Disappointed in the experience. Went here because the kids requested BWW. Get here and immediately saw a sign in the front that said seat yourself. We picked a booth in the corner. After a few seconds we started to smell something. It smelled like dirty carpet. The table wasn't cleaned properly. It was as if a wet rag was used and it didn't dry before they put the menus down so the menus were stuck to the table. Ordered the traditional wings and boneless combo. With Homey BBQ and Sweet BBQ sauce. The honey bbq was good but the other was completely salty. Went to the bathroom and the sink was cracked and the faucet was broken. The best part of the experience was the server. She was attentive and efficient. Unfortunately would not be back to this location. read more

Hadn't been to a B-Dubs in awhile. Came to the food and a beer. The food was good, for sure. We've been twice in the last week. The first time the service was slightly below average, having to wait too long for a server to show up then consistent inattentive service throughout. The second time the service was much better but we were there off peak hours. The atmosphere is an attraction if you're into sports, plenty of screens with various events on. My biggest observation needing to be addressed is the cleanliness or lack of! The open/available tables were dirty, and the floor was trashed. read more

Our waitress caught attitude probably because I didn't leave a tip, she complained to the bartender who couldn't not look our way. The food is okay, the service was horrible it's typically a seat yourself establishment every time I've come to this location. We sit and waited over 20 minutes to even be recognized then finally they come, then after the fact we had to wait over 40 mins just to receive our food, keep in mind it was only me and one other person and all we did was order 10 wings each, it wasn't busy at all. They had one server making every drink, taking every order, running all the food/drinks + helping with take out orders.. hell they might've had her back there cooking too and NOBODY came to help her. I timed 46 minutes to get 15 wings and a water... Please add 15 minutes to that time because it was taking so long I finally decided to start timing how long all this would take. Our server was so nice, friendly and kept her composure in extremely difficult circumstances. She was excellent!! Ever since Kevin (the old owner) passed away this place has completely fell apart. Management is horrid. To leave ONE person to man the whole front of the restaurant and then to come out look around MULTIPLE times and not even run food or drinks is INSANE. If I am not communicated with by any staff within 5 minutes of sitting down, I'm out. I came here during peak hours on the weekend and already saw the signs of poor management. I've been really disappointed in multiple BWWs as the service has been virtually nonexistent. Honestly, I'm shocked that this establishment is still running. Not only do the servers fail to attend to their patrons, but the person who looked like the manager mentioned that the food (that I ordered right when they opened and had a pickup time of 11:40) was going to come right out. 30 minutes later, he comes out and puts on a show and asks "did you still not get your order?!" Enjoyed having a late lunch here during Sunday football. The restaurant was clean, including booth seating. While I did feel like I was inconveniencing the waitress when asking for mayo, mustard and water, I did enjoy my burger. I rarely eat burgers and was surprised to see two patties, I definitely overlooked that detail! Nonetheless, it was delicious. The fries were a bit salty/peppery. Haven't been here in a couple months due to poor service. Waited 45 minutes after pick up time. Front desk person disappeared for 30 minutes. The restaurant was about 20% full at the time. There was a line of 10 people waiting for their orders. I actually started handing some out for people that paid. Spouse confirmed I ordered a regular, the server confirmed but appeared to play it off "oh she must have poured a tall for you." Come bill time.... They charged me for a tall. Every time I've gone it goes like this: Walk in, nobody at the front desk so I go to the bar...probably 5-10 people seated at the bar but no bartender in sight. Bartender emerges from the back with food because he is apparently serving the entire restaurant of tables too. Then when he gets back to the bar, he doesn't have enough time to acknowledge anyone new at the bar because he's backed up on drink orders that he needs to make. Then he realizes new people arrived and takes drink orders, then goes to retrieve food from the back, then comes back to the bar and serves the food without silverware, then goes to the area where they pour fountain drinks (semi out of sight) and scrolls on his phone for 5 minutes (this is literally happening as I write this). Then he comes back and says "oh yeah let me get your drink, I feel so bad I forgot." Then pours the drink - I've only been here for like 30 minutes. This place clearly invested heavy in the ambience with feaux brick walls, local sports jerseys, TVs everywhere - but still drops the ball. Whatever idiot is managing this restaurant needs to get their shit together. If you only have 1 employee working because of your inability to manage your talent, you get out on the floor and start serving as well. You are solely responsible for the massive failure that this business venture clearly is. read more

This BWW took a full hour longer than it should have to prepare the food after I ordered over Door Dash, forcing the drivers (yes, plural) to have to wait until two separate drivers gave up. I tried calling the restaurant mutiple times and they never picked up. The wings arrived without the veggies or any of the dips we ordered, the wing boxes were packed sideways, causing them to make a mess in the bag, and one of the wings was rancid.
