Do not use this company! This company is out of state and they contract with local dumpster companies, so we were last on their list to service. We had a large demo and I contacted Budget Dumpster. They were quick to book my first dumpster and it showed up on time. I called back and booked a 2nd one, and the first one was picked up and 2nd one delivered at the same time, however, it was a day late. I then called and booked 2 more dumpsters, asking them to be delivered and picked up on 2 consecutive days. After taking my payment, they never came. I had the 2nd dumpster sitting full in my front yard for a week. Each time I called, I was put on hold for at least 45minutes to 1 1/2 hours and was repeatedly put on hold and then back in queue. I finally called the local company Budget Dumpster had contracted with and they never had us on their schedule for pick up or delivery for the last 2 dumpsters. I finally called Budget Dumpster and cancelled the last 2 dumpsters, and the customer service person, John, hung up. I called again and Rick put me back in queue! I called my credit card and cancelled last 2 charges. The worst service! However, if any issues arrive, don't count on being helped. Our last dumpster was delivered smack dab in the middle of the of a private road (blocking traffic one way as well as garbage pickup service). For two days I have called, been hung up on, placed on multiple holds that lead no where. I have spent somewhere near 6 hours on the phone while on vacation trying to get this resolved without any help. I have spoken to multiple people and each person I talk to says "No one has left any notes on your file regarding any issues". I rented a dumpster for my rental in Concord Ca from 8/28-8/31/21. I chose the pick up date at the same time I paid the 645.00 fee. The company did not pick up the dumpster until 9/1 and charged me an additional 150.00. I responded by sending them my rental agreement along with the explanation that they did not fulfill their contract with me and to remove the extra charges. They responded by saying that they dumpster was not made available to them on 8/31. This was not true per both tenants living on the property. They had access to pick it up. I ordered a dumpster from them two months ago and am still waiting for them to take it up because they keep delaying the pickup procedure and giving me nothing but excuses. Although their description calls them "quick," they are the exact opposite. Although I am aware that there may be delays, the service you are paying for is a joke if the supervisor is not in communication with the drivers and cannot give the clients updates or explanations for persistent delays. They claim they are unable to provide a more precise time frame for the ETA and have a window for it between 6 am and 6 pm. It's not that difficult or complicated to schedule. Scheduling a dumpster pick-up is not particularly challenging or complicated. The supervisor now tells me that they might not even be able to pick it up and that the drivers don't know their schedules for picking up dumpsters on the day where it's due to be picked up after I've been on the schedule for a pick-up for two months. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received for a product and I have Comcast as my cable provider. Every time I call I'm on hold for a half an hour or more. They can never give you a straight answer on anything because every question has to be routed through the company that is actually providing the service. So even when you wait the half an hour and get through to a person they then put you back on hold for 20 or more minutes while they are calling into the actual provider. The dumpster was scheduled for drop off on 09/23/2022 by the end of the business. Upon checking the property at 5 pm the dumpster was not there. When contacting customer service, they stated that some deliveries could take until until 6-7 p.m. depending on the area. I had to notify my vendor who scheduled this job on a weekend, that the dumpster may not be there. The vendor arrived to property at 6:30 am on Saturday 09/24/2022 and called to say that the dumpster was still not delivered. We did not receive confirmation that the dumpster had been delivered until the painter arrived on Sunday 09/25/2022. This means that the dumpster was delivered 2 days late. We contacted customer service everyday multiple times a day over this particular weekend to find out why this delivery was delayed and the only excuse the dumpster rental company customer service could provide was that their sub contracted delivery company was not responding to any correspondence attempts including dispatch department attempting to reach out to them. The pick-up of the dumpster had already been scheduled for Monday 09/26/2022 because the HOA only allowed for the dumpster to remain on the property for 3 days from Friday 09/23/2022. On Monday 09/26/2022 I of course I had to reschedule the pick-up for ok the next day 09/27/2022, Tuesday, after getting approval from the HOA for the extra day and confirming that the vendor could rearrange their schedule and complete the job in 1 day. On Monday 09/26/2022-I receive an email stating they had processed a $150 turn away fee for the cancellation of the dumpster pick-up on Monday 09/26/2022 since it was not in advance notice. How do you deliver a dumpster 2 days late & charge $150 turn away fee when you as the company and your sub contractors did not abide by the original agreement?!?! I have been on the phone with "customer service" since receiving the notice on the charge on Monday 09/26-still have not received a call back even though an "escalation" request has been submitted to the management team. We rented a 20yard dumpster from them on Thursday, March 18th for delivery March 19th. They called me at 930am on delivery day in the morning claiming my house was a a weight restricted road and couldn't get to me so they were canceling my rental. I missed this call cause I was at work. They sent me an email saying the same thing. I immediately replied and told him I was not on a weight restricted road and to please deliver my dumpster. No reply. I live on a trucking road so I knew they could deliver here. I called their 800 number and waited on hold for 30 mins. Talked to someone about the issue. They said their dispatch said it was weight restricted. I explained where we live and that we are not weight restricted. We are on a trucking route. She put me on hold to wait for a supervisor. After another 20 minutes I got the supervisor and re explained everything to her. She said she'd talk with dispatch and get back to me. I waited 2 hours and called back. Some song and dance. My husband then called and was hung up on. He tried calling back again, got put on hold and eventually got disconnected. So we had to call waste management to get a dumpster but they can't deliver until Monday. So now we are 900 bucks in on a 450 dollar dumpster cause these guys as budget dumpster don't know what the hell they are doing. Don't bother with them. First of all I made special arrangements for the delivery guy to call when he was on his way butt the guy showed up and started off loading without even letting me know he was there. Second, the dumpster still had debris in it from the last time it was rented. When I mentioned this they said they could do nothing about it. We had an easy, professional experience with Budget Dumpster. They delivered dumpsters to our house twice, within a day of us calling, and picked them up when they said they would pick them up. We've had interactions with other dumpster companies that were unnecessarily difficult (three weeks to get it picked up?!) and in comparison Budget was a breeze. They even pulled the dumpsters around our house to the debris pile, which made loading them very easy (again, something other companies couldn't be bothered to do). The driver ran into and broke the gate key pad on his way up the driveway... it was obvious by the tire marks, and the fact that the cracked key pad was in the bushes.
