After replacing it and still having issues, the team didn't stop there -- they came out with another battery to try, and when that didn't solve it, they quickly pivoted and realized the car itself might be dead. Without hesitation, they sent another employee out with jumper cables and jump-started my car roadside. That level of responsiveness and problem-solving is rare. Huge shoutout to Will and his manager Josh for acting quickly, professionally, and with a genuine focus on getting the issue resolved. I also liked that it came with a traditional key rather than a push-button start! The only challenge I had was getting familiar with all the controls, the radio, Bluetooth connection, mirrors, and headlights, since it was a brand-new 2025 model and I hadn't rented a car since 2019. I booked a car online and the first vehicle I was given was really dirty. I think someone had spilled cola in it and lucky me, it got on my beige coat and all over my hands. I took the keys back and got a different vehicle that was clean, thankfully. The second car was fine, however, I ran into trouble when I tried to return the car on Sunday. No one told me they were closed and I had to keep the car an extra day, or pay one-way rental fees for returning it to another location. The manager at this location was very nice and fixed this issue when I returned it on Monday. Overall, I think I'll stick with Enterprise going forward, though I do appreciate the guys at this location addressing my issues.

We finally tried Enterprise, since we were again renting a car from them. We were lucky enough to talk to Johnathan when we first got there. He was knowledgeable as to their stock and showed us three SUV's that had all we wanted but were reasonably priced. I thought they were all great looking cars, clean and well maintained and relatively low mileage for rental cars. We took a test drive in the one that I liked. We couldn't decide so we thought we would come back another day. We went to lunch and over lunch we picked the one we liked the best and then went right back to purchase the vehicle. The process was not only no hassle but the car was exactly what we wanted. This was to be a vehicle for me and I had had leather seats and loved them. Guess what? Enterprise can re-cover the seats! We were able to get heated leather seats and Lo Jack installed. Also we have a free 3 month subscription of Sirius XM. We had to wait a few days but it wasn't long. We didn't finance the car so I can't say how well that goes but our purchase experience was the easiest and most enjoyable. Isaac made the paper work go smoothly. I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales for good customer service as well as a large selection of newer cars at really good prices. The whole experience was easy and actually enjoyable. We love our 2017 Jeep Cherokee and I wish we could have purchased all three of the vehicles we looked at but I have to wait until we win the lottery.
