I come back at the time of my reservation only for them to say they don't have any EVs and they could put me in another car but not discounted from the EV price. The staff also had a HORRIBLE attitude and acted like it was my fault for even thinking I should get the kind of car I reserved. If you're hoping to get an EV or any kind of car I wouldn't recommend this location.

I'm new to the area and had to book a long term rental for 3 weeks due to a car emergency. But i ended up needing to extend my booking to 6+ weeks as my car troubles got extended. They helped me every step, and went out of their way to help me find the best arrangement for my situation. Enrique (the manager) goes above and beyond. The pick up and drop off experience was seamless. They're super responsive and helpful over both phone and email. Enrique even offered to change out my car after a few weeks to help me upgrade and get a cleaner car. (Decided not to as I was getting comfortable with my Chevy). They're a really busy location but I can tell they really care about their customers and giving the best experience. The rates are very reasonable, especially if you book 1-2 weeks in advance.

We were told things that weren't true when we were in the buying process that showed to not be true. The transmission went out 2 months in was told to take it the shop 2 days didn't hear anything I call to check they say they can't find it after waiting 5 days to see if anyone located the car and call me I attempted to speak to the dealership supervisor that was a run around. During all this I found out what they tell you about the warranty and what's true is a lie partly my own fault more education on my side and the sales woukd be good 2 weeks later I did get a new transmission wasn't as timely or professional as I'd like but problem solved for no fee. Tags are expired was told current ones would be paid by dealer and I could get them there well today dmv renewal comes. I'm disappointed I had higher expectations but they are all about getting people with little to no credit into cars no matter thr quality of thr car.

Both times the check in process was terrible. The last time, I checked in and paid online to save time. I was supposed to get a text message or email notifying me where my car was and just hop in and go. That never happened. So I went to the front desk and the entire system was down. So I had to wait for that to reboot. Then the credit card system wouldn't work, so I had to wait for that to reboot. Finally I get the car and it's got dirty windows and a ton of scratches. Next time I'll pay a bit more to avoid the mess this place is.

Everything was going fine, she asked for my card and ID, gave it to her. Then she said that I needed a major credit card. I don't have one. She then told me without one I can't rent it. And dismissed me. I left. I called Budget customer service, after his investigation he said there was no reason why she should turn me away. He gave me some suggestions and we will see what happens. But don't go here. I'm headed to enterprise now. I had to call another uber. I have spent all day on a mission to find a rental car. No luck. So thanks lady, now I don't know what I'm gonna do.
