I find it hard to review chains because the food is the same at all of them, so I can really only comment on the service. Also on a side note, I'm not a terrible fan, in general, of most chain restaurants. However, on a particular night we had a largish group of mixed adults and kids and places like BDubs can accomodate these large groups. Also, it's loud enough that a few screaming kids won't bother the patrons at the next table. The food was good, as usual, nothing bad to say, but really can fried chicken ever be bad :) In terms of service, the service was very good (hence the four stars), however, I did feel the hostesses were a little under the average intelligence. We did have a big group, but the restaurant was pretty empty and it took a considerable amount of brain power for them to get a few tables together so we could all sit together (our party was only 9 including kids and adults). read more

Seems like every time we come in now and also during COVID take out the grill was broken (or at least that is what we are told). Limits dramatically the ability to order when it's only fried food. Maybe we'll need to call ahead next time to make sure the kitchen isn't broken. Very disappointed for o er 6 months now over this. I cannot understand how this chain is so popular. I guess there is enough people in the world who like greasy deep fried everything to keep this place open. Came here for an office party. The entire group was jammed into a space that was way too small for all the people in our party. Quality goes down everytime I go. Chicken was dry with very little sauce. Couldn't eat the last few boneless because they were just too overcooked. Mushroom appetizer used to be one of my wife's favourites. We ordered ours and recevied a basket of what looked like chopped mushrooms coated in breading. What happened to the full mushrooms? Each time I go, I think the quality must be a fluke. I am convinced now that this has become the norm. We will not be back. read more

Able to our lunch at this restaurant on Thursday held back posting because the owner said he was going to make it right after it took over an hour just to pay our bills are party of eight was not supposed to be charged however two of us paid cash and they made no attempt to make that right the remaining folks Summit been charged and some weren't charged apparently the waitress was in training and wasn't sure how to process credit cards she first overcharged everyone and then charged people the wrong bills it was a mess everyone just stood around staring at each other instead of helping us we had to cancel several meetings that we're in Port in for our day and then to be treated like oh well these things happen and then told the people that were charged in the credit card would be made right disappointing won't go back thanks for nothing read more

My fiancé and I come here relatively a lot to enjoy the food but that is the only thing we come for. All of the male servers are excellent. They are so kind and polite and serve the way people want to be taken care of. The female servers on the other khand.... Why are every single one of you in such a terribly BAD mood with every table you wait on. Bad attitude. Bad service. Very short and not helpful. One experience we had was our server didn't ask us if we were finished, never refilled our drinks and when my fiancé tried to order a beer special she aggressively flipped through the book like she didn't have time to deal with us. It wasn't that busy and neither was she. Maybe three tables? She handed us our bill but we wanted desert. She looked so mad that she had to get that for us but the whole night she never ran our food, appetizers or the desert! My friend and I meet on Tuesdays for the BOGO Wings. I don't recommend the boneless wings, they have too much breading and very little meat. The traditional wings are good and they come out quickly. The bathroom and restaurant are clean. There is a tacky piece of duct tape over some table trivia things that hang on the wall. Someone wrote don't use these on the tape. It's been there for as long as I can remember. The service varies. Sometimes we have great servers, sometimes we get servers who clearly only like serving the gentleman that eat lunch there. My biggest complaint is that if you order a vodka drink they automatically serve you absolute vodka. I don't care for absolute and it's a $1 more. read more

I thought Buffalo Wild Wings was supposed to make boneless wings more meatier. Apparently that was a lie. I recieved what I can only imagine was the bottom of the bag. My boneless wings looked like chicken chips which I probably wouldn't have minded except the fact that I got exactly 10 pieces. With the wing price going up Buffalo Wild Wings said they were to focus on boneless wings because they were the cheaper option. However, I don't see how they can keep the same price for boneless wings and give you less. They can't even sauce the wings properly. All you do is put them in a bucket with sauce and spin but somehow I only get half of my order with adequate sauce coverage. Very disappointed with this visit. read more

Stopped on a whim. Haven't been to a BWW in a long time. Very happy we did. Shrimp Po'boy sandwich was so good we will go out of our way for a return visit; crunchy, flavorful, lots of shrimp! BW3 Brighton stands above the rest of the chain by through their expertise at keeping draft beers at the perfect temperature. Food and service are also on the upper tier of this particular chain; my wife threw a surprise birthday party for me here and it was simply the perfect occasion. As an added bonus, BW3 Brighton also makes her favorite drink right every time, so we when we have a jones for BW3 there's no reason not to go to the Brighton location. The only downside is that for childfree couples, there is usually a random kid's night (why?) to deal with, so you may have to choose outdoor seating to avoid the screamers. In the Great White North, however, this option in only available for a few months out of the year. read more

I enjoy buffalo wild wings, but I am consistently underwhelmed with the quality of their take out in Brighton. The take-out wings are dry. Barely splashed with their sauce, it doesn't even coat the wing. Half of my order had no sauce on them at all. However, I am often invited to purchase more sauce at exorbitant price. I have complained before, and the cashier told me that the manager of this particular establishment is very stingy on the sauces. Apparently he doesn't know what sells his wings... Disappointing. My family of four dined here Sunday, Oct 4. I received the wrong good when our meals were delivered. My family was done with their food before my correct meal was even delivered. We got an apology, sort of, after I told our server how disappointing it was, and she told us there were only two of them on the floor, so it was "crazy." Nothing adjusted on the bill, server only came back because we asked for the bill and a box. Never saw a manager. My family was finished before I even got my food and we had to pay full price!
