    Sin Roll
    Jennifer N.

The Sin Roll is the size of your head! Wish there was more icing for how big it was though. There were pecans in it as well in the center. The center was gooey and the outside was more crispy. The biscuits were the best. It was very thick and fluffy. The amount of gravy that came with the biscuits and gravy was definitely plentiful! The huevos rancheros was a little bland though. It was a good portion and came with a tortilla. Glad we tried it. It was friendly service.

This was the perfect, locally owned, no frills breakfast. Delicious food and don't miss out on the sin city roll. It is RIDICULOUSLY big. The staff is friendly and efficient. I enjoyed the country scramble (two days in a row) and my partner enjoyed the pancakes and the country fried steak.

I'm for sure a fan of this place. I loved loved loved the breakfast burrito! Get that burrito smothered "Christmas" style! You won't regret it. The green and red chile were both delicious. I was not disappointed. The young lady serving our table was extremely charismatic with a vibrant personality. She welcomed new and recurring customers alike. She was very personable. I only regret not remembering her name. Food was delicious. Parking was easy to find. For sure come for breakfast here! I highly recommend it.

Truly your momma's cooking! When you walk in, you are allowed to choose your own table. The two waitresses we saw were very friendly and welcoming. My husband ordered us some chips and salsa. He said it was some of the freshest salsa he had eaten in a long time and that the chips were great. I had the special of the day, which was French toast with sausage. I ordered eggs on the side which were cooked to perfection. My husband had a ham and cheese with green chili's and within 5 minutes, his plate was basically licked clean. They give 10% off for military and law enforcement !!! Overall, great food, great price, great staff! Will be coming again for more :)

Juevos rancheros with beans & hashbrowns

Stopped in for a hot breakfast on our road trip to Colorado. It's a very quaint place probably family owned & operated. The servers were very nice, not overly chatty except with the locals that they knew. The coffee was ok, not as bold as I like but good. I had their version of juevos rancheros with green Chile and hubby had a tall stack of pancakes with a side of bacon. I enjoyed the rancheros but needed a good dose of salt for flavor. The hashbrowns and beans were good. Pancakes were good, nothing to "write home about. " I would go back to try lunch & enjoy the little town.

We enjoy stopping by whenever in Alamogordo. Good food and coffee. Call before you go. Not always open when their web service says they are.

The manager incorrectly stated that service dogs must wear a vest to be recognized as service animals and demanded that we provide a "service animal certificate." We were then told that such certificates were not valid and that service animals must be registered in New Mexico before being allowed into the restaurant. None of these statements are consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service dogs are not required to wear vests, carry certificates, or be registered with any state in order to access public accommodations. It is deeply concerning that a manager responsible for serving the public appears to have such a poor understanding of federal disability law. The experience was embarrassing, discriminatory, and completely unnecessary. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States with my service dogs and have never been treated this way. I strongly encourage management to educate staff on ADA requirements before another customer is subjected to the same treatment. Until then, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone who relies on a service animal.

If you order anything extra, queso, cheese, anything, the price goes up five or six dollars immediately. I ate for my last time there today. The fajita beef was so chewy. I'd have to spit it out and I made a little pile of meat and just finally quit eating it. I asked if they could help out on the bill since I didn't need it and they gave me a generous 10%. My reply was, well it's the last time you'll ever see me. I had to order a waffle so I could leave there at least four and not have to go to a 2nd place. Took about $32 to get a burrito and a waffle. The bacon is usually raw, the hashbrowns are never browned...... I don't have. I'll stay in business serving the crap that I got today.
