The restaurant was not busy when we got here. Service was so slow we arrived at 5:30 and didn't leave until 7:40! Due to waiting on the food and correcting the bill. And the food was just alright. It is unnecessarily loud in the establishment. The server did not check to see if we needed or wanted anything else and just brought the check. No itemized bill just the total, when I questioned the bill and asked for the itemized copy it took about him 15 minutes. They added the two fountain drinks and the full price dessert ( which the drinks are included with the meal for two) and the dessert was only supposed to be an additional 3.99 not full price. When I questioned it the waiter took forever to get it cleared up and stated that the drinks were removed but the dessert was the full price. I've been to several BWW locations around the country so we stopped in to watch an NFL game on Sunday. Upon entry, we were immediately hit by loud music from a live band. This restaurant chain bases its advertising around people coming to watch sports while eating wings and they have a live band playing so loudly that you can't hear the game or even talk to anyone next to you? Whether it was the bar area or dining room, you could not escape the loud (and not very good) band. When we asked the host if he could do something, we got a surly response "what do you want me to do about it?" We left immediately and saw two other groups of people leaving for the same reason. I've ordered $1,000+ from here and only because it's the only place I know of at the time that uses beef tallow as fryer oil. I only like it for quick calories and protein when I'm already busy and I know I'll be able to eat in an hour. A few years ago this place was the hot spot of the cottonwood area, but lately it's just been dead and has a loss of energy. The store looks just as it did 10 years ago with tables that rock back and forth, and the food is hastily made with little care. The wings were very tasty however out of 10 I only got 2 drumsticks. The birds dog is heavily promoted. It was very small and when it was served more than 20 minutes later the coleslaw was missing. The waitress then notified us they had ran out of cloeslaw. She offered another side to makeup for it. Delivering grossly incorrect orders with multiple missing items is a failure of leadership within the restaurant.
