I don't recommend ordering online at BWW. Every time I do I always get there at the pick up time and I have to wait no less than 15 min for my wings. The whole reason for ordering online or calling ahead is so you don't have to wait. After giving them my feedback on my experience, they told me not to order online and just call in. Personally, I think that's awful service to tell a customer not to use something that is clearly available for use. It will be a long time before I can try again. read more

Atmosphere is fairly standard for a sports bar - typically crowded, tightly packed bar, overworked servers, and almost obnoxiously loud. The drinks aren't bad, although it seems to depend on the mood of the bartender at any given point. The first drink was well mixed, and the second weak and watered. We ordered appetizers, which only took about twenty minutes; surprising, when you consider just how few servers were available. The food arrived hot and was shockingly good. We continually had to flag down our server for refills and new beverages. We also ordered and entree to go (we had no desire to continue screaming a conversation), and were utterly disappointed when we opened the box to find a sloppy burger and a handful of old fries. That was my third experience at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings, and most likely my last. read more

My service absolutely sucked. my waitress must not have know how to take orders and ring people up correctly. There was also disturbing customers around me that make me never want to come back. lets not forget the horrible smell on the table when we got seated. I love eating here!! They have the best fried pickles!! It's a great place to watch sports and the staff is so understanding!

I love the wings, but I really don't like the atmosphere. Perhaps they should rename it as a "Sports Bar," because every time I go in there with my family, we can't even hear each other because it's so loud from the game volume. May be fortunate events but I have been to the Belton location multiple times; sometimes twice a week and I've never had a bad experience. This place can get packed on the weekends. My wife and I have waited 45 minutes before and still left happy and full. If one thing could be changed id say add more sauce to the wings but I've always asked for extra and it was brought right out. read more

This is just another normal experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. It takes 45 minutes to an hour to get food. Service is terrible and the servers do not know how to do their jobs. We just picked up an order to go. SUPER disappointing. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with potato wedges and a medium order of bone in wings, half hot and half Asian zing. The wrap was dry and almost without any sauce at all, making the chicken taste extra dry. The potato wedges we're good, crunchy, and hot. You could tell they were fresh. The Asian flavored wings were hot and tasted good. The hot wings were COLD. Like they were put in a refrigerator or something. Maybe another customer ordered them so they had been sitting for a while? They were also extra saucy, maybe to make up for the fact that they had been sitting and were cold? And because of the extra sauce and the fact that they were put in a too small container, the sauce spilled out all over the inside of the bag and covered the other boxes. We picked them up AS SOON as they were ready and drove the 6 minutes straight home. If this was some crap fast food or a cheap order, I wouldn't care so much but these items cost $30! Not the quality I expect for that amount of money. No wonder you have such a terrible rating. read more

Rule one in serving keep an eye on your tables if they look like they need something ask them. Rule two if someone asks for like sauce or a refill or something and it's not ur table get it anyways. Team work and satisfy ur customers. I always feel like I'm just taking up the servers time every time I go. I think sadly enough I'm not gonna come back not even for the garden crasher app. The servers are in their own world. I hope corporate sees this and changes staff. The pickup cashier Alyssa had horrible manners. Me and my friend called in a phone order and couldn't understand her at all because she rushed us off the phone and talked way to fast so we couldn't understand any of the deals . She then told us it would only be 5 minutes which was a red flag. When we got there, we were told it was $3 which we knew was wrong so we asked what the order was and couldn't even understand what she said. Then my friend told her what we wanted and she claimed that my friend had said "nevermind" on the phone which caused her to cancel it which never happened if she had not rushed us. Alyssa then had to go get the manager to refund the wrong order and place the new one . She was not respectful at all and gave us an attitude when it wasn't even our fault for not being able to understand her speed talking on the phone . I was just really disappointed because I have never experienced that bad of customer service at that location before and makes me not want to come back . read more

We've been to this BWW several times. The service has been hit & miss. The food has always been consistent.

I went here because they were broadcasting an MMA fight I wanted to watch. It was very busy which is not uncommon when bars show PPV fights and the greeting staff did a good job of getting people to sign in as they came in and getting them seated as people left. Got seated and the waitress wanted my order right away. I explained I was only there for the fight but might order something later. She came back by 20 minutes later and asked for my order again. Feeling a little awkward, I ordered 18 boneless wings which was about $16. I thought that was a little steep, but wanting to keep her happy and to try and compensate the place for showing the fights, I ordered them. When they came to the table I seriously thought it was a joke. For a restaurant with "Wings" in the name I was expecting some very good wings. What arrived at my table in 2 very small paper cups was the worst excuse for deep fried breaded chicken I'd ever seen. It was obvious the chicken wasn't pre-seasoned, the breading wasn't seasoned except for the seasoning choice I'd ordered. In one of the cups it was clear the seasoning I ordered had been dumped on 2 of the 9 wings with the other 7 wings completely unseasoned. The "bbq" wings I ordered looked like they measured out 1 teaspoon of sauce and distributed it among all 9 wings. My daughter and I ate one a piece and couldn't stand the thought of eating any more. The waitress didn't even comment when she took away 16 uneaten wings which leads me to believe this was a pretty common occurence there. I'll never go back. read more

Been going here for years, they recently changed management and have gone down the drain. The other week I was in there with a 9 year old kid that I was babysitting, and while we were standing at the pickup counter, the food was wrong, so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes, it seemed like we were bothering the staff by wanting the order corrected. Then a staff member dropped the F-bomb 3 times right in front of me and a few other customers, and his manager. The manager did nothing, I called, he apologized, promised to make it right and send coupons, I'm not concerned about the coupons, I'm concerned about the customer service. It has now been about a month since he said he would send me stuff...I still don't have it. After many negative experiences here I will not be going back. I'll drive the extra to Lees Summit if I crave it. read more

I love B Dubs for sporting events with all of the TV's and the food is always consistent. However, we live in Grandview and drive to the location at 135th and Metcalf because the service is so much better. The bartenders at the Belton location are usually slow and not very friendly. My biggest gripe with this location is children sitting at the bar which has happened on multiple occasions. We have seen children sitting at the bar as young as 3 or 4 which is completely unacceptable, even if they are with a parent. There is no place for a child at a bar where adults are drinking. In a perfect world, a responsible parent wouldn't think about sitting at a bar with their child, but it seems to be very common at this location. I have never seen a child sitting at a bar at any other B Dubs location. It makes the experience very uncomfortable. read more

Poor service. My fiancé and I moved to this area not too long ago and after having dinner and a drink at Frankie and Johnny's (wonderful place with great staff and service) we asked our waitress what the best places in town for a drink were. She gave us some suggestions and we decided on BWWs. There were only two people seated at the bar, both, with full drinks and food. The bar tender walked past us twice and looked over at us while talking to the two guys. Not once acknowledged us. After waiting about 5 minutes for her to ask for our orders and not being spoken to at all, we left. If you're looking for good service this is not the place. read more
