Came on a college football Saturday and was disappointed compared to our prior experience. Service was very slow and maybe was due to understaffing (???) -- order taking, drink refills, and meal delivery were really slow. We got the wings and the chicken sandwich and they were a bit dry and kind of tough and chewy. Sides were decent. Fun place to hang out and watch football but this trip was a real let down. I wasn't aware of this location until I looked for a replacement after the Sardis Rd location closed. I stopped by late on the evening of Sunday, 01-21-24, to place a take out order. I also used my birthday coupon for 6 free wings with purchase. I ordered 6 bourbon bbq wings (bone in), potato wedges, cheddar cheese curds, and a diet Mountain Dew. The bourbon bbq sauce was a new flavor. It was ok; probably wouldn't get it again. The food was hot and I had plenty of leftovers. Had a pretty good visit! My server, Aidan, was great--very attentive and made sure I never ran out of water. He also took the time to explain the rewards system to me, which I really appreciated since I was redeeming a deal. I ordered the 10-piece teriyaki wings, regular fries, and used a reward for free chips and salsa. The fries were fresh and tasty, and the chips and salsa were a nice freebie. Only downside was that the wings came out a little cold, but that wasn't on Aidan--he did everything right. Overall, solid service and decent food. Ben, our server, is the ONLY reason I can give two stars in good conscience. What a disappointment. We were seated very quickly and thought that was setting the tone for a nice night out with wings, a beer and a few games on tv. Wrong. It took forever for someone to acknowledge us and they weren't "that" busy. A manager came over and asked if we wanted to move. We didn't necessarily want to move but she guaranteed quicker service. She was gracious to take our drink orders quickly and then Ben began taking care of us. A simple order...20 wings and a large order of tots to share. The wings were grossly undercooked and the tots were extremely overcooked, crispy like potato chips. The wing flavors were decent but I kept asking my husband "is this done?" with each wing. One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. We come here every couple of months for the convenience central location to meet other family members. Granted I dont think the service has ever been A+ - but I like the cold beer and the convenience. And I'm not sure why every Buffalo Wild Wings has the worst sports on most TVs (repeat games from years ago, motocross, European golf) - rather than the biggest games that are live at the time. Last night we were seated pretty quick since there were plenty of waiters and waitresses and the restaurant was pretty empty. My in laws got their drinks after about 15 minutes - the waitress came over three times to confirm our drink order and to let us know they didn't have a specific beer - since it'd been more than 20 minutes at this point. My wife and I ordered beers we knew they had. 10+ minutes later - still no drinks - then I saw our waitress hanging out with 5-6 other waiters and waitresses at the entrance. At this point I'd had it - we got up to leave and i went up to our waitress and asked where were our drinks. She kind of laughed and said "oh sorry". I used some choice words for her and told her we wouldn't pay for the two drinks my in laws received and walked out. We went next door to the pizza place and received excellent service. read more

I wanted chicken wings and remembered it was Tuesday. On Tuesday Buffalo Wild Wings run the BOGO special. Closest place to me is 21 minutes. I ordered and paid online. Food was ready in the time frame stated. The food was hot. The wings had flavor. Based on the reviews I read while waiting on the food, I was a bit scared. As I read the reviews they reflected poor customer service for dining in. I tend to do a lot of takeout so I figured I would be safe. I am quick to write off a place when the food is bad, so I figured if the food and service was bad I would never go back. My husband went to pick up the food because I wasn't feeling well. He said customer service was good. I am happy to report, I had a great experience in both food and service. read more

Never once in the 4 times I've been here has the food been ready when promised...nor even 10 minutes after it claimed ready. That's even when given a 10min grace period. At this point either this place is just a sh$!show, or the algorithm that gives the time is completely off. If it's the former, then I hope a better place takes the spot of this when it closes. If it's the latter then management you need to change the algorithm to a realistic time so customers have fresh food and the staff isn't working against unrealistic expectations. read more

Rest assured I will never return and they have pretty much cinched that I'll never patronize this company in any form. We waited 15 minutes to be seated (there was NO line). Another 15 to have our order taken. My boyfriend's food came out 30 MINUTES later WITH the appetizer (that was also WRONG and we were charged TWICE for) then MY food came 20 minutes AFTER his and it was ice cold. I sent my food back as well as the appetizer since it was wrong. Neither of us had eaten all day due to work issues and we wound up leaving still hungry and $35 lighter for his burger and my cheese curds. $35 for a burger and a side of cheese curds????? Absolutely never again. Not to mention the establishment was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!! Trash all over the floor, dirty tables, sticky menus and dirty utensils. Definitely a "never again" joint. read more

I wish I had read some of the earlier reviews - at least to set the extreme low expectations!! We went here today for late lunch. By the time we reached there it was easily around 3:00PM (on a Sunday!). We waited at least 15 minutes to get seated. We saw servers pass by in and out of kitchen area, but none wanted to address guest standing at the front. Finally when we were seated, we quickly ordered our food. I made sure I ask for "celery and carrots" with the wings. When our order came out - server didn't get those until we asked for it again. For our burgers, we asked for fries with desert dry rub. Again, waiter got just the basic fries. On reminding the server again, she got the dry rub seasoning on the side!!!! I just played along and smiled, tried my absolute best to be friendly. But what you guys did was very obvious. The first visit, I let go and forgave, 8+ months ago. THE SECOND VISIT recently in 2 months ago, same exact experience and a little worse. Just a hint for your future customers. It would help greatly if you treat EVERYONE equally and attend them equally. Stop with the favorites. Stop with the usuals. Stop with the biased r _ _ _. Safe to say, I have never seen anything quite like this. My friend reached out to me last night to go and watch the giants game. So I met up with him and his friends. I was surprised they chose this place with the real poor rating. They said with the HUGE tv it's difficult to turn down. When I arrived they told me that service was a bit rough and I should just go to the bar and order what I wanted there. After waiting 20 min at the bar and the bartender purposefully ignoring me our server made her first appearance in quite sometime. So I walked over to her and asked her if I could get a bud light. She rolled her eyes and said yeah while she was turning her back to me. It was prob a solid 20 more min before I received that beer because the server had an important conversation with her bf at the bar to take care of first. When all this was going on you think how come a manager isn't doing table visits or trying to put out fires. Well he eventually came out of the kitchen holding a chik fil a bag and drink. Always loved going to this location and never had any issues until today.. as a former waitress I am disappointed in the service. They were not that busy and it took us a while to get waited on, and our order taken. & that's not even the issue. My problem was the 3 waitresses hiding in a corner, talking, and on their phones- as well as me asking for a refill, and our waitress passing my table 6 times (while talking, etc. to the other waitresses). About 30 minutes later she noticed my empty cup and finally brought a refill... and the icing on the cake was the vape sitting on the drink table. I'm absolutely appalled. Do better! read more

Compared to the BWW in Uptown, this one is amazing. The food is pretty consistent and I love the crispy fries. The Asian zing flavor has a nice kick too. Most of the time the service is good but sometimes a little slow. My main issue is the cleanliness. It always seems like the tables and bar are sticky or haven't been wiped down. Overall, it's a nice location, good for groups, tons of parking and a bunch of TVs to watch games. read more

My friend and I were here couple weeks ago and tried to dine in. As we walked in, we saw the sign said under staff, be patient, which I completely understand. So we sat by ourselves because there was no hostess, while we were sitting there ( total of 25 minutes) the server slowly walked by us 5 times, and didn't say a word to us. There were about 5 tables at that time, and three of them were done eating, but she still wasn't able to serve us. Finally we decided to leave. Then, couple days ago I decided to get some Togo from them because I know they probably under staff again. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, the chicken patty was tiny, old, and dry. My wife and I went for lunch around 12:00. Not busy at all, maybe 4 tables of people that's it. We sat at booth and looked at the menu. We noticed only 1 waitress working. After about 5-7 minutes she came over to take our drink order. My wife got Dr. Pepper with grenadine and cherries. I got sweet tea. When she brought the drinks my wife's drink had 1 cherry. Usually it has at least 3. The waitress then said are you ready to order. So we did. 20 boneless wings, an order of onion rings and an order of fries. The waitress immediately left and had no conversation skills. After about 15-20 minutes our food arrived. Everything was right...well at the time we thought it was. After starting to eat we noticed we only had 19 wings not 20. Not a huge deal but it's something. But once again the waitress did not even talk at all. The food was good and there were no issues with that. The waitress never brought my wife a refill even though her drink was empty. After eating we asked for the check and the waitress brought it out and put it on the table. I immediately gave her my card and said can I get another refill on the tea. She grabbed my card and had some choice words which I did not know if it was directed to us or someone else. When she brought the card back she had a child's small to go cup of tea and laid it in the table and left. I never asked for a to go cup much less a to go child's cup. At that point I realized that the choice words were for us as she was upset that I asked for more drink. Needless to say her tip mirrored her attitude. If you don't want to work in the customer service industry then please don't. I realize that it is hard dealing with the public because my job is in the middle of the public but if the public is not rude to you like we weren't then don't be rude to them. The food was consistent with the chain. However I had a not so pleasant experience with the way I was treated by the staff. On several occasions I ordered a child's meal but they constantly forgot the drink. When I would call they would say either come back or we will take care of you the next time you come. I returned and they almost forgot the drink and I reminded them they said they would get it. I then reminded them about the several times they forgot and kindly asked to bring out two to make up for the several times they forgot my drink. The person in a very sneaky way kept quiet and walked back saying nothing to me. Out came a loud speaking person said "you gotta pay for that second one". I replied I already did this is a make up.
