Great place if you're in the mood for a simple diner-style breakfast. I got the Bud's Special with hot chocolate and it was great. The hot chocolate was yummy with nice whipped cream and the eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, and home fries were fantastic. Definitely a great breakfast place!

Great breakfast. We frequently go to Buds on Sunday mornings. Friendly, fast service, clean atmosphere.

Great old-school breakfast joint. A wonderful discovery In Nashua that you should try Good omelets, clean and friendly with reasonably priced items - very fast service! If you follow my reviews you know I spend most weekends traveling around New England for our hobby business. Being out of town most Sunday mornings, I am always searching for authentic New England diners to have breakfast. Then I review them. This place was a great find here on the corner of Lake street and Euclid Ave off Exit 5 - a little off the beaten path but in a nice neighborhood. The menu is simple - basic breakfast and lunch options. I had the Special Omelet. Of course it comes with homemade home fried potatoes. The waitress ask if I wanted them with onions. I said of course, but nice she ask because I know a lot of people think they are optional. The omelet was fantastic. The service was on point with the waitress checking my coffee and promptly bringing my bill when I finished. On possible draw back is parking seems sparse, but it wasn't an issued and there is seems to be street parking nearby. Trying this place. A great little breakfast joint.

    Interesting ad choice.

The service is always amazing and the food is always on point and it never disappoints. The ambiance is like a typical diner with booths, no loud music so you can talk to your party. Let's get down to the food. Cinnamon Bun Pancakes- this is my go to because I love it! It's not overly sweet which I love and it reminds me on a cinnamon bun. I always get one lol Country Benedict- this is what I order every time I come here as my main dish. You get buttermilk biscuits instead of English muffins with sausage patties on top and the lovely gravy. The gravy is soo good. CHOCOLATECHIP pancakes- my daughter go to since she loves chocolate lol. Which 5 year old doesn't right? She always gets this and it's really good. So if you're in Hudson be sure to come here, you won't be disappointed.

** Patty Melt review **…read more Roadside eatery in a tiny strip plaza. Outside, it looks nothing like the classic New England train car style or New Jersey stainless steel style diners, but inside are countertop with stools, booths around the outskirts, and the hustle and bustle giving it a strong diner vibe. Like my visits to many diners, I was here on my patty melt quest. -- Patty Melt: First, the composition is faithful to the prototype, with a quarter pound patty (no smashburger nonsense), rye bread (no sourdough decoy), buttered (not merely toasted), and with the classic Swiss cheese, sautéed onions and thousand Island dressing. No fusion, no reinvention, no omissions, no hipster jive. Good crispness and butteriness on the bread, great melt on the cheese, and noticeable softness to the onions. Most importantly, the beef could be ordered medium rare, and they executed. More softness, with gushing juices and a really pleasing bite. I suspect nothing special to start with, but they cooked it to near perfection. Only quibble would be not much crust to the patty, but not as critical on a patty melt. -- Fries: I could have had tots or a few other options, but fries were fine. Almost certainly frozen, but the skin-on variety and not the dreaded coated kind. Nothing special, but good enough. Service was adequate. It seemed like everyone was prepping to get everything gathered and cleaned for closing about 90 minutes earlier than necessary, but that didn't detract. If anything, it shows initiative and hustle. Not much data to go on, but an easy 4 for me.

What a rare gem this place is…read more This is such a friendly little breakfast / lunch place. We've been twice and both times we found the food to be fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Today I got a wonderful omelette, served with toast and home fries. My partner got an incredible, beautiful, loaded oatmeal. Cleaned our plates for sure. Add to it OJ and a few smooth, hot cups of coffee and you had two happy folks. Considering the quality of the meal, the price was perfectly fair. Will be back!

We didn't. i'm not gonna promote the food here because it's not worth promoting. service was good throughout, from the host to our server. the quality of food is a mixed bag We order the frappe and smoothie. The smoothie was not overly sweet, which we like a lot. The frappe was decadent and generous amounts of Oreo cookies. the country Benedict was spot on. The side of beans was on the sweeter side. the Dublin breakfast was OK. The ham was really dried out. The hash was cooked really well. then there was the stack of chocolate chip pancakes. It was the driest and crumbly pancake I ever had in my life. not returning.
