I paid for 3 oil change, this was going to be my last one and all of a sudden they couldn't find me with my phone number, when the 2nd time Steve was able to do it, manger was so rude. I took my wife's car to the Riverside Nissan dealership to get its oil changed & rotate tires. One of the guys behind the desk stated I needed to drain the break fluid etc. due to its miles (42K miles) and had to get a "Tune up". They were gonna charge me about $500 to get everything done, I said no thanks (felt like they were trying to get money out of me since my oils change is free) I called Bud's Tire Pros explaining my situation and I spoke to a gentleman by the name of "Oscar", now Oscar was very informative and was able to see what my car really needed to get done based on miles the car had. Oscar was very helpful and able to guid me in the right direction on what to get done on my wife's car. I set an appointment, took the car in and within couple hours, Oscar called me and explained what needed to be done. So after further explaining everything, the total cost for what was needed ended up being only $224. I was happy that I was able to get what it needed, instead of feeling like the dealership was just trying to get money out of me. read more

I used to like Bud's and they were nice and convenient, and it seemed like the gave a crap about there customers. But a lot has changed in the last couple years. The last time I went there they messed up one of my vehicles and acted like oh well and Wouldn't take any responsibility. Then Against my better judgement I decided to use them for a simple oil change on my car. I made a appointment With a couple red flags being thrown out I new I should have just left. But I didn't. Waited over 3 hours and they hadn't even touched my car. Finally got fed up and figured I'd give the money to someone who might appreciate it more. You would think the manager might say I'm sorry or try to smooth it out a little. But no he didn't give a damn. Just handed me my key and walked away. Good luck if you decide to use them. But I wouldn't recommend it. They have crappy service and only care about getting extras out of there customers. It turned in to a pretty greedy place. And got worse once Bud sold it. read more

Brought my car in last week bought 2 tires. I came in and right away this guy tells me it's going to take 2 hours, mind you I was here at 7:00am waited till they opened at 730. I'm the first customer. I had no where to go so I said fine. Needless to say after he said that they came and got the car and I was out right away. I asked them to top off all fluids they said fine. They didn't I called back and the man at the counter said they topped it off . He said the only reason my brake fluids are low are because I need brakes wth!!!! So I'm back again to get the fluids topped and find out why my tire light came on. As I told this same man why I was back here again he said its going to be 2 hrs drop off my vehicle and he'll fix it. ! First I'll start off that everyone is super friendly, so I do appreciate that. However the two times I've gone, they've taken hours on simple things like an oil change and a tire replacement even with an appointment. Their tires are overpriced and they charged me more than quoted for the tire I got a couple months back. Now with that same tire I got from them I'm having to put air in it every three weeks with no sign of puncture on the tire. The front passenger tire has been leaking air. I have been putting air in the tire every two days. Took the car to Buds, and was told, no nail, no leak, but I have a faulty sensor. I would have to replace all four sensors at $99 each! When they brought the car up, the tires were never dunked in the tank. All tires were dry! I took the car to Les Schwab, they found a nail and patched the tire. I asked about the sensors; they said that they were all fine. No malfunctions or low batteries! Lately, Buds has been very shady. They are no longer trust worthy! I've told my friends, and they all agree. read more

We had just bought out truck from CarMax and realized that there was a nail in the front tire. We called CarMax right away and they recommended Buds tire shop. When we initially were quoted a time we were told 45mins because there was 2 cars in front of us. They referred me to a Tire Pros to honor it however they will not and do not offer it as a service. I have had service here for years... the staff is always courteous... my wife got a punctured tire out on the freeway.... we live 2 blocks from Buds and we love the convenience... took our 2018 Santa Fe to see if tire could be fixed... unfortunately it could not ... the salesman tried to sell me an inferior tire for cost savings.. I stated I did not want mismatch tires on a car so new ... so he quoted me a really expensive price for my exact tire... there was nothing special about my tire 17 inch rim .. not low pro ... $255 ... no way... went to a competitor and got same tire for $169 ... AND this is the second car I've brought to buds and they have recommended replacing both front tires... tires have 40, 000 on but it's an 65, 000 tire.... not sure what's going on down their but please fix it ... After nothing but good experiences here I had a bad one today. Woke up to a flat tire so I put on the spare and went to Bud's to get it fixed on my way to work. Walked in and told the service writer why I was there. He asked me if I had an appointment. An appointment? It's not like I planned on having a flat. Said it would be two and a half hours! I will be back to have them do my front brakes I actually just noticed on my way there I needed them, because they were making noise, but they also saw them in their quick check inspection and let me know. Reached out online for a tire quote on a Saturday and received a response the same day. That was the first evidence that I was going to receive great customer service. Later received a text from Bud himself and said he could have new tires by Tuesday. That would be great but then I woke up Sunday to a flat. I texted Bud and asked if it was possible to get the tires on Monday. He said he could. If getting timely responses on a weekend isn't great service, I don't know what is. Monday I showed up to the shop and they knew who I was as soon as I walked in and even knew my last name. My truck was up on the rack within 5 minutes and I was out the door in about an hour. I couldn't believe how well I was treated and how quickly they installed the new tires. I highly recommend this shop. read more

I took my truck at a good faith to have them rotate my tires and while I was at it to give me a service on that note, the service Tech called me and said that I need transmission service and plus my valve covers were leaking. Didn't have the money to pay for it like $4000 later is what they wanted to charge me. I took my truck to another mechanic which is a family member. While I was talking to him at the moment. He was doing his inspection and he pointed out to me that somebody deliberately removed bolts from my transmission to create a leak, let alone loosen up my valve covers as well. Before all of this took place, I had taken my truck there 2 weeks prior and they had just called me earlier this week to remind me that my Valve covers were leaking, and needed a Transmission service just so i can take my vehicle back over so they can charge me Money What a coincidence. So please don't ever take your vehicle there. They're just a bunch of rip-off. read more
