How the fart is this place open? The farting food is as bad as it gets. The stupid farting people that give the horrible farting food a good must had been drunk out of their minds before they ate it. The other night I went here with some friends, after deciding I could not choke down anything at the awful pizza house again. I have been here before, but it had been about 4 or 5 years, so I thought it could not had been as bad as I remember, but I was way off. First of all, it is like walking into the movie Idiocracy. It's an arena of giant T.V.'s with a slam dunk competition on. where some jack hole dunks over a car and the drunk morons go crazy. So I get a beer.....OOOOO they serve beer, how special! Then I tell the waitress "I like beer" and goes to a computer, pushes a button and someone brings me one. Then I say "I like food" and she asks "what flavor goo do you want on top?" I ask for a recommendation and she says everyone prefers the honey bbq goo. So she pushes another button and brings me some food. All the food is garbage covered in a goo. It's all cheap food too. Chicken is under $1 per pound, potatoes are about $0.10 per pound. No steak, or reasonable seafood (the shrimp they serve is not reasonable.) At this point I wish I had a gun to put to my head, if this place can be so popular it has locations all over. I asked someone what makes this place so good, they told me "the goo has what morons crave, they have beer and you cannot look anywhere without seeing a T.V. in case a self made thought tries to enter their head it can quickly be rejected. read more

This BW3 location is alright. It's right in the middle of studentland U of M so it may not be the best for families or the older crowd. It does what BW3 is known for very well. Good boneless wings in a plethora of different sauces. Sports on the telly and lots of beer. My son (23 y/o) loves this place as I have brought him here for his birthday more than once and given him a gift card for here for Christmas as well. Service is adequate. Oh man, how I miss my college days and Tuesday nights here. I remember taking full advantage of Wing Tuesdays and Leg Wednesday and whatever day they decided to throw on there. The wings are a toss-up: some days they're really good and moist with just enough sauce, and other days they're overcooked and dry and oh-my-god-that's-what-I-ordered. But even on a bad day, the wings were decent. During the weeks when I was waiting for my paycheck, I would order a whole bunch of wings on Tuesday and make it last till *next* Tuesday by eating wings with a side of rice and steamed veggie (asian style, baby). They have TVs everywhere so it's a great place to watch a game, though the food = fried chicken so is meh. This is just like Wingstop, which perhaps is the West Coast version of the restaurant chain. The lemon pepper wings are still my favorite. My friends and I also got the dessert nachos, which is a strange concoction of ice cream and cheesecake bites on top of "elephant ears," which I had never heard of before but are essentially large, crispy cinnamon sugar chips. My recommendation is probably unnecessary, but come to cheer on your team, not primarily for food. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings is known for their wings, I've been to plenty of their locations, to find out that this is the worst one yet. Our table ask for 3 small orders of wings, with all sauce on the side. Literally 25 minutes later, the server came back with the 2 orders of boneless wings but DRENCHED with mixed sauces on them and a pathetic order of plain original wings. Each wing was no bigger than a crab apple, seriously??? After eating our mediocre lunch, we go out and hit the town. For the next 6 hours, we've never had to use the restroom as much as we did. Whatever the sauce or the wings went bad, we will never know. But the aftermath was a bloodbath, I'm even typing this on the shitter. Again, I've been to plenty of these places, and nothing has ever been so ass shattering in my life. The customer service took way too long for such a measly order of food, they probably dont check the expiration dates, let alone cook the food right. It is the morning after and I feel sick to my stomach, as if I had a hangover. But no, it was just the wild wings. For such a successful chain, they should check up on these locations. I've never felt so scammed in my life and will never go back to this location for as long as my asshole can take it. BWW is a good place to watch the game with a group of friends (if you can manage to get a table) and eat some finger foods. I feel like some of their entrees and appetizers are overpriced. The only thing that might be reasonably priced are the wings. Sometimes the wings are delicious, and sometimes they're all bones. Usually they're ok. They also serve beer and I think some mixed drinks so it's not too bad. read more

Pre Covid I used to go eat lunch at BW's weekly with a bunch of coworkers. And I'd bring my kids in occasionally. I finally decided to try the delivery instead. It was direct from them and not a 3rd party service. That was a mistake. I ordered 40 boneless wings with a couple spicier sauces on the side. Mostly my kids eat these and do not care for the sauces, especially the spicier ones. Anyhow, all of the wings had the sauce on them, even though the receipt i got with the food said that it should be on the sides. So my kids couldn't eat any of them. I called the store a couple times right after getting the food and the line was busy. I assume they were just busy for dinnertime. At that point I just had to feed my kids something else. Most of the wings went to waste. I also sent in a complaint through their website later that evening and nobody ever bothered to get back to me. Needless to say I won't be getting anything from them again. Nothing is worse than just ignoring your customers. But otherwise their wings/boneless tend to be decent when the order is correct. read more

For what it is, this place is awesome! When I get a craving for their wings, I can't make it go away until I get some! Sauces are delicious. My personal favorites are asian zing and parmesan garlic. One of the few restaurants where I am able to put my demand for high quality ingredients aside because it honestly just tastes great! read more

Wings are hit or miss here, like many people already commented, they can be good if you get them fresh, or "vile" if you're unfortunate and get an older batch. The service is really the reason for the low ranking, because every single time I go to the A2 B-dubs whether its busy or slow I have a hard time placing my order if I sit down to eat. The take-out service is good with their buzzers, but for some reason when I eat the food there, the waitress' are few and far between and I have to repeat my order more than once. If you are a wing addict then I would say go there for that, but if wings aren't your thing I can't think why you should go to B-dubs in A2. read more

Nice place to hang out with a group of friends or a friend to eat, watch a game or have few drinks. The customer service is hit or miss. The younger generation really need to work on their communication skills. I have tried all the variety of chicken wings. My favorite is Caribbean Jerk others I like are: Asian Zing, Parmesan Garlic and Teriyaki. read more

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I've had several disappointments with this location. First time, I was with my boyfriend and upon our arrival we didn't receive service for 20 minutes. not even a drink order. after the lady did finally come to take our order, she promptly spilled our appetizer on us, which was salsa. she apologized, but had a horrible attitude for the rest of the meal. which makes no sense because we were perfectly understanding and polite about her mishap. the mistake didn't bother me, but her apparent irritation with us did. several months later I returned with my boyfriend and another couple for date night. once again, we sat and sat and sat. after the 20 minute mark when we hadn't even been spoken to by anyone besides the hostess, we just left and went elsewhere. I love they're food, but this location is simply not good at the customer service end of things. will definitely be going elsewhere for my wings from now on. read more

This food made me the sickest I have ever been. Had the buffalo chicken pizza and within 10 minutes of eating my food had the worst stomach ache I've probably had in my entire life. It has been more than 24 hours since my visit and I am still encountering issues. After my experience I conducted a search and found that many other people have had similar problems to mine, especially after eating anything with their buffalo sauce. In general, all of the food is subpar, greasy, and rather bland. With so many unique, non-chain restaurants in Ann Arbor, I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

I recently learned that their fryer grease is called Beef Tallow, which is a by product made from Cow fat. Vegans don't eat the french fries. Chicken wings are deep fried in the fat as well. Recently watched a game here and it was a great experience. They have a ton of TVs and promptly switched a couple to our game, the food and drinks were good, and the prices are super reasonable. This is my 3rd time with terrible service at this location. The first I was waiting for my check and a box, and my waiter was no where to be found. I had to go ask someone to go find him. The second time I came to do a pick up and it was 15 minutes after they said it would be ready, and my order was wrong. I came back up after I went home, and then I had to wait another 15 minutes for her to go fix my order. The last and final time it was a seat yourself situation and I waited about 10 minutes for someone to come over and serve me. No one came over so I decided to move so that someone would serve me and then as soon as I sat down someone came to my table. My boyfriend who is of age tried to order a beer and they wouldn't let him, because of his ID. So all in all, decent food. Shitty service every time. Will not be returning to this location read more

I thought the timing of the food was a one time thing, but they habitually take much longer than other Bdubs restaurants when getting the food out. I normally love Bdubs and go there a lot with big groups of friends. But this past time me and group of about 7 people were there at 10 on a thursday night. The place was empty. Side note this particular bdubs does not close til 2 am. So we were not there super late or anyting. But I had the worst service of my life. I think we were our servers only table and more than once we had to go find her. She never refilled our water and would only come around when we went to find her. And every time we found her txting on her phone. They seriously need to upgrade their wait staff. read more

I've been here maybe a dozen times as it is the favorite for my group of friends. I've noticed service getting worse and worse since this location opened. While some are excellent, too many of the waitstaff do a poor job. On my last visit I showed up 3 hours before close and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. My server didn't bother to hide hide his disapproval of this choice, but I didn't change my mind. 20 minutes later I get my sandwich and I remove the bun to put on some sauce. I notice the lettuce is slimy and greasy. My tables consensus was that it was either saliva or rotting lettuce. I didn't eat, paid and decided to never come back. I hate to trash the whole establishment because of 1 or 2 bad employees, but if management allows these kinds of people to work here, it won't be long before this place is gone anyway. read more

This is Michigan. We like football. We like basketball. And we like reasonably priced chicken served in front of TVs that show the aforementioned games. Besides the stadium and the arena, this establishment has been centerpiece of Michigan sports. Whether it be the satisfaction of a huge meal and winning by 20 points, or the tense, edge of your seat excitement of a 40 yard field goal in overtime served with buffalo wings, this is the place to be. Every game day, the place is packed with the maize and blue faithful, and atmosphere of the restaurant will track the progress of the game. Never before have I heard a restaurant go silent after a narrow defeat, or one as loud as when we clinch a hard-fought victory. Every franchise advertises something like this in their commercials, but there truly is no equal to watching the game here in Ann Arbor. If you intend to delight in the experience, you must be seated 1-2 hours before the game. However, with enough friends and appetizers, it doesn't seem long at all. My favorite appetizer is the baked potato soup, but that seems to be season. All my friends and I agreed it was the perfect dish for a fall afternoon. We usually order two rounds of traditional chicken wings, one for each half. My favorites are the lemon pepper, asian zing, barbeque, and buffalo. Avoid the jalapeno one. This is the place to be game day, but if it's not, there are so many other restaurants found only in Ann Arbor. You should try a few places not found back home. read more

My kids got me (and my son who is dad to our adorable granddaughter and my son-in-law who will soon be a dad as well) take-out from The Ann Arbor Buffalo Wild Wings for Father's Day. The six of us (son, daughter-in-law, daughter, son-in-law and the wife and me-our granddaugher is only one so she didn't share the meal) split a soft pretzel starter (queso and mustard sauces) and then shared four orders of 12 piece wings with the Medium, Teriyaki, Thai Curry, and Honey BBQ sauces. My personal order of tastiness was as I just listed them. The Teriyaki was a close second but the traditional Medium was the best as far as I was concerned. Not everyone agreed with my list - all the sauces are really good and each got a first place from someone in the group. The pretzel starter was also yummy. My daughter had the Southwest Chicken Wrap and rated it highly as well. In summary, great wings and a good place to get take out. We have also eaten-in at other Buffalo Wild Wings and rate them a good place for a casual tasty meal. read more

If you're from out of town, you may not want to eat at a chain that you can visit when at home. That was my boyfriend and my case at least. But after two nights of eating out at small privately owned restaurants and spending well over $200 each time, we were just looking for a place to get some good and cheap eats. This was just like any other Buffalo Wild Wings, but compared to other places in the area, the value was way higher than expected. We ordered promptly, were fed promptly, and my camel of a boyfriend couldn't even finish his drinks before he had another on the table! Samantha was great, prompt, efficient, and friendly.
