Our waitress, August, has a bright smile and outgoing personality. She is a genuinely nice person. A perfect contrast to our my family's day, which has been filled with miserable deep cleaning for spring. I mention I'm a heavy drinker... of water and she comes back with a second glass so I won't be waiting on her with the busy atmosphere. We never feel neglected despite her having a big table with more than ten people. The Ribeye steaks we order are cooked to perfection and have a good peppery flavor, and the sides are a great compliment. The corn reminds us of Mexican street corn.
