Before I lived in the neighborhood, I came here to watch $teelers games that were not available on TV. I never really thought much of the place. That is until I moved nearby. Now, I am not claiming that the food is great, because it is not great. But, the bar food is OK while drinking. And this place is a great place to drink because they have 2 daily happy hours. Additionally, there are always "Game-day" drink specials, and every day is game day, as there is always some kind of game on. The games need not be Denver sports teams -- thank god. I have not counted, but I would estimate that they have at least 30 beers on tap. Happy hour includes beer specials, cocktails, wine, and appetizers. Most patrons live nearby, and I would recommend this place as a great neighborhood watering hole. I would not cross town to come here, but I am glad that it is here. read more

We love this BW3. It's much less kitschy and corporate than the newer ones, which I appreciate. Wings are delicious, of course, and I've tried almost everything on the menu. Except the ribs (but who goes to B-Dubs for ribs?!?). If we go, we pick up take-out wings on Tuesday to get the wing special without wading through all the people. We have also been trivia regulars at this location for 5+ years. We know the servers by name. We also periodically do happy hours here- I love the buffalito specials and the drink specials. My only critique is that sometimes the service can be very spotty. Not with our "regular" servers, but with some of the newer younger kids. We go with a big group, ask for separate checks and they always end up getting screwed up, and then it takes FOREVER to get it corrected. My rating is a solid "meh". We have been coming here for the past two years for Wednesday night trivia. It's okay. It's not bad, it's not good. It's definitely not great. The service is usually friendly, but consistently slow. Expect to wait 20 minutes for the server to take your order, then another 30 for the food to come out. If the trivia were offered at another location, I would just as soon go there. There's nothing special keeping me at Buffalo Wild Wings other than the fact that this is where our group meets. That said, the trivia has steadily been getting worse and worse as the company and the DJs have each changed a couple times. We may end up switching it up and trying another place. I didn't know I'd ever share this type of review on good ol' Bdubs. From the moment we came in we weren't greeted and stood around to be seated for a while, the restaurant was very empty and everyone (employees) were all just "hanging around" more than anything else, or at least that was how it was viewed from a customers perspective. It was a Saturday @ 2. Our order took forever to come and the food was ICE COLD, truthfully, disgustingly cold. The only thing we received fresh with our whole order was the order of cheese curds everything else was sitting for over 10-15 minutes for sure. Coming from someone who worked over 5 years in the restaurant industry I cannot be fooled my freshness and quality and this restaurant disappointed me on both. We were here to celebrate my birthday and instead left with a frown, and having to make up for the disappointing lunch. This location was BW3 before the corporate Buffalo Wild Wings giant started expanding out everywhere. There are a lot of local & long time customers. If you're looking for good wings and don't want to deal with the corporatized atmosphere, then hit this location. We get great service 99% of the time we are there. I've had a few experiences of slow service which have oddly been at lunchtime. But in the evenings, we are always served drinks promptly and our food arrives in decent time. We are big fans of the mango habanero sauce for wings and I really like the grilled chicken wrap with the parmesan garlic sauce. A friendly, laid back staff completes your experience. read more

I mostly have visited the more westerly (the newer) Arvada location, but like what I said about BW3's already is that the food is ok. Not a fan of their wings, but because of the sauces (as those are good and there's a good selection to choose from) but rather due to the fact that I don't like the chicken they use. Kinda gross. This place has THE absolute worst customer service of any restaurant I have ever eaten at! The last 3 or 4 times I have ordered take out from this Buffalo Wild Wings they have gotten my order totally wrong! Wrong Sauce on my wings but the right label on the container, reg wings when I ordered boneless, salad that looked like it had sat in the cooler for the past week , forgot the onion rings.. and list continues. Each time the mgr was called and his attitude was less than friendly, He acted like it was MY fault THEY got my orders wrong! He actually made a reference that it was my fault...they had showed me my order before I left...OK I'll give him that..but in dim lighting it is hard to tell if you have bones in your wings or if the sauce is the right color. AND this last time when I went back to get the corrected order there was NOT one apology. Ridiculous! The wait staff has improved considerably; HOWEVER, the bathroom smells awful!! And I mean AWFUL!!! They need to invest in a new sewer line ASAP!! ***************************************************** I have tried this BWW several times over the past 13 years and they always disappoint. Which is surprising since they have the same owner as the other Arvada location. The beer is always either flat and/or warm and the bar tenders seriously lack personality. Went to dinner last night here, service was alright. The most disgusting thing about going to eat at certain restaurants is their bathrooms... and my god this locations bathrooms were repulsive. Filled with flies, sticky floors, paper towel all over the ground, toilets not fl... I felt like I was at a gas station and when I walked out all I could smell was that disgusting bathroom smell. If you go to a place to eat, you shouldn't have to go to the bathroom in something this repulsive then go out to the dining room to eat food. I was completely disgusted the entire time I ate I ended up not eating it all and leaving unhappy. Also, the amount of flies I had land on my food after seeing flies in the bathroom almost made me puke. I like the BW3's in Westwoods allot more, the staff was nice the wings were good. My friend says the one off 104th is way better. She was upset that they tried to take a discount card that she paid $20 for, because the staff said that they did not authorize it, however corporate BW3 in Westminster accepts it with no issue. read more

My wife and I visited this location several times, and have found the average day's customer service and food quality to be well below average. But it gets worse; One visit involved a minor disagreement with management, that, despite our best efforts, turned into the worst experience we've ever had in a restaurant, and I don't claim that lightly. The lesson overall is that here, you don't get what you pay for. For the price of a quality steak dinner, you'll get quality that's typical of a 24 hour taco shop. B DUBBS-Mango habanero extra crispy wings. And spinach artichoke dip. Gave 4 stars because they don't give enough dip to chip ratio. And the mango habanero wings are killer, except the fact they are so good you don't want to stop eating them but have no choice because you are breathing out volcanic lava. Addicting.... but it takes a while to finish them. I think I got it down to a science though. Dip them in ranch or blue cheese and eat them as fast as you can. They aren't as hot but you can still enjoy the flavor. Don't take breaks in between bites. Lmao. Also 4 stars only because happy hour doesn't start till 10 pm on a Saturday. Booooooo. My self and a friend went in there on Friday December 28 about 2. We sat in the bar and found the cleanest high top we could find and it still needed wiping off. There were two people that sat at a table behind us and the bartender/waitress took their order first. She then asked us what we wanted and we told her and asked if we could get the table wiped down. She came back with the drinks for the table behind us and ours and a rag to wipe the table off. She sat the drinks down then proceed to wipe the and knocked the one beer over which soaked me and the floor. She hesitated and went to get some napkins to clean myself and the floor. All she could say was the tall drafts tip easy no I'm sorry nothing. She said she go get another draft for us. I proceeded to clean the rest that was on the floor and she came back with the draft that had been spilled. We asked if we could get chili con queso with the pico on the side and when we got it the pico was on top of the queso. When we got our bill we were surprised that considering what happened and we stayed even though my pants and undies were soaked she didn't even compete the beer I was wearing. My girlfriend and I go there every couple of months while she is getting her car serviced and my husband and I go there a couple of times a month. After this incident though we are done going there anymore. This establishment has been going down hill for a long time and after this incident we will take our business elsewhere. When you have staff that doesn't even care and can't even say their sorry and try to make it right then it just shows they don't care and obviously don't need my money. It is really too bad because we use to like going there but to be honest the service and food has come to be a lot to be desired. This place is off my list of places to go. read more

We sat down at 5:05pm the place was 1/2 full. We ordered at 5:15. At 6:00 we flagged our waitress and asked what the delay was. She stated that they had a large volume of take out orders ahead of ours. At 6:15 we found the manager who informed us that the new larger wings took longer to cook. Not 5 minutes later our order arrived stone cold. It seems our entire order had been sitting for some 20 minutes. The waitress ignored us when we complained that the food was cold. We decided to simply leave without eating the food at which point she got the manager. Here is where it gets bad. I get that we had a lousy waitress. It happens. The manager offered to do nothing to make up for our wasted hour and disappointing experience. I then contacted corporate. Their main office routes all complaints to the local restaurant. Big shocker, the restaurant never got a hold of me. Note that all the recent reviews are negative. This was my first time visiting a buffalo wild wings and was the worst dining experience of my life. Big fan of BW3 been going there for 10+ years now. They are all of the US, but I believe started in Ohio. They have now franchised out here in Colorado and are all over the place. The original one here is on 80th and Carr it's still our favorite spot. Not as gimmicky as the newer ones. The service is the best here. And the best place to watch an Avalanche game or any football game. Their wings are divine. They have many sauces to accommodate all tastebuds from sweet to damn right hot. There hottest blazing comes with a warning label. My favorites are the Asian Zing and the Caribbean Jerk. There beer selection is always prime. They have NTN playing and also have a trivia night. Don't waste your money or time. We ordered take out and was very clear with our order. Buffalo chicken salad, crispy chicken strips with Asian zing sauce, kids corn dog mini meal. The girl who took my order over the phone seemed distracted and I had to ask her twice if she had everything she needed and had any questions. Weird. My husband picked up our order and asked if the sauce was in the bag. He was told everything was in the bag. He should have checked. Came home and no dressing for the salad, no asian zing sauce, no dipping sauce for the mini corn dog. If you're wondering what the third "W" in BW3 stands for, it's for the Kaiser type bun they use to serve their burgers on called "Weck". It had caraway seeds and salt on the top and was actually pretty good. Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck. We've been eating at this location since moving to Arvada about 15 years ago. It took a long time for other franchised stores to start showing up but now they're everywhere. The 'hot" are our wings of choice or occasionally we'll get half "flaming" and half "hot". Tuesday and Thursday nights are the best deals with 30 cent wings on Tues. (used to be a quarter) and they also used to have 50 cent drumsticks on Thursdays but someone said that has gone away. It's cool to have a decent burger/wing joint in the neighborhood and especially one that runs specials. read more
