental again I would highly reccomend this enterprise site! I've rented before but the staff here really looked out for me and my budget! From the day I got the car the staff including Damian and a very sweeet girl who I wish I would've gotten her name (she told me when I picked up but I forgot) they told me the best way to get a deal and to support my needs as I care for my parents appointments and my son. Tully closed out my rental and was such a blessing to me by working with my dealership to help me out. He was so polite, quick to support and willing to communicate w the dealership in top of already being extremely busy in the office he was amazing!!! Next rental I wouldn't go anywhere else. I really needed time to see what I'd say. Because my trouble isn't with the team, but in fact with the company. I have a chip card that they couldn't swipe because my chip just wouldn't take. They rejected my rental (provided to me from my insurance) because they couldn't tap/insert my card. Now, living in 2024, this so called age of technology, why can't they just swipe my card? ITS AGAINST COMPANY POLICY. But you're able to swipe a card that doesn't have a chip? And that's perfectly fine? That's absolutely mind blowing. I do and did everything by the books, I'm not a shady person, I'm not even a mean person...only to be told I can't rent the car...so now I'm stuck without being able to go work, without being able to move (because I'm also in that process). I can't rent a car that MY INSURANCE PROVIDED ME WITH AND ENTERPRISE IS WITHHOLDING THAT RENTAL! Do better. Because a chip and a card strip aren't going to stop anything. There are regular ass people out there trying so damn hard! You guys do not know how much I was counting on that rental, my LIVELIHOOD! That was my livelihood...to see me standing there with tears running down my face, and an exception couldn't be made because my damn chip was broken?
