We've been to this location several times. Every time Nikki was our server. Always had a smile on her face. This is the first time we've been there on BOGO Tuesday. They were packed. They only had 3 servers. They were awesome. It took about 7 minutes to be seated. Nikki took our order, 15 traditional wings & one 15 wing order free & fries. The order came out in about 10 minutes. I'm not giving the Resturant five stars. I'm giving the bartender, Becca, five starts. From a previous bartender and restaurant manager, she is handling the situation quite well. The situation is the taps. Obviously the CO2 is off making it difficult for her to pour beers for the servers. Tickets are racking up and she is killing it. My husband and I come to bdubs three times a week and we know the service is going to be slow but we are patient due to the pandemic and restaurants being understaffed. Today we decided to sit at the bar and I feel fixing the taps would help the bartender and servers get the beers to the customers under thirty minutes, on what the usual wait time is this past week. Went around lunch time on Monday, wasn't super busy. My server was pretty nice and had good energy. She repeated my order and it was accurate however I would recommend the servers do thier due diligence in rechecking the orders are coming out to the table accurately as I was missing my celery & carrots. I still left her a 15%tip but I usually tip higher when everything is on point. The food was bleh. The boneless wings were either cooked too long or were old and reheated. My boyfriend is so furious I keep giving this place a shot. It really sucks that I keep wasting money at this BWW... one of the worst locations I have ever been to. The staff does not care whatsoever. I ordered wings and cheese curds for delivery. Was given a time that it would be ready (711) and it didn't show up until 8 pm. Opened up the wings and they are not what I ordered. To make matters worse there are two different receipts that show what the order is supposed to be!!! The beer I chose needed to have the keg changed - did I mind waiting. Meh, I will just change beers. Then, I placed my order. Butttt, they're out of buffalo chips. Then, I get my order - and one of the two wing flavors was wrong. That's where things went south. My server went missing, and I craned my neck for several minutes, trying to get my flavor fixed. Finally, another server showed up to get the order fixed. More delays. In the meantime, I learned that my server had been cut from the floor and never bothered to tell me someone was else was handing me off. Everyone was very nice about it, so I let it slide. However, because of the delay, I needed another beer to go with the second half of my wings. Hey, Coors Light, right out of the book (and the sign on the wall) sounds good. Buttttt....they were out of that as well. Normally, this would be a 1 star experience. But, I have to tip my cap. Everyone I spoke to was superkind and tried to make things right. Customer Service: You know, after eating at this location 5+ times, it at least appears that they're making progress in the realm of customer service. It's not uncommon, however, to wait 20 minutes or more for a simple beer order, or to have your wings fail to arrive at your table. If you choose to sit outside, you would be led to believe that the indoor dining is "slammed" because of the long wait times and frequent mistakes made by the wait staff, only to walk inside to use the restroom and find that the restaurant is completely empty on a weekday evening. The managers will stop by to ask how you're doing, and then upon hearing your complaint offer no form of assistance whatsoever. It really is impressive. Pro Tip: If you want a beer with your meal its quicker to just walk to the bar and order it separately. General Douchebaggery: The restaurant was asking for a $5 cover at the door because they were playing the UFC fights. This just seems unnecessary. Overall: It's 1 of 3 bars in town so you're stuck with it regardless. They know this, you know this, so enjoy your time in Alamogordo. read more

The tamatoes were frozen...my street tacos were cold...the MOD did come by and from the time he left our server, Diane was no where to be found...asked for a desert menu, she delivered it and was like Casper..gone.. My wife and I won't be back. My stepson and his wife won't be back.. (And they told two friends, and they told two friends etc) Please do not contact me and fire Diane and hire better help for Sunday day shift. I am so glad they came to Alamogordo! We have anxiously been awiating them to get here. I tried eating here after about 203 weeks of being open. I arrived and grabbed a table for my family. I was seated pretty quickly but waited about 25 minutes before the family showed up, and not one of the wait staff even bothered to ask me if I needed anything. My family arrived and we waited about 5 minutes before I had to go find someone to ask. Then we had about 3 servers come by to get our orders, mass confusion. They eventually got it sorted out. I ordered the chicken wings, and even with hte new oprdering system for wings (you dont order by the amount but by the serving size; xtra small, small, medium and large). My bonelss wings were great, though I would have liked a bit more sauce on it. The restautrant is great and have always loved the layout. Food: stars Armosphere: 5 stars Wait staff: 3 stars (2 initally, but raised to 3 by the end). Hopeflly they get the kinks worked out shortly. Would still reccommend this place to go to read more
