The service is non existent and the food over cooked ! Every time we come here, I swear I'm never coming back and this time I mean it.

If I could I would give this a 0 star rating. Customer service at its poorest!! Our food was cold, we didn't get napkins. The waitress was extremely rude to us. She never checked up on us. We waited 45min just to even get a drink order or appetizer ordered. We asked for napkins they said that they had to help someone else first. They were not busy. Very disappointed in this service. The worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever visited! The waitress was high, they took one hour to give me my order to go which costed $35. They put maybe one handful of fries with my burger and no side of fries or ranch. The mozzarella sticks didn't have cheese or marinara sauce. Thank you for ruining my day! read more

Out of the ten past take out orders, five of them were screwed up in one way or another. Either the salads were limp, discolored, definitely NOT FRESH, or they sent regular wings instead of boneless! It happens consistently... and food quality has gone downhill. Apparently they have instituted a "Customers have to check the food before they take it" policy to try and correct it. But it is kind of hard to tell what wings you have in poor lighting, unless you open it up and try one... and no one should have to do that to compensate for their incompetence. Considering 20 wings, a basket of rings, and two side salads cost $35+.. I expect more! They have totally lost me as a customer! I won't go back! read more

Went here with my family (7 total) and our waiter parker took 15 min to get to our table, another 10 for drinks, then we ordered appetizers (suprise, they didnt come out for almost 25 min), and when we asked for drink refills members of the party were forgotten. The waiter did not bring out the food, and the unfortunate hostess had to fix several mistakes in the food (up to and including the lack of silverware and drinks), and only after the hostess was gone it took another fifteen for him to even check in. We had to call to finally receive the check, thankfully someone else came out and through them we talked to managers but honestly this was awful. I love my chicken rare.....yum! This man had the words "certified trainer" on his shirt, if i were you i would check in with all his trainees because if this man trained them to give the service he is giving us their tips cant be very good( due to certain members of our party having sensory issues there was very little communication from members of our party he took very personally muttering under his breathe very nasty things which other members heard which was a horrible way to start the night). When the hostess makes more of an appearance than the waiter and helps us more than the waiter i hope you switch who is doing what job. As a family buffalo wild wings has been the setting for many celebrations, this location in particular due to its location to the meyers pool, but this service has honestly made us rethink coming to buffalo wild wings as a whole, thankfully the managers were super helpful but we will no longer frequent this location for sure. read more

After spending 30 min on the phone with corporate BWW, as they requested we called them, we were told that the local manager for this store would be contacting us. We've waited for that phone call for over a month. Apparently, our original conclusion that the RUDENESS exhibited by the staff was a reflection of management is still correct bc no one at the store level has bothered to contact us even though they were directed to by corporate BWW. read more

We had a gift card so decided to try this restaurant. Most of the tables.had not been cleaned. One of the menus had mayonnaise on it. Food was cold. Not a good eating experience. The beer was good. Maybe okay to grab a beer, but definitely do not order food. read more

The food isn't always bad, the only reason we order from here is because we're craving wings and it's not far from our house. If I hadn't eaten all day I would not order from here, just because it's a hit and miss on the quality of food, the fries are never warm when you pick them up, I mainly order for pick up, we still wait in the restaurant for our food for over 20 minutes, and this is after the 10 minutes for someone to notice we're standing there....on top of waiting 30 minutes from the time I put the order in. They always forget to give us something, it never fails, it's never the same thing but for example tonight they didn't give us our carrots and celery after they asked if I wanted them and I said yes. They're not horrible but I don't recommend eating from here if you're super hungry. read more

Yep, last year during the start of baseball season I slid into here and noticed they had Hot Dog sliders. Little "mini me" sized hot dogs. Just the right size to pop in your mouth, snap a photo and make your hands look bigger than Andrea the Giants! This year...just like the Nuggets play off chances, those dogs are gone. Long gone. But hold on, they offered up mini corn dogs. Small, bite-sized corn dogs with more dough than Oprah. What was I thinking? Just like trail mix is nothing more than M&M's with obstacles, these are nothing more than corn meal bites with a center nub of Maltodextrin. read more

I was a regular, and have had no prior issues, as it is close to my house. I had multiple issues on this particular night. I expressed my issues with their new pay by app system a couple months ago and adapted to what their new system is. I attempted to watch the Avalanche game as I always do when not on National television, but they had a bingo event, so they would not put the sound on, Which is fine. I was told I could not sit at the bar. I obliged, I was shuffled to the back room where I got no service for 20min, ordered a beer. Waited 30 min or 1 period before trying to use their new app, because the waitress was nowhere to be found. Then got my 1st beer 15min later from the waitress that had no interest in serving anyone. The game was in the second period at this point. Having no service I moved to the bar. Waited another 15min before I was acknowledged by the bartender, ordered another beer, and asked if the sound for the Avalanche game could be put on, as the event was now over. The bartender said she would ask the manager, and did nothing, but poured a beer and started having a conversation with another regular patron of the bar. I then requested a shot. She said she was busy, but she would get to it, she did get it to me in a semi timely fashion about 7-10min then I closed my tab on the app, as requested by the establishment. I left and was chased out by the bartender, stating I had not paid my tab. I went in to resolve the issue, and after explaining my complaint the manager rather than trying to work out the issue stated "If it's that big of a problem, don't come back!" Customer service was atrocious. Manager should be demoted to dishwasher he has no CS skills. This was a Tuesday, no stress involved. read more

I'm doing this review because this has been the second time in a month that we have had a horrible experience. This place is getting worse every time. To begin with, why does it take two waitresses to wait on one table of four. Even with two waitresses, we still had to ask for refills, if we could get sugar, where the other appetizer was coming and for the ranch. This was after we had asked for all of this when we placed our order. What's even more frustrating is the waitresses were walking in groups talking hanging around the front counter. The floor of the restaurant was a complete mess. When our food finally came out 35 minutes later, there was half of the wings with sauce and the other with no sauce. As we were leaving the ODOR FROM BATHROOM almost made me throw up. We could already smell it and then they propped the door open. So nasty!!!! This is unacceptable especially when you are paying a good price and you have a horrible atmosphere and service. I would Not at all recommend this location. read more

Have been to this particular B Dubs a few times. I think it's time for a review. First experience cold cold cheese on the nachos told us they didn't realize the cheese was unplugged.. Gross.. Second time the sauce on the wings was cold cold making the wings undesirable. Third time take out order sat for 30-40 mins patiently just to find out my order was on the take out rack getting cold. So I've been coming to Buffalo Wild Wings for years and really haven't had any bad experiences consistently anywhere I have gone. I literally live two minutes from this location so it's convenient to come here. With that said, this location is just poorly managed or something. I am not coming here anymore and will go to another location even though inconvenient. More likely I will just likely spend my money with a different restaurant if I don't feel like driving 15 minutes. The kitchen is always slow, even when there is nobody in here. If you get fries they will be cold 80% of the time, but when you send them back they will come out hot. In general the staff seems apathetic and like they don't give a crud. Not to pile on but the bar area actually smells like something bad tonight that I just can't put my finger on. Yes, I'm actually at this location now and took the time during my meal to write this. Just an exceptionally bad experience this evening on top of other bad experiences over the last year. Never thought I would ever be giving a bad review to a BWW but this location really does suck. read more

This place is a joke - we just ordered Uber eats... our order was for a medium size traditional wing (14 wings) and a sandwich with no coleslaw on it. Food arrived and there were only 8 wings in there... and the sandwich was wrong. The girl who answered the phone said she clearly remembers checking our order was correct - there are literally 8 wings total - we asked if they could just comp the difference between a medium and small. Service was HORRIBLE! My boyfriend and I went in to eat and watch the football game and our server barely checked on us, passed by us so many times and ignored us. The food was everything we wanted! Came out quick, was hot and fresh. Service on the other hand was absolutely sub-par. Our waitress sat us at a dirty table, we asked for it to be wiped. Instead she moved us to a different table which was, yes, dirty as well. After she took our order she disappeared and we didn't get helped until 35 minutes later and we were ready to leave. We should have listened to the star rating!! We gave it a try anyways since we were craving the wings. After ordering and waiting about 25 min for anything besides our water, the waitress said they had a large party in the other room that was slowing down their kitchen. Mmmm ok, but another 10 min went by before she brought out the fried pickle appetizer- stating they were on her. Great gesture (that we had to remind her of when the final bill came...). 48 minutes after we were seated we finally got our food orders. Food was alright, though about half of my honey bbq boneless wings were pretty spicy, maybe some cross contamination happening. The waitress stayed very busy throughout the time we were there, but stayed on top of our water refills throughout the evening. Probably wouldn't go again when in the area. read more

Tuesdays are awesome for cheap wings! It's a pretty run of the mill Buffalo Wild Wings. If you've never been to one, they're a ton of fun. They've got TV's all over with anything to watch that you could hope to find on in a sports bar. Trivia is always fun. The service is quick or slow depending on the masses of people in the restaurant. The best part is the food. It varies from place to place and night to night depending on the cooks at that particular establishment. I personally like them when the sauce is cooked onto them a little. Sometimes when they're really busy it seems like they'll make plain ones and just dump the sauce on afterwards, and they'll come out kinda cold (more just not hot) from it. The new rub flavors are pretty damn tasty. The heat is great, and it's another staple that I get every time I stop by. For an appetizer, buffalo chips with cheese and a side of Cajun powder is definitely the way to go. DELICIOUS! They've only got three desserts, but they're all pretty damn good. Do not order to go using grub hub or DoorDash. The restaurant left half of our order out of of what our driver picked up. After calling the restaurant, they offered no support, no compensation, and no solution other than coming in to pick up the missing food. Why would I order delivery and then go to the restaurant? Ick. I hate to smash on them, but with my friends' tradition of a weekly "BDubs" gathering, I've had the chance to see just how much they suck. Their draft beers are severely overprices and consistently stale. Their food is downright disgusting. I mean gross. Sub Par for a Jail Kitchen. And their service sucks. Blows. The last experience that finally prompted me to update the review? The wings tasted like they'd been fried in Motor Oil. Old Motor Oil. When I told the waiter, his response was "Oh. I like them." SERIOUSLY. I didn't eat ONE. Not even ONE. Yet, there they were on my bill. Along with the COLD French Fries, someone else's Red Bull, 2 sides of Ranch even though we'd only ordered one and had to ask for that when he finally brought the entire table's food (Which took no fewer than 8 trips, 2-3 minutes apart) and a $5 Blue Moon.
