I came here on a Wednesday afternoon, the wait was about 20 minutes but it was totally worth it! It is a small place, so keep that in mind. They have WING WEDNESDAY so you get 10 wings for 5 bucks! I ordered the hot wings, they were tender & flavorful! Most importantly, they tasted fresh! I also ordered a large pepperoni pizza and OMG it was AMAZING!! A few years ago, I'd give this place 5 stars. Over the years though, the food quality has just gone downhill. Recently got food poisoning from "wing wednesday" and it was worse than the food poisoning I got in a 3rd world country. Half the servers are great, attentive and friendly - the other half look so miserable to the point that you can tell they'd rather be anywhere else but work. Whiskey wednesday is a great deal ($4 you call it whiskeys) but the place is so packed on wednesday's usually, it's hard to find seating without waiting for 30-60+ min. the pizza is probably the only thing i'd still eat here, it's a bit greasy and used to be better, but it's probably the only thing they still have going for them. seems like they're too busy worrying about getting the new downtown location opened (was supposed to open months ago) to focus on server and food quality like they used to. i hope buff can make a comeback bc it sure was great having a local spot that was open late near campus. read more

I've only had carry outs from Buffalo Bro's. They get it right every time. Our latest order was via Favor. We had a meatball sub that was great. A pizza that had a perfectly crispy chewy crust, we added extra cheese, and boy was it cheesy. Also, had mild buffalo wings that had quite a kick, I might order extra mild next time. They were deliciously crisp while still being juicy. So good! Everything we had came to us still hot. All 3 items heated up great the next day in the oven. Before the added on fries the price was $8.99 and after I asked to add on fries. I can't write a whole lot on this restaurant. I went for the fan's appreciation event the night before the big Thanksgiving game with the Cowboys and Bills. It seemed like a great place especially if you are a Buffalo fan. We were able to get drinks fairly easily because they had set up an outside bar also that night. Went to Buffalo Bros TCU and my card was charged twice for 2 different amounts. The waitress Tiffany never came back or told me when she gave my card back that it was charged twice. The reason I knew of the 2nd charge is because my bank alerts me so I confronted her about it and she was like oh yeah it was an error and we refunded it back. Well now here I am Monday and still no refund and spoke to the manager Jonathan who was of no help at all. So on Wednesday or Thursday I have to wait to have my money released and hope the amount drops off my account. Sadly, we ordered 2 dozen wings to go and they were some of the worst wings we have ever had. I have heard great things about this place but my to go order was disappointing. I can make wings at home for cheaper that taste better. Super super dry, the garlic Parmesan didn't even taste like garlic and all the rub fell off so they were just bone dry ass wings sitting in a pile of rub. We also got the Cajun and those were slightly better but not by much. Any dry rub wing I have had elsewhere is better. They tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for hours. As an undergrad at TCU, I always griped how we never really had a sports bar close by that could do wings and maybe even serve up some late night pizza. The food gods were cruel in that they blessed TCU with Buffalo Bros. only after I graduated. Buffalo Bros. is one place that I do not go often enough. One quandary I often find myself in at sports bars is what to order...pizza or wings? But here at Buffalo Bros they have the answer to this eternal question, so no need for a Hamlet-esque bout of indecisiveness, you can just order one of their combos. They have a whole bevy of combinations, most of which include some variation of pizza, wings, and beer (can there be a better combination?). This last trip, loathe of drinking any more beer after leaving the pool party, I went with the 4 wings, one slice of pizza, and soda combo for eight bucks. The Girlfriend went with her usual favorite, the chicken tenders. I will also add that I think Buffalo Bros. has the best wings in Fort Worth. Bold statement, I know. While they might not have the selection of flavors that Wingstop or Buffalo Wild Wings feature, the wings are larger than that of the former and you don't get the spotty service as you do with the latter. Also, the handful of flavors they do have are damned good and lean towards the hotter side of the spectrum. If you are in a mood for something really spicy, go with their Cajun (and yes I like their Cajun flavor better than Wingstop's). If you are ordering pizza by the slice (or part of a combo), you get to choose from only a handful of pizzas, but I usually stick with their Hawaiian, it is always a nice contrast to the hot wings. Their pizza is pretty solid, I would compare it to a thinner version of Mama's. But not in the mood for pizza or wings? Well they have you covered for that as well, just try one of their subs. I will personally vouch for the meatball sub, truly amazing. The meatballs are sliced, so you don't have to deal with the damn things falling out like you have to at other places like subway. Not a healthy sandwich, definitely befitting of a sports bar sammich. So along with reasonable prices and a nice beer selection, you really cannot go wrong here. Okay I have to admit I was really nervous to deviate from my normal wing routine. Hooters has never let me down and I will forever sing their praises no matter who questions it. But Buffalo Bros you came to play with your wings. First the atmosphere is awesome. I love a good college/sports/dive bar feel that welcomes you. I immediately wanted to grab a pitcher of beer and sit down for some TCU football. It's welcoming, not snobby, and perfect for some wings and beer. (And yep I got a beer, had to). I had to order the wings. There is no way to order anything else when everyone raves about them. I got the 6 medium wings with a side salad to make me feel like I was being healthy as I devoured all the wings covered in bleu cheese. The food came out fast and hot. Soon after I had wing sauce all over my hands and very full stomach. They are delicious. The medium sauce is perfect when you don't want to burn your entire throat but the garlic Parmesan I tried of my friend's were hands down the best I have ever had. Yesterday the lunch special was a club sandwich. I normally stick to our few favorite items, but it sounded tasty so I branched out. Very glad I did. It was a classic club, but made with Buffalo Bros. special touch; it really hit the spot. I would leave 5 stars, but the service can be hit-or-miss. Dude, real Buffalo food finally found its way to north Texas. The bad news for me as a Dallas resident is that I have to drive to Fort Worth to get it. It was worth the hour drive. How many places would you be willing to say that about? Buffalo Bros. delivers on its promise of creating authentic Buffalo pizza and wings in a big way. The wings are crispy on the outside -- WITHOUT ALL THIS DISGUSTING TEXAS BREADING -- but moist and juicy on the inside. The flavor were solid, too, and the mild sauce tasted like real Buffalo wing sauce. Need to work on that bleu cheese, though; how can you call something bleu cheese if t does not have crumbles in it? The piece was also solidly Buffalo, though it was not as cleanly done as it might have been. The sauce was thick and tasty, and the cheese and toppings fresh. I would suggest fixing the crust so that it is not 1/4 of the pizza and so that it is not quite as dry. A lot of Buffalo pizza joints brush the crust with oil to keep it moist when cooking. So with how great it obviously was, why not give it five stars? First, THE PRICE IS OUTLANDISH. Most Texans don't realize how cheap pizza and wings are in Buffalo. This whole dollar per wing would never fly. Twenty to twenty five cents per wing is far more common, and most places have ten-cent wing nights. Also, pizzas cost about $10 and they are delicious, not that Little Ceasar's/Pizza Patron stuff. It cost is close to $50 for a large pizza and thirty wings, with tip. If a place were even remotely as authentic as this place, I would drop this place lie a bad habit. You need a Dallas location! Love my Buffalo food! read more

Watched college football here today, and definitely recommend. Our waitress was super nice, the food was good and the pitcher of beer was served with ice cold mugs! My only critique, was the lack of parking. There are maybe 8 spots on the street, and the lot in the back says TCU book store parking only we will tow...so had to park at a bank down the street then walk over...nonetheless, great spot! read more

I went to Buffalo Bro's for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I've got to say it's fantastic. The atmosphere, the wings, the noise, and the company is all I could ask for going to a college bar. It's filled with TVs, all with different channels and games on at the same time. I went with my wife and a few of her hometown friends and they've been going here since it first opened. I would love to come back, and my only complaint would have to be how crowded it is in the small restaurant. I heard there was a second location opened in downtown Fort Worth so I might try there for a little spacier dining experience, but that's not enough to take a star away. read more
