Order 35 wings in total, some hot and some x-hot. Didn't realize they messed my order up until I got home ( didn't have 35 wings and they were all hot). I called to simply have the rest delivered and they refused. They told me to drive all the way back to them even though it was there mistake and they do delivery. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived yet the kitchen took a surprisingly long time to make our cheesesteaks. The meat came out overcooked-- that's evidently where all the extra time went. The subs have all the right ingredients for genuine Philly cheesesteak, I just wish they were cooked with a bit more care. I usually order from BP and would have happily wrote a great review....HOWEVER; after the last HANDFUL of issues, I will have to take a long break from using their services. Every time I order, I order online. And with that, the order is always wrong,how is that? If it wasn't for their corn nuggets, I would have stopped a long time ago- solely due to service. I order online, nothing fancy-wings and burgers, and receive spongy, soggy wings that all end up tasting like mild wings and almost always not the flavor I ordered. Burgers and Sliders so overcooked and tough. I have called before and they will eventually send over another batch of this or that, but what a hassle! If there was a place to mark for NO STARS I would! Today, I ordered lunch for me and daughter who is interning at my office. I ordered our lunch at 12:15 PM and was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. At 1:15 PM I started calling because our food had not shown up. I called over ten times through the span of approximately a half an hour and continuously kept receiving their voice mail. Finally at 1:45 PM I talked to the Manager who told me that 1) Our food had not been sent out for delivery; and 2) Our food had not even been made yet. I am now arguing with them about refunding my money because I used my check card. My office is literally directly behind the restaurant and what kind of business can't even call you to tell you that you are going to receive your food two hours after you order it. Our office has ordered from there before and the food is okay but it is somewhat pricy for quality. Never again!!! I will stick with Brothers and Padrinos from now on. I wish there were negative stars. I seriously feel like I have entered the twilight zone of workers who are high, don't care and lazy as eff! The whole place was like some slow motion bad dream. The hostesses were God awful. We sat waiting with a 30 MINUTE WAIT TIME, as three of the hostesses stood there jabbering away, with 4, let me say that again, 4 tables waiting to be cleaned. Once we finally were sat, our waitress was semi decent. Got us our drinks in "buffalo time", after being sat for 20 min. As long as we were polite to her, I felt like I wasn't going to be shanked by her. I didn't even have the courage to ask for anything extra. Got our food after an hour, it was decent dipped in enough ranch. Waited another half hour for outer check. I will never, let me repeat NEVER EVER EVEN IF THEY WERE THE ONLY FOOD SOURCE ON EARTH, ever go back. Only reason they get one star is because there is nothing less to give. read more

I used to frequent this location, and things have gone way down hill. First I walk in and there is no menu board , just bare light bulbs. The guy working the cash register mumbles quietly so both myself and other customers have to keep asking him to repeat himself. I ordered a combo of a cheesesteak and fries, and also got 5 teriyaki wings. It took about 15 minutes to get my order . This as at lunchtime on a Sunday with 2 customers in front of me and an empty dining room . For the cheesesteak , I had to pay extra for peppers and onions, which is fine . But when I received my food , the peppers and onions were totally raw, not cooked for even a minute. Also, there was no mayo, tomato or onion. In the past they have always included that, and asked when you placed your order if that was ok . The wings used to be very large , and at $4.50 for 5 wings you should expect that. They were all very puny, the smallest I have ever seen in a restaurant , very disappointing and not a good value for the price . The curly fries were over cooked , but the most edible part of the meal. I also was not informed until after I ordered that not all of the only 6 options of the Soda fountain were not working, and they no longer offer iced tea. Overall a hugely disappointing experience. And then when I called to get the order corrected Isabella hung up the phone in my ear. RUDE don't order from this place EVER!!!!! Ordered 2 sandwiches 6 inch cold turkey sub, and a ultimate cheesesteak . The turkey in the sub tasted and had the texture of a really cheap Bologna. The onions were not evenly cut and there was WAY TOO MUCH lettuce . The cheesesteak has a good flavor, the bread was a little soggy on one side, and not enough cheese. Yeah I'm with the other guy; I decided to give this place a shot in spite of the reviews. I'm glad I did. The food was great. My only complaint would be the burger sliders. The meat was dry and a bit over cooked, but at least I could tell they used real meat and it wasn't from frozen. It was clearly a hand formed patty. Still it didn't taste bad and the bread was soft. We also tried their hot and cajun wings. Both were really good. I liked to fact they were fried hard. I don't like baked wings at all. The sauce had a nice flavor. Their mozzarella sticks are awesome. They're super big and we had all of our food delivered and they were still stringy when they arrived. The cheese steaks, my husband enjoyed more than I did. I thought it was lacking flavor but he really liked it and has ordered it twice since so far. They do give your plenty of meat, even on a regular order. We order thru Eat 24 and the two times we've used them, they've arrived before the quoted time. And the gentleman were nice and courteous. They even called to give me a choice of drinks when they were out of sprite that I'd requested. We'll definitely use them again for our weekend junk food binges LOL. read more

Horrible service. Ordered delivery, estimated delivery in 60 minutes. 2 hours later we were on the phone with grub hub to cancel our order. It arrived, over an hour late while we were on the phone. The delivery man was rude, the food bag itself smelled like cigarettes, and when we opened the food it was cold and items were missing. Thankfully grub hub was wonderful and provided us with a full refund. Needless to say we will not be ordering from this establishment again, and if it were possible to give zero stars, I would. read more

Longest longest longest wait!!! My hubby and I were shopping at lowes and we decided to go to phillys, to grab something FAST. Not spend our whole day. Now, I don't know if someone didn't show up for work, but the cook was also the phone answerer, the cashier, the to-go guy, and everything else. We ordered 2 cheesesteaks, and fries. I wanted to like this place because I love cheesesteaks but I will never order here again. We ordered a cheesesteak, a "chili" burger, onion rings and curly fries. The cheesesteak was soggy & when I bit into it there was something very hard in it & had to spit it out. Not to mention the hot peppers were completely overloaded. What was expected with the chili burger was a burger with meat chili on top, what we got was a burger with some kind of red chili pepper spread. Overall it just wasnt good & went in the trash. Poor, slow service. Poor food quality. Poor overall experience. I ordered a cheesesteak and fries for delivery and was told it would take 40 minutes to an hour to deliver to my office. (Which is fine I understand that it's not really a proper business built and equipped for frequent deliveries) It took 90 minutes for my food to arrive, no call to say they were going to be late, or an explanation. When the guy finally came in, leisurely strolling in the building with zero urgency there was no apology for being 30 minutes late, just "here's your food". I opened it and everything was cold except the drink. There was caked up grease on the sad excuse for a cheesesteak, there was more cold grease than cheese. It was just okay. We ordered two different flavors of boneless wings garlic parm and tangy gold. The garlic parm we couldn't even eat because they were so spicy. It tasted like buffalo wings with garlic parm on top of that. Typically garlic Parmesan is not spicy at all so I'm not sure why theirs are so spicy. The tangy gold was better but again tasted like buffalo with the other sauce mixed in. Is that their thing? I'm not sure. The curly fries were delicious tho. read more

This place has Great food! I've had the real deal in Philly, and this is definitely the next best thing. Both the Steak Philly and Chicken Philly are really packed with flavor, but not greasy. If you spring for the comb, definitely do the chicken wings and Philly combo. They have some great sauce options for the wings that's baked into the wings (and not some sloppy sauce that's just slathered on the outside when they're finished frying).[ I always ask that my wings are fried extra crispy, so that's the only way I can speak about/vouch for] read more

The good thing was the food is made fresh and the subs and side dishes (fries, onion rings) are huge. The wings are very tiny so order 10 not 5 unless you are not hungry. My son and I both got an order of medium sauce wings. His were some red in a sour sauce that was not yummy and mine were dry with almost no sauce. It takes 15 or 20 minutes to get your food. The girl who took our order did not listen when you placed your order and you had to continuously repeat yourself. The volume on the TVs was way too loud. I had a football game blaring on one side and a western movie behind me. We used a coupon from an entertainment book and it had four stars so we tried it out, but won't be back. read more

I love their wings and my folks are quite fond of their cheesestakes, so an aboslute yay on that front. The reason my vote is so low is that it's always a 50/50 on getting what I actually order in terms of sauces on wings.
