Decided to try this place out since it was on my drive to work. Glad I did! Cute place with ample seating. Was seated quickly and ordered the Mexican Coffee and Chorizo Tacos. Coffee was really good and the tacos were good as well. Will make this a frequent stop For sure!

Mollettes with chorizo and pico it was very very good

Ambiance - delightful. Mexican murals everywhere. Service - very fast and efficient. When I had questions the waitress clearly answered my question. Food - two eggs with red and green salsa. Their hot salsa was just right with the eggs. The potatoes were fried with onion and peppers . My only complaint was the refried black beans. They were too watery. I used the bilillo to get all the egg yorks up. You know the food is good at a Mexican restaurant when the Hispano community eats there! I liked it but it was not filling.

Migas and beans. With cilantro, of course.

The food was great! I tried Migas for the first time and they were super. I love the painted murals and other decor. Our server was super friendly, cute and helpful. The specialty coffee with cinnamon was simply superb!

My go-to breakfast establishment. Convenient to the beach in Gulf Breeze. Excellent food, friendly service, and authentic Mexican meals prepared fresh.

Small establishment with big authentic Mexican flavor. I've been to Mexico many times, and have never had Café de Olla and now I can say that I've had it! Our server explained how it's made and we ordered it and It was excellent. Perfect sweetness, perfect hint of cinnamon. If you are a coffee lover, like me Try it if you haven't. I had a hard time choosing between the creamy chicken, chipotle, Chilaquiles and salsa Verde but I love tomatillos sauce so much. I went ahead and went with the chicken Chilaquiles with salsa Verde, and it was delicious. Refried beans that came with. HubbyStanks ordered chicken enchiladas with an egg on top with salsa Verde, and it was equally delicious. Our server had great energy and was super friendly even though I was getting a little antsy because we didn't get helped before others that got sat after us. He simply explained with a smile that he didn't realize we were his table (we were right in the middle of the restaurant which was split between 2 servers) and I was good! HubbyStanks was ready to leave after a while...but I always like to see if things can be turned around and so glad I did. I can't wait to return!

Mmmm!! True authentic Mexican food and coffee. My hubby is a chilequiles nut, we had some extra chorizo- delicious. Cafe de Olla was something I never had before- so good w hint if cinnamon. If you have gringos or picky kids in the group, there are still lots of favorites- pancakes, French toast, fruit, eggs, bacon etc. Cute, modest little place 5 minutes from the beach and not touristy.

A cozy little place that serves AMAZING Mexican food. Mostly breakfast menu that tastes great. The service was outstanding and quick and the prices were very reasonable. Absolutely worth a visit.

Visiting FL on vacation and found this place on Yelp. Stopped by for breakfast and was not disappointed. We absolutely LOVE authentic food and it was definitely the taste of homemade. From the salsa to the chorizo. The chorizo was the best I have ever had and that says a lot since I'm picky about chorizo. The cafe de olla was the best. Potatoes were moist and flavored perfectly. I highly recommend trying this place out.

Definitely will give it another try. Decided to have breakfast here for their large following on social media and their reviews. This restaurant is very nice and their decor really does a beautiful job at depicting Mexican style art. It was not too busy when my gent and I arrived so we were seated right away. Everything on the menu sounded good (which is why we want to come back) & we ended up ordering the plate with the large piece of steak and chilaquiles & the plate with scrambles eggs on top of fried tortillas and red sauce. Everything looked great when it came to the table but flavor wise , very bland, and was cold. The salsa had no real flavor (needed salt and some kind of spice) and my husband's chilaquiles were pretty much the same. The refried beans lacked flavor as well. While we were let down on the actual food, the service was nice & we would like to come back and try something else.

My wife loves brunch and there is no better brunch than a Mexican one! Buenos Dias is set in the back of a group of buildings so it is a little difficult to find. My wife wanted Mexican Sweet Bread to start our meal. Good thing we only ordered one because one of these suckers are humongous! The bread was sweet like the King Hawaiian brand but fresh. I didn't like the frosting on top. It made it seem more like a cupcake than bread. My entree was the enchiladas Rojas. These enchiladas came stuffed with shredded chicken and topped with red salsa, queso, cilantro, and red onion. They were prepared well and were the best part of my meal. My wife ordered the A La Mexicana. The best description of it is 2 scrambled eggs with avocados and other ingredients mixed in. It came with beans and potatoes. She loved it and it was ok for me. My sweet tea had a sharp taste to it that I did not like. I thought it was Gold Peak but it turned out it was Community. I think it needed a pinch of baking soda to take the edge off of it. My wife loved her coffee. If you are looking for a Mexican style brunch in the Gulf Breeze area, give Buenos Cafe a try. The enchiladas by themselves were good enough to make this a 4.

Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined it. I saw my waiter maybe four times during the entire 45 minutes I was there: when he brought my water, took my order, brought my CORRECT order, and then finally walked by 10-15 minutes after I had finished eating. I actually had to ask another employee to find him because I was sitting with the wrong food for about 10 minutes. In the end, I had to flag him down just to get my check and a to-go box. The food was decent. The street corn was absolutely delicious, but my tacos barely had any toppings. I ordered water and never received a single refill the entire time I was there. It's disappointing because the ambiance and first impression gave me such high expectations. The restaurant is beautiful, but the service was so poor that I unfortunately won't be returning.

The chips are served nice and warm and have a light crunch to them, not overly heavy. Their salsa is just addictive and when you pair it with their queso, it's ridiculous. I ordered the chicken supreme dish I think is what it was called. Chicken breast flattened and nicely grilled, topped with mushrooms and onions and cheese. Serve with rice and beans, I couldn't finish at all, but I surely wanted to. The service was very friendly and attentive, mostly comfortable atmosphere. Loud patrons, a couple boot away, put a damp around things, but that's not really the fault of the restaurant, just inconsiderate, loud patrons. The only issue I have, is when we walked in the place just kind of smelled funky. They had a couple of candles lit, I think to mask the odor. And I really can't say what it was, but it was across between maybe garbage and trash smell. Aside from the unpleasant smell when you walk in, the food and service was on point. I would absolutely come back here for takeout.

Our waitress blamed the kitchen for every mishap. One mistake, ok two mistakes and more, not buying it. We tried ordering drinks but our waitress had no idea what kind of wine they sold so she had to go check. When she returned we ordered drinks and when the drinks showed up we ordered the small beef and cheese dip, they also brought chips and salsa that was very tasty. She ordered a fahita steak quesadilla, she said it was very salty and average at best. I had the enchilada supreme with no sour cream, I was very clear and even said it twice. Our meals showed up before our "starter" beef and cheese dip. Mine had sourcream on it so I asked them to fix it as ordered. Next the dip showed up and the cheese had a thick skin over top of the cheese, it too was average. My enchilada showed up and it appeared they scraped off the sour cream and re applied the lettuce, etc. The problem is by then, the enchiladas were not very hot and the fries were soggy, luke warm and not crispy. The manager did come over and asked about our meal, I replied it was just ok, that was as nice as I could be. He offered to make it good on our next visit, I told him not to do so, he said he could fix it, but our meal was over at this point. We will likely try other mexican restaurants in the area before we attempt to come back to give them another chance. On any day a restaurant can fail.

Blue Iguana is good! They kept some of the original decor but the interior is dressed up and really nice. I especially like the light up tree that replaced the fountain in the old place. We called ahead for a table for 8 and were told it would be no problem. By the time we arrived 15 min later, it was a bit of a problem. Pretty decent wait but we sat on the patio and listened to live music. Other patrons were kind of jerks and insisted on lining up at the hostess stand and holding the door open while they waited. It obviously didn't get them in faster, made them grumpy, and let a lot of hot air into the restaurant. People, just wait with the door closed. They will come get you. I got a phone call when table was ready which was a little weird. Luckily I answered the call from the unknown number. It was taco tuesday and one of my party had seen it mentioned on Instagram. Server didn't call out the special, so we would not have gotten the discount without asking. Special was something like $2.50 per taco with no side. My family loves a bargain so they had a great time with the deal. Other reviews mention BOGO margaritas, but we were seated 2 minutes after 7 so we missed that deal. I can't speak to anyone else's food but I got empanadas, elotes, and I got my daughter's charro beans and tortilla soup. The empanadas were good but one of them had a sour oil smell. Not amazing, probably would only order again to share and not as my meal. The elotes were a little different than I am used to. It was 4 partial corn cobs and the corn was kind of tough. The main flavor was tajin, not a lot of cream or cheese. The charro beans were the same from the old pedros, and they were the ONLY thing I liked from Pedros. They are still AMAZING. I was also really REALLY impressed with the tortilla soup. It was clearly homemade and so full of veggies and flavor. I could make a meal out of the beans and the soup! The chips and salsa were really good and refilled quickly. Everyone at my table seemed to like what they got. Lots of clean plates and no complaints. I woudl definitely go again.
