As we were in the kitchen complaining, we found it absolutely hilarious listening to the kids at the dining table discuss how bad theirs was LOL. With pregnancy food cravings at 10:30pm on a Fri night, I was thrilled to see that Buffalo Philly's was still open AND offered delivery. Despite the negative wait time reviews, my experience was quite the opposite. I was quoted an hour and was willing to wait an hour for a cheese steak, but was pleasantly surprised at 11:02pm, when my doorbell rang with my order in hand. That's right. I received my order in 30 minutes. THIRTY MINUTES. I even did a mini dance before opening the door. My food arrived hot and everything I requested was there -- including the sprite and extra bags of ketchup. The curly fries were delicious as well. Will definitely order again! read more

Whenever I have a wing craving this will be my new local go-to spot. They have a pretty decent selection of wing sauces to choose from such as: buffalo, garlic parmesan, honey bbq, honey mustard, sweet chili, just to name a few. I called our order in for 40 wings with 4 different sauces for every 10 wings. They said the order should be ready in 45 minutes and I arrived about 40 minutes later, to my surpise and they were bagged and ready. I scanned over a few of the reviews and I don't understand all the negative comments but the majority was for slow delivery time. That's why I opted for pick up. This is about their delivery service. After about 3 hours and 2 phone calls the food finally arrived. The first call was after the first 2 hours and the second after the 3rd hour had passed. Grub Hub stated they finally saw my order online after 15 minutes of taking it. I ordered during non-peak hours at 2:45pm. ------------- This place is hit or miss depending on what you order. I ordered delivery a handful of times. Never had dine-in. Decent: - Wings. They have different flavors...and they are better than local competition (Woodbridge is generally not a place for wings). - Cheese steak. It's alright...I would order it again. - Curly cheese fries. These are on point.... good. (They are a lot like the Arby's ones you can buy at Giant) - Jalepeno poppers: decent snack. Do NOT Order: - Hamburger. Walked in 1. no menus to be found 2. Men's restroom had no soap in the dispenser 3. Women's restroom no toilet paper and the dryer was not working and no paper towels available 4. Salad was plain and looked as if it had not been washed 5. The philly sandwich was good 6 the cashier handed our food to us after he had handled the trash bags (hands were not washed afterwards). 7. I used to work here back when Ali was the manager. I still visit sometimes to eat. The food is good. It really all depends on who makes it. Reading the reviews is quite sad because the food is not BAD! I've never experienced delivery because back when I did work there we didn't deliver. Which honestly they don't need to deliver because it's probably not that efficient. Wings, fries, cheesesteaks, & mozzarella sticks is all I would recommend. read more

Bun was cut all the way through so the fillings were hard to keep in. They need different supplier if bread. Lots of fries. Deep fry grease needs changing. 3.5 stars. The people giving this place more than 3 stars must have never eaten any other wings or cheesestaks. It's blowing my mind. This place is a joke. After not going there for over a year because of the downhill slide it took about 3 years ago, I took my chance because I was craving wings. Nothing has changed. First no one answered the phone the two times I called. I just assumed it had finally shut down but no. I drove by and they were open. Should have been my first warning. I ordered a 12" cheese steak and 10 wings. 10 minutes later I got my food and went home. The wings were anemic, overcooked and drowning in a grease pool of hot sauce. The Cheese steak tasted like they were made of Steakumms and was caked with mayo. I ate half and threw the other half away. Really sad for a place that was so good the first few years they were around. I honestly don't know how they are still open. You can get a much better Cheese Steak at Tazo Pizza which is just up the road across the street from WaWa, Go to Buffalo Wild wings or, and I swear I wish I was kidding, you can get better wings at the Checkers in Woodbridge. Better wings at a fast food burger joint. Think about that. Very sad. I wont be going back to Buffalo Phillys again. read more

I have ordered here several times and I will likely order again. I always order the Cajun wings and they are marginal. Satisfying, but I wouldn't say finger licking good. The corn nuggets are DELICIOUS! I haven't order their salads as well. I always order here when I get tired of Chic-fil-a or another delivery place. I have no idea why this place has some bad reviews. Ate here for lunch and my fiancée and I got the philly / wing combo with fries. It was a huge portion and everything was done to perfection. The bread on our philly was flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. The wings were crisp and juicy and the curly fries were just perfect. Everyone was friendly too. I made my order and paid and it turned out that the location was the one by Loews . They said that they would deliver and we told them never mind we will come and get it. When my boyfriend went to pick up the food they said that they were delivering it. (imagine going to pick up your dinner and getting there and them telling you its not there! ) He came back home and when he got home the food had still not arrived!!!!!!!!!!. I called up and spoke to the manager ALI , he spoke to all his drivers ( who were back at the store) and he apologized and said that he does not know what happened to my order. He said that he would send one out right away and I would get it in 20 minutes. By this time it was 9:30 pm and my friday night family fun was ruined. My nine year old was so hungry. I told Ali just to give me my money back. He agreed and wanted to still send the food They know they messed up and I think that the buffalo Phillys in Daniel Stuart square will be a better choice . I had an Italian sub delivered and it was unlike any Italian sub I had ever had. It was the WORSE. So we called the store and told them. They said they would replace it. The second one was worse than the first one. Half inch thick slices of meat that I couldn't identify. One looked like bologna, but they said they didn't put bologna on their subs. Well, it sure looked and tasted like bologna to me. No ham, a very small amount of lettuce. The meat on it was the worse. My Son 10 got food poisoning from them on the boneless bbq wings. They hardly ever get an order correct.

The wings weren't horrible, but they shouldn't say they offer delivery when it takes them 2 hours to get your food to you.
