Thought they had a better menu, like STEAK, given the name. Sirloin tips and some 'steak of the week'. Didn't ask. Ordered Lousiana Chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was pounded so thin, it was thick as three slices of deli meat, with a few pickles and 'special sauce' like thousand island. YUCK. Chips were good. Service was also disappointing. We got served pretty quickly, and our server did check on us after about 5 minutes from serving. Then we waited and waited, and WAITED until another server happened by-so I asked for the bill and boxes- not our red head server (there are two red heads, I'm referring to the larger one- and this isn't about size, I'm a pudge too). Between the pathetic service, and disappointing menu, and the fact that the bathroom also smelled of septic backup, we won't be back. It's not for us. read more

I stopped here on my way home from Detroit. I had a great time sitting at the bar. Everyone was super friendly, the beer is ice cold. A little on the pricey side and proportions are a little on the light side. Ordered a few lunch specials, smoked brisket fries was really good . The shredded ribeye steak was average. The meat lacked some flavor, the bun was basic, and the mushrooms were very light on the sandwich. Service was great. I have ate at this restaurant 5-6 times after going to Kensington park. Excellent food and service every time I've been! Last time I went I got the chicken piccata. Great flavor and very tasty! I'm also very impressed at how they have handled the pandemic. Large partitions between most tables. Every spot at the bar has a partition. My wife and I stopped in this afternoon for something to eat and it looked pretty busy. We went inside, found a table and had a seat. Within a minute, a lady came and asked how we were, cleaned our table (looked pretty clean already) and asked if we'd like anything to drink. She apologized in advance for the fact that they were so busy and only had three servers (the place was packed) and asked us to please understand. We got drinks, ordered, everything was as fast as anywhere we'd ever been, she checked on us several times and, despite how busy all the staff clearly were, she did a PHENOMENAL job for us! We felt like we were the only people there, despite it all. Her name was Jennifer, she's a great lady and you can tell that she actually cares and after we finished our (terrific) burgers and drinks, I went over to an older gentleman who was the boss, apparently, and told him what an outstanding job she did and how much we enjoyed our experience, I told him he was blessed to have her. I gave her a really nice tip and told her she was a rock star. Great burgers, great drinks, great service. This was our second time here and certainly will not be our last. Their soups are amazing. Let me start off with that. Their French onion and wild mushroom soups were honestly some of the best I've ever had. Our waitress was also very attentive. Two main complaints... we sat outside due to the crowded inside. COVID... space people. We ordered from the specials menu, which in my opinion should be showstoppers by doing something different and amazing. While their portions are huge and visually nice, the taste was lackluster. The stroganoff lacked flavor. The bourbon chicken had so much smoked rub on it that it tasted artificially smoked. Gordon Ramsey would have select words for this specials menu. read more

Found this place about a year ago. Love it! Great service and food. My waitress is Madison, and I'll wait to sit in her section. Bartender is very fast, and drinks are great. Food is really good, many items to choose from. I usually order off the specials menu. Pleasant atmosphere, not real loud even when packed. On busy nights, wait times are short. Never waited more than 15 minutes to sit. Love the Host, she is so sweet. read more

The staff was friendly and we got sat quickly on a busy night. The food came out quick as well, however the steak bites were over cooked that I got it and it came with canned green beans. Not ideal for how much it costs. My girlfriend got a burger and it was wet for some reason. Have not been back but based on my experience I would not recommend. read more

So good. I sensed it the first time I drove by... that's one of those bars with great food parking lot always pretty packed. Everything I've ever ordered here has far surpassed the usual bar fare. Atmosphere means nothing to me. I can get bad steak from Olive Garden on the Gorgonzola Alfredo and pay more. Teebonez similar dish has steak on another level and it's cheaper. I'll continue to come back to save money, get better food and avoid the chain atmosphere read more

We came here after having less than happy experiences trying to get dinner in Novi on a Saturday night. My husband had taken me here once before and the burger was seriously one of the best I've ever had. My second trip was equally positive. It was a full house on a Saturday night but the service and food stood up to the test. Server was pleasant. Drink was on point, I had Cajun pasta and hubby had salmon. Both you'd never know were coming from a small town bar. I like it! My wife and I are loyal patrons from the first week we moved back to MI (2 years ago). Tee Bone'z has an extensive menu, with the usual suspects of potato skins, large salads, wraps and burgers. They also do a pretty decent pizza here, but the absolute STAR of the show is their rotating soup menu! We have started calling this place SOUP BONEZ because it's all so good and scratch made! The food is usually pretty decent. Good portions. I don't like the fact that they charge for carry out??? why?? I'm not sure if that is suppose to be a tip but I still tipped on top of that.
