Ordered a Grubhub order with boneless wings and they look like little pieces of breading with no chicken in it. Mac and cheese for my little boy looked like and tasted like it was several days old. Fries were old as well. You could tell because they were hard and chewy like they had been microwaved. What a poor excuse for a restaurant. When we walked in to be seated we waited for about 5 minutes, which isn't bad but they weren't busy and 2 were talking each other and definitely noticed we were waiting. Another girl walked past us didn't say a word. Finally a girl asked another girl if she would seat us. She wasn't nice at all "table or booth" all she said. That's fine. We ordered food and bottomless appetizers. After our food came out she asked if we wanted to go drinks and boxes. We literally just got our food and she had our ticket in her hand. My husband asked if we could get chips and queso as we were waiting one of the girls were on her phone and the other was hitting vape. One of my favorite stops when I'm back in the low carb game. Have been here twice in the past month and have had great service, great tasting wings with lots of low carb flavor options, AND they are open late (which doesn't happen like it did before the pandemic). Now, if they just carried diet ginger beer for a low carb Tito's Mule, I'd be set!! It's been years and I mean years since I've eaten at BW3. Now I really wonder why have I waited so long. The food here is good. It's fresh and has a lot of taste. I don't eat wings dripping in sauce as anyone can make plain wings and smother them in the flav-of-the-day. Not a good way to cook. This is not even close to that greasy mess. The wings are tender and plenty large enough to satisfy even with the 6 wing order. B-dubs offers many flavors to pick from and several options of sauce to dip them into. I picked the 6 boneless with Lemon Pepper and the Asian Zing just for a boost in spice. Wonderful. Get creative and mix and match. I've read reviews on the Cheese Curd Bacon Burger. Someone was buying my lunch and I didn't want to stick them with a 12.00 sandwich so... I'll be back. read more

The food is always delicious. It was also clean in here. This is why we come here but I didn't give it more stars because the service was not great. The servers were friendly but it was massively slow. We sat in the restaurant for 45 minutes before we got our food. And then it was missing our French fries. And one of our kids meals wasn't out on time. We had to rush through our food and couldn't finish before we had to leave to be at a meeting. Our poor kids left hungry because they didn't have enough time to finish their meal and didn't understand why we were boxing it up for them to eat in the car. This is a newer location. Much more modern feel. TVs everywhere, as expected of a BWW location/sports bar. The noise is a little much if you're trying to have a conversation. The food I got was good, but the wings I got, which had a dry rub seasoning, had more seasoning on the plate that on the wings, which was disappointing. Food here, as at all BWW locations, is a little overpriced. But it was good, and I'm sure I'd come in again if I lived nearby. read more

From wings to salads, Buffalo Wild Wings brings a sigh of relief to a bleak area. Although the outside is not vibrant the feel of the inside is energizing. An appetizer of Everything Pretzel Knots felt fitting for a Segway into a non nutritious meal. To continue the diet destroyer I ordered 10 Traditional Wings with Honey BBQ sauce. The wings are very customizable and let the customer order from a variety of sauces or dry rubs. I was surprised to find that my plate consisted of only 4 wings and the rest drummets. This isn't a complaint but I think a balance of wings and drummets should be added to the menu as a short description. Moving on through the meal, an emergency call had to be answered by one of my colleagues which required me to order the food and then switch it to a take out order later on. Many, many other complications in the ordering process made it confusing and difficult for me and the waitress. I just have to say, this worker deserves a massive pay raise for how well she dealt with the series of inconveniences. Constant genuine apologies and well crafted suggestions made this chronicle better for the both of us. This is easily a 5-star restaurant with the food and customer service. Continuing into the decorations and amenities for another 5 star. A quick look into the restaurant or a stop in the restroom yields a clean, modern feeling that opposes that of the surrounding institutions. I even saw a Chuck E. Cheese nearby. I didn't even know those existed anymore. Now for the overall grading. Obviously this is a 5 star restaurant. Perfect for a mid drive pit stop for lunch. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area and because it's a chain. Anyone near any Buffalo Wild Wings. I thoroughly enjoyed this meal and hope to eat here again. :) read more

My last visit to the Bowling Green BBWs was the night before the COVID-19 lockdown. What a trip. We had a nice relaxing time. The last time before that, at BBWs, was the Miracle Mile Mall Las Vegas Blvd for a Super Bowl Sunday party. Both visits were GREAT particularly looking back in the rear view pre-pandemic mirror. I'll start this off with usually I love the food. However, I went yesterday to pick up a meal for my birthday. I got a free 6 wing coupon which I used and I also ordered the wrap. I arrived early to pick up my order and was surprised it was already ready...The fries were soggy and ice cold. I threw them away. I only got 4 wings in a container marked 5 (should have been 6) and the wrap had lettuce that was limp and slimy. I've never experienced anything that bad here till now. I usually get the bufflitos and I wont be straying from that again. The service was great for pick up, very fast and friendly. Always known for good wings. But this review is not even about wings at b dubs, or even chicken for that matter! BWW now has killer burgers. I've seen the commercials for their new line of burgers and ignored them like most people. You go to BWW for wings right? Haha. Not anymore. These are the smashed style burger patties with the crispy edges, that remind you of a 50's style car hop burger joint. I ordered the cheese curd bacon burger. A must if you love cheese curds. Its topped with real Wisconsin cheese curds and is delicious! double patty / hand-smashed / Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds / American cheese / bacon / shredded iceberg / tomato / onion / pickles / cool heat sauce / challah bun. Who wouldn't want that? This is the only one I've tried so far because its so good I cant turn away from it to try another. Haha! But other burger options are the all american cheeseburger, the buffalo bleu burger (which sounds delicious), and the southwestern black bean burger. First visit in new location..... so not impressed. Sitting on top each other and cramped booths. less space more seating... ok so what they have great food and sports tvs..... tv yes food.... I LOVE BW3 Wings .. swing and a miss. it was very over cooked boneless, took 48 minutes to get just two orders of wings and it was dry.. lack of sauce it looked dizzled not shaken. First time here. We were visiting from out of town. Our group of six got seated quickly, but service was slow. The chicken, burgers and bar food all arrived room temp. Almost no follow up service. This is by-far the worst B-Dubs I've ever been to. The wings served to us had barely any sauce, the quesadilla had hardly any cheese - they are skimpy with their ingredients!!! The new location is terrible. B-Dubs used to be one of my favorite places to eat at in Bowling Green. The new location is very cramped. They've tried to fit more people in a much smaller building. The old location was much more comfortable and service seemed better also. Their food is great as always and I will continue to be loyal to BWWs. Unfortunately it'll be To-Go only for me now at the Bowling Green location. I'll be headed to other sports bars in town to watch a game. read more

The food is good but ever since they moved locations the service has gotten worse. I was there tonight and the server I had only stopped by my table maybe a couple times. The new location is a huge negative. They have tried to cram too many people into a small space. The actual bar area, is more like an after thought. The lighting is absolutely awful. I sat at a table where the lights were directly in my eyes, and when asked if I could they could be dimmed, or angled differently they told me no. So I ate my meal with a ballcap pulled halfway down my face. I am not a fan of the ultra steel and wood look that seems to be popular. The old location was 100% sportsbar feel. This new one, not so much. There are TV's galore, which is decent, and they have 3 on the patio area, but there is nothing to stop the elements should it be windy or wet, which is a negative, I feel. The bar is very small, and there are two televisions, to view. The issue-there is a light fixture in front of the televisions, so you look past a light bulb to see the tv.....whoever had that bright idea needs to go visit a real sports bar.
