Whenever I rent I use my credit cards insurance which is completly acceptable. I have used this insurance for years. My siblings do too. The probelm is, I always get pushback. They always question me about it and give me a hard time. Which is, and they know it, fraudulent behavior. The funny thing is my siblings (who are white) never get pushback!! Just me. Last time I rented I even presented my policy paperwork. I still got pushback! "What, no policy number?" The attendant asked me. My sister-in-law was a manager at a car rental place for 10 years. She told me unfortunately they are taught to give brown and black people a hard time and to really push their insurance on them because they most likely will not know any better. I cannot tell you how annoying it is to have to deal with this every single time I rent. I will never buy the agencies scammy insurance and they really need to understand that people are not as dumb as they think.

I dont think it's appropriate for him to bring a customer in the middle of an issue that's going on outside the business. Second frank is a man as big and tall as he is and I'm a 4'11 women it's not appropriate for him to speak to me the way he did with attitude and "authority" Over me. And then I go back to our car to leave and he wasn't even blocking the drive way cars were able to come in and out.
