We had such a good experience at Bueno's Tacos & Margaritas in Duluth! We tried the Tamarind Margarita, Bueno's Flaming Molcajete, and Bueno's Mexican Chicken Bowl, and everything was delicious. The Flaming Molcajete was definitely the highlight! It came out sizzling and was packed with flavor. The chicken bowl was fresh, filling, and really well seasoned. The Tamarind Margarita was also so good, with that perfect sweet and tangy tamarind flavor that went really well with the food. Great portions, friendly service, fun atmosphere, and flavorful food. Authentic Mexican with a limited menu. Vegeterian options are very very less. Chips are very crispy and tasty. The house salsa is different and good. The veggie Torda is awesome. The French fries are one of a kind, curly and criapy outside and soft inside. Torda comes with French fries and 2 salsas. The shrimp diabla is diabolic. So hot and tasty. The shrimp is cooked wirh onions and green bell pepper in the sauce and the diabla sauce is not poured over the grilled like other restaurants.The elote is fresh and crunchy. It was a hot day outside and the temperature in the restaurant wasn't any better. Not sure if the AC wasn't on but it was super hot inside to the point of us sweating. The music was also way too loud. We were the only two there and we had to yell to hear each other. The food and drinks were average. The service was great. read more

It's Cinco de Mayo so we decided to have tacos today. Found this place as we're passing by because they had food truck outside with bull riding, Dj, and tables set outside for a festive event. Inside the restaurant is very small. It would not be able to accommodate everybody. They had buy two tacos get one free today four dollars a taco, Nachos for $10, and Mexican corn for six dollars. Today the surface was untraditional because of the event. The only thing they were surfing outside in the vendor was alcoholic drinks and tacos and nachos. Anything else on the menu like burritos or serviced inside. Really enjoyed the bull ride. That was something different and unique. The food was done fresh and made to order. It was good. Just needed a little more salt. They had three sauces wasn't a big fan of either one of them. Corn on the cob was made differently from all other Mexican restaurants. They put a lot more Tajin on it, making it more sour, which I actually liked better than traditional. It gave it a good punch. We made a good choice, stopping by here for the festivities. read more

$4 for a taco? Restaurant is clean and seems fairly new. Went for lunch on a Sunday with some friends. Their menu isn't all that. Very basic and what you expect. When you order individual tacos its $4 each..so you would think it would be decently sized..no. It is maybe two bites My dish (photo below) was about $15 after tax.. I had to really savor it and take my time so it can fill my stomach. They gave us those pre-packaged to-go plastic ware..and weirdly only ONE of use from the group got silverware. What an amazing place! The atmosphere is bright inside. Some would call it dainty. The food is exceptional. Every bite filled with flavor. It's all so filling oh my I left with my stomach FULL. The twin burrito is a definite must try. The queso is amazing to put on anything there. The tres leches is homemade and we tried it. I can definitely say it's one of the best I've had. I've been to Buenos four times. Each time the food has been very fresh and delicious. The staff is very nice, patient and professional. I had Shrimp Quesadillas with rice and black beans. I also had the guacamole, chips and the house salsa. The quacamole is rather expensive, but everything else is reasonably priced. My meal portions were generous. There is currently a great health score of 100 that is displayed on the wall. I would definitely go back. read more

This place is TOTALLY awesome!! They really know how to develop flavors!!! First, some of the best margaritas around and at a reasonable price. My wife had the fajitas bowl and it had a LOT of meat. She'll get two meals out of that. I have the pastor and the Birria tacos. SO flavorful!! The Birria were my favorite but both were delicious. Even the rice and beans stood out when they are usually just a compliment. Isa took care of us and he was super attentive and friendly! Couldn't recommend this place more! Great food! I got the Asada tacos and they did not disappoint! Everybody there was very nice and pleasant and the food came out pretty quickly(they have a drive thru too). As someone who lived in L.A. for 6 years, I can say that I am a huge fan of these tacos. The tacos were stuffed with the asada and the pairing with the salsas set it over the edge for me. Genuinely the food had the least flavor I've ever experienced eating at a Mexican restaurant. Ordered the steak tacos. Steak tasted like nothing, all it had going for it was the texture of meat. Buenos is a gem! It is a charming, family run, authentic Mexican restaurant. Everyone is friendly and very helpful! This evening I ordered four delicious tacos on Taco Tuesday, chips and home-made guacamole. The tacos are filled with goodness - grilled onions and cilantro, chicken or pork - both are outstanding! I love the guacamole; however, the price for the chips and guacamole is bit on the expensive side. I'll be back for more - I saw an amazing looking platter of nachos that I will have to try! It's extremely cute little space. We only got tacos to go because we wanted to "try it out" and they were very well seasoned and made with love!
