I left the poor service at Friday's and came to Buffalo Brothers for the first time and the service was wonderful.

We went when they first opened and weren't super impressed with the quality of food. We went back tonight and we were pretty happy with everything. It was 7:30pm on a Saturday and we were seated immediately and had great service. The pasta salad was really good, and so was the pimento burger. The fries left a little to be desired, and the American cheese on the pimento burger was too much cheese for my taste, but otherwise everything was really good and I'm glad we came back. read more

A group of us went here for a co-workers birthday and the service was great but 4 out of 5 of us got sick from eating the mozzarella cheese. 4 out of 5 ate the cheese and had different entrees but we are horribly sick and it started soon as we left the restaurant. I encourage this facility to ensure all hands washed and food is prepared appropriately. We have food poisoning. read more

The menu is good as is the food. It's not five stars because of the small details: the pizza crust is bland even though the toppings are good. The chef salad says cherry tomatoes on the menu but they're actually grape tomatoes. The service is good but I had to ask for a refill. read more

This was a very disappointing experience. The only reason I didn't give this place 1 star was because our waiter was helpful and friendly. Nothing was good. First, our beers come out; mine was flat and my boyfriend's was skunked. Second, the nachos, how do you mess up nachos? The "queso" didn't even taste like cheese. It was just a yellowish gravy. The wings themselves are really only ok. But staff are clueless. My family and I went in and both half price apps and Margaritas were on special--the flyers were in multiple places. Like so many other reviews on this wagon - this place gets a very mediocre two stars. Im pretty sure our waiter was high as he twitched and scratched himself more than he spoke and more times than he came to the table. The food was boring at best and lacked any flavor. I was not familiar with Buffalo Brothers when my sister came into town and wanted to meet for dinner. She went by another restaurant, nearby, and was told we would have to wait almost 2 hours for a table. She decided to stop by here and see if there was a wait. There was but only 10 minutes. We decided to try this place that night and I am SO glad we did! The food was epically delicious, especially the Mac & Cheese! Our waiter was awesome (and very patient with the 1.5 year old with us). I have been to this location a few times. I will say that each time the staff was friendly and the service was great. I give it two stars for the good beer selection and the good service. The food is average pub food that really does not stand out. A cookie cutter sports bar like so many others around the area. Called in a to go order and the manager lost my card information causing it to put my account in an compromised position. Pizza WAY OVERPRICED!!! Not to mention that any extras you get other places traditionally with a to-go order(red pepper, Parmesan, napkins, plates, sauce, etc.) they overcharge you for as well. Never in my life have I felt the need to change a five star review to one star, or completely walk out of a restaurant before getting my food, but I can no longer say that. Me and 6 of my co-workers came by for what we hoped would be some great food. We sat down and our drink orders were taken but did not come for over 20 minutes which I found odd because it was 9:30pm we were one of the only tables in there and I was watching our server who was exclusively assigned to our table. Once the drinks arrived the server did not take dinner orders or ask if we were ready to order yet, he hastily delivered drinks and headed to the back dining room, which I silently thought to myself hmm maybe he has a bunch of side work since I've dated servers and know sometimes they have their hands full, but after another 25 minutes he had not returned to the table to take orders which prompted one of my coworkers to head into the room we saw him go to and demand that our orders be taken only to find that the server along with several others were sitting down eating. Once we realized that, our entire table left. I glanced back as we were walking out watching the server talking to a guy in street clothes behind the bar who I can only assume was some type of manager who just shrugged at whatever the server was telling him, most likely that his 7 top table had just walked out. Shrug off the lost revenue of 7 people... 7 people who happened to be regular customers who now won't be back. The performance I experienced was inexcusable, I always try to give the server the benefit of the doubt in situations like that, but because of the fact that almost the entire wait staff was back there, and there's was literally only one other table in the restaurant, whom already had food, there's no excuse for what happened. I'm not sure if this specific location is under new management but I've been watching the overall rating fall and I can see first hand why. I'm disgusted. read more

Daughter and I decided to stop for a late lunch. We were seated in the bar area at a table. There was only one other table that had about 3 customers. Though I appreciated the cleanliness we were seated at a table that was soaked when they first wiped it down. The hostess seemed to be quite disappointed that there were customers coming in. The bartender was our server and I felt that we got the same treatment from him as our hostess. My daughter and I had only eaten there one other time and weren't exactly familiar with the menu. He asked us if we had any questions and he answered them but seemed to be a bit put off when we still weren't ready. We ordered the fried cheese that came quickly but was still cold in the center. We received our food and it was quite delicious, however it appeared to be a party at the bar with the employees because not once were we checked on nor offered refills the entire meal. Just had lunch here and everything was great. We started with the fried pickles and my husband commented it was the most food we had ever gotten for an appetizer. We ended up bringing more than half home - seriously this would feed a bunch of people. I have been here many times since they opened and food is always on point. I highly recommend anything with one of their delicious, made-in-house, Buffalo sauces. Went for a birthday lunch. Food was nasty. Waitress was really good (tipped well as not her fault). Many of us got sick before leaving and once we returned to work. This was my second bad experience. Nice venue but they need to learn to cook and keep clean as to not get anyone sick. read more

We had a great Server, Patrick. He was very professional and attentive. We ordered wings and side dishes. The service was quick and efficient. I loved the mild wing sauce, and I don't always. The only complaint I would have is the noise level. With all of the TV's on, it was a bit loud.
