If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my friends went to eat and play trivia. Our server Bri was very rude and nowhere in my friends collective 15 years of service have we seen such impulsive disrespect. We called to our saying excuse me ma'am and she turned and told us that we were yelling at her and she was gonna come to us even though she gave us no signal that she heard us. After talking to us we talked to the manager and he then talked to her. Once he talked to her she cane to us and said that she would never ignore a table because she's a good server. We then responded and told her that we were servers and would of like confirmation that u heard us. She just pretty much walked away. I recently ordered delivery online and it came missing an entire entree and a messed up-side. When I called to get an answer I was told that "yeah it's sitting here in front of me". Now normally I would understand forgetting a side or something, but a whole entree? I worked in a carryout location modeled after bdubs so I know they are supposed to cross out each item when it's bagged. When the manager was finally put on the phone after a five-minute wait where the most monotonal manager answered. I know dealing with an upset customer is annoying, but seriously, try to actually sound like you care about your job. After I said I couldn't go in the pick it back up, she offered a gift card as a replacement, which was fine. But that quickly turned to an in-store credit. Food is what you expect, but you gotta watch out for these guys on uber eats these days. Until probably last month, I'd been ordering the chicken tender meal on there and it came with a side of fries. Recently they have changed this and now it is an extra $5 to get a side of fries that usually comes with the meal.... that is just absurd. The fries aren't even that good!! To add to that, they started putting the meal in one of those tiny, snack sized wing boxes and then filling the rest of the space with fries. No joke, this resulted in a side of maybe 10-12 fries. I'm not sure about you but that doesn't sound like a $5 order of fries to me. Not impressed. I'm not sure if this is a mistake or just deceptive on behalf of bdubs. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings is all the rage with the freshman and highschool croud. I don't particularly care for the place. The wings are alright but overpriced and that is really all they have. I've visited this Buffalo Wild Wings twice for trivia nights, and had mixed experiences. We typically arrive with a group of 5-7 people, which makes finding street parking and getting seated a breeze. This BWW is pretty large, and consistently has a packed house for trivia nights. Frankly, I really enjoy the trivia experience here, and think the questions are both interesting and reasonably difficult. The issue I have is that the service is unresponsive and uninterested in its customers. The last time I went, we ordered a few appetizers that were delivered to our table a full 45 minutes afterward. At that point we were uninterested in further food or drink (who could say when it would arrive!) That being said, the food quality is on par with other Buffalo Wild Wings establishments and priced similarly. Overall, I'd recommend visiting this BWW for trivia nights, but make sure to eat something in advance since you might be waiting a while. read more

I ordered my order online to pick up, well once we get our order and start driving home I'm glad I asked for the cheese curds because we came to notice our salad was missing, also I ordered our wings with extra sauce and they came with no sauce at all... plain wings.... so we had to turn around to go get the salad, I double checked before leaving that it was the way I ordered it. When we got home and started eating there was more cheese than anything on my salad and there was only 4 small pieces of chicken. We get carry out usually because we have small kids. They always get my order right, but it seems to take them forever! If they tell me 10 minutes, then it takes 20. Last time my husband went there to pick up our food he had to wait 30 minutes and then the food was cold. read more

I've been coming to this specific bdubs for a while now but I ordered online from them for the first time yesterday and had an awful experience. I should've known they would get my order wrong because for the girl ahead of me, they messed up her entire order. I didn't check what they had given me till I was almost home and everything they gave me was wrong except the sauces. I ordered salt & vinegar wings, mozzarella sticks, two ranches and marinara sauce. They gave me 30 plain wings and fries instead of mozzarella. if you want wings, come here. i am usually very stingy with my 5 stars, but they said they had good wings, and they did. i am not saying this place is any sort of culinary genius...i am saying that they deliver the type of cuisine you expect upon arrival. they have, i wanna say, 37 varieties of sauces (?)...and are not perturbed if u wanna mix and match ur flavors. i went with "hot," "chipotle," "teriyaki," and "parmesan and garlic." those probably would NOT have been my first choices, but i was sharing a 24 piece bone-in combo with a pal who does not share my passion for spice. despite that my usual flavors were not the ones ordered (i would have gone "fire" most definitely), the wings were reeallllly good! the parm-garlic was super flavorful, yet a bit of an overload....the table liked those the best (myself excluded). the other wings were perfect; traditional flavors and styles that made me sad that we dont have places like this here in LA...i know, i know...we have Wing Stop, etc. ....but there is something about the atmosphere and the vibe of a place like this and in this locale that made it even more tasty. basically, what i am saying is...... if u like wings, variety, and good beer, come here. The cashier did not know the ordering system which lead to calamity with the customers before me. I ordered my food over an hour before the restaurant opened but changed it 12 minutes before they opened from 10 wings to 20 wings. The staff member I was speaking with told me I could still pick up my order at 11 a. m When I got there the cashier was going in circles with the two customers in front of me. My order was not ready and it took me 16 minutes to get my order. I was told that they were slammed with orders 15 minutes prior to opening and I told them they had my phone number why not just call me and let me know that my order wouldn't be ready instead of stalling me when I got there. I asked for a refund because I was in danger of getting a ticket on my car I never did get it in fact the cashier didn't even bother to return to the counter after she had taken my money and I had tipped her of course. You set the tone. Ultimately I waited 16 minutes. I won't be returning because their attitudes were very poor and very dismissive. I asked for a refund but of that impossible to get when the cashier doesn't even bother to return she was in the back working on the huge order they received because clearly that was the most important. At the end of the day there are two other Buffalo Wild Wings in the area and I will be patronizing them. I got the vibe that they have certain people they want to cater to and others are not so concerned about. I doubt very seriously if I looked a different way that the young man who ultimately gave me my food, (who by the way yelled from the back that it wasn't ready) would have spoken to me the way he did. For some reason, I always get horrible service at this BWW, much worse than the one in Novi or even the Ypsi one. If you're going on a game day, be prepared to come early or wait for bit because it gets crowded...unfortunately i like their wings...the caribbean jerk and spicy garlic are tops on my list...the atmosphere's pretty normal for a bar...loud during sporting events and relatively tame on other nights... If i was basing my review on service, i'd give it a 2/5 but just the wings i'd give it a 4/5 because of the variety and the cheaper prices on certain days. read more

Like other reviewers rightfully pointed out, service was very poor. We decided to dine at Buffalo Wings in A2 for the first time, as we've generally had enjoyable services in their other branches in other states. But what a let down it was! There was no host/ess when we reached the stand and we had to wait for a while which was understandable. But what we didn't understand was how the waitress treated us. When she came, she didn't smile or say anything and looked really unhappy, almost angry when we asked for a table for 2. She led us to a rather dim table which we requested if we could change to another empty one a few tables down. She stared at us and rolled her eyes. When she guided us to the new table, she 'threw' the menu on the table and rolled her eyes again. I'm usually not particular about service, but her attitude was so surprisingly bad that I just had to write this review. My husband and I made the decision to leave, as we couldn't imagine having to put up with such service over our meal. We understand that service staff may have long hours and may be tired. We don't expect them to be always smiling, but we certainly don't expect to be on the receiving end of their tantrums. Definitely, not right after we've just entered their restaurant. However, I am sad to report that for the last few Thursdays my bdubs experience has been almost unbearable. Where do I start... When you first walk in you are greeted by the 30 person line of people waiting to get seated by a host that does not seem to exist. After 30 minutes of waiting we have moved up in the queue, not because people in line have been seated but rather because they have abandoned hope of ever being seated and have left the establishment. Don't get me wrong once you are seated the experience is the classic bdubs experience we all know and love. The wings themselves are always good and that's the reason why I give this place 2 stars. Mmmmmm wiiings.... It's hard not to love a place that serves delicious wings with a gazillion sauce options, yummy potato wedges, ice cold beer, and TVs in every nook and cranny of the venue! They definitely know how to pack the place for special sporting events and hold sporadic wing eating contests (after partaking in one myself, I had to down nearly three pitchers of water and rub ice cubes on my tongue for 30 minutes to get rid of the burning sensation that ran from my mouth down my throat). Renovating this BDubs is a little bit like putting lipstick on a pig. At the end of the day the food is mediocre: If you want burgers - Go to Hopcat or take the ten minute walk up to Casey's. The burgers here have cheese that tastes like it's coming out of a kraft deluxe pack. If you want cheap beer - Go elsewhere unless you're here for happy hour specials which are ehhhhhhhh. If you want Michigan beer - Go to Ashley's or Hopcat. If you want a beer selection more than your standard drafts - Go to Ashley's or Hopcat. If you want fries - Go to hopcat. If you want cocktails - Why did you come to a BDubs? If you want wings - They're aight here, but you can get decent wings at Arena without the service and atmosphere problems (outlined below). But the service and atmosphere are SO. MUCH. WORSE.: If you want Trivia night - Try Arena it's great. And I hear Charley's is fun as well. Seriously there are so many trivia nights in Ann Arbor. The crowd for trivia night here is great and super smart. The host on the other hand is bland. Her questions, which only sometimes bring that extra indescribable punch of fun, rarely hit the mark for me. And while she's quite a nice person and matches music to her set, her delivery pales in comparison to some of the best trivia hosts I've seen. That being said come here if you want to be able to get a table for trivia. Or. If you're like me. And this is where you're friends go... It's not bad. It's just not great either. If you want decent service - Never. Come. Here. The waiters and waitresses universally seem as if they are lost. They don't really know how to split a check. I came weekly last semester and they got my beer order wrong at least 3 times. When I showed up post-renovation the wait for service (in a half full restaurant) was so long that I ended up leaving 10 minutes after my arrival having decided we may or may not have ever gotten served. And honestly people, the cheesesticks are alright and the boneless wings are ok (although I have strong suspicions that both are microwaved), but with so many other options in the area, seriously, why are you going to BDubs? Why? Not only does going to so many other superior local establishments more directly support the local economy, it will support your wallet, your taste buds, and your general happiness level when your waiter/waitress doesn't forget your order, mess up your order, spill your drink, or otherwise make you feel awkward and uncomfortable. Ultimately, I get it when people say "ughhhh, I will deal with service for good food I hate it when people write reviews on yelp for service," but believe me, the food is mediocre, but the service here really is just that bad. Stop. Think. Turn around. Walk 1-5 blocks away. Then you win. Nice new paint job though and some fancy new TVs. Not sure what happened to the review I posted last night, so I'm posting again! Last night we ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings on James L Hart Parkway Ypsilanti, MI.... Our order was delivered by GrubHub. I ordered a Large and small order of Plain Wings, with ALL Sauces on the side; the small order came with fries and a drink. We DID NOT get any sauces that we ordered for the wings with our order; except blue cheese for dipping, the wings tasted very tough, the fries looked like a half order, although I asked for an extra order, and the drink was carbonated water instead of sierra mist, we had to pour it out! I called Wild Wings and they said they did not have our order on the computer, and we would have to call GrubHub for resolution of our issue! This wasn't the first time we've had issues with our orders from WW. We've decided it's not worth the issues we encounter when ordering/eating at WW, nonetheless, it's too expensive to receive mediocre food and service!! We came in for a few beers, and when my fiancé went to order his drink, and he handed them his State of Illinois ID, the waiter told us there were a string of out of state fakes going around and he had to bring it to his manager. Not really in your best interest to alienate all out of state citizens, especially with hotter bars, like Hop Cat, on the scene. This review is primarily about the food. We went here for our anniversary one year because we had a groupon. The food and sauces were aweful and overpriced. We didn't even bother to save the leftovers. I had the chicken at the Ypsilanti one when I was in college and don't recall it being this bad. I've been to this bdubs probably 100 times over the years. Many UFC fights or drop in for lunch or late night munchies. During the most busy times, it's hard to get a table, but most of the time they'll get you in and out quickly. Wings or the appetizer sampler are my usuals. Bad service hinders their very tasty wings. I love their wings, it's hard to find better wings. And it's fun to watch games there if you can get there early enough to find a seat. But I've had numerous bad experiences there. Once I asked for a refill from the server and twenty minutes later it was not refilled. When she finally came back, I asked her again and she said "you know our fountains are right over there". My response was "then what hell is your job?" She lost about $10 in tips from my group right there, my tip was $0.01. Other times I've just gotten snide comments from the servers. So while I enjoy the food, it can be a frustrating experience. But hey, if the waiter/waitress treats you bad, at least your meal costs less. read more
