The service is terrible. For not the first time, I have noticed that many servers behave as if they have been forced to interrupt something terribly important to wait on customers. That attitude is common here. Apparently the relationship between service and income is not well understood. The food is OK. I'm fond of the veggie plate with hummus. This is a loud restaurant (which is ok for a sports-related venue), but it makes communicating with distracted servers even more challenging. If noise and marginal service don't matter, the food and games on TV could be worth a shot. read more

The service was great, untill i was told that i couldn't have another beer at 12:19 am; I was a bit perplexed since the hours were till 1am. I would understand if the patron was intoxicated, however I was not. Ive been to a ton of BWW establishments, as ive moved around the country often, so i was shocked at the poor customer service. It's a shame because our bartender was courteous up until then. Im not sure if it was the bartender or the manager who executed the early closing time, but it would be futile to name someone as i dont think either one of them would have given me their real name. Ok, seems to me now the chains are getting in on this excessive charging. Went into BWW on yesterday afternoon for a couple of beers and burger. Loved sitting around the outdoor area withe the exception of all of the smokers. Food was a little slow coming out but was hot a fresh. My bartender was very nice and attentive. Then I ordered a burger to go and asked for the bill. There's a charge called the "takeout service fee" added on. It's only 99¢ but what the heck is it for? I'm ordering something to go and I have to pay you to do that? WTF! The bartender had it removed but I am really getting tired of seeing these charges popping up everywhere. I thought it was just local but now chains are getting into the act. Enter BWW. Not sure what you guys are going through, but we consumers go to your establishments to relax and enjoy it a nice meal and being in a cool environment. Not to be continuously gouged as we are by these gas, housing, and grocery prices. People pay attention to your bill!!! read more

I used to eat at BW3 all the time in Chicago and was happy when we moved to the area and there was one. We were excited to go but were very disappointed. I had a chicken and shrimp combo and the shrimp were so gross. they were slimy in the middle, they were like grubs I wanted to puke, I complained to the manager and he took $4 off my meal because I ate the chicken. After Leesburg bike fest, a group of riders and I stopped here at B-Dubs as it was the best option across from Stormy Hills Harley Davidson. There was ample parking, seating, and the service was good; better than many other B-Dubs I've visited. The wings are good, we were happy. read more

I have been here numerous times. Every time I go their service is terrible. You sit and wait an easy 8-10 for a server. You order drinks and it's another 8-10. This wasn't a freak visit either m, every time we go it is the same thing. I am there with the family we are all Freezing, to the point I am shaking. We tell our server who responds yup looks like you are by a vent, sorry. Does nothing else to fix it. The food is what it is, bar food so don't expect much. I just can't get over how TERRIBLE the service is EVERY TIME we go. They put it on the big screen. 5 minutes later they change the tv again. So, I start watching on the small TV. Then they change it back. I mention what is happening and I get "I'm sorry." Terrible. Apparently we got sat in a section where the server hadn't even arrived for work (we were told this by the girls in togo who didn't offer to get a server for us). The table who walked in right before us had their drinks and appetizers before we even got GREETED. Took 10 minutes for a manager to even show up and he offered us chips and salsa. I'm still here. We have been here for AN HOUR and still no food. Won't come again even if the entire meal was comped. If the food isn't here in 5 minutes, we're leaving like we should have 40 minutes ago. read more

I used to come all the time when they offered all you can eat wings. During my last visit my wings were soggy, service was slow, flies everywhere, wings had almost no sauce, and the prices keep going up. Quality is down but prices are up. read more

I personally don't like this establishment but because it's my daughters birthday I went to pick her up some wings. We ordered medium flavored wings and we wanted the medium sized order. First of all the ladies that worked there didn't know what we were talking about. They acted stupid and childish. Then we had to wait 40 minutes for the wings.. We finally got our order and took it to our daughter and we noticed that they only gave us 8 pieces of wings no dipping sauce nothing. The medium size order comes with 15 pieces. We called the store to see what they could do, maybe a refund or something. We had to go through 3 different people just to talk to a manager. He said oh you can drive here and we'll give you the rest. You're joking right? What makes them think we're going to drive 20 miles there and back just for the rest of the order. I have visited several Buffalo Wild Wings in several cities. I have visited this location several times and have to say that the service level is very inconsistent. Sometimes they give acceptable service even on a busy night. But there have been times that my family waited to be seated and was ignored by the staff (on a very light day) so I walked out. In there defense the manager caught us as we were pulling out of the parking lot and talked us into returning and really made an effort to make up for the lack of service. If they get there staffing issues under control it could be a great place. read more

Loved this place when it opened up and now it is hit or miss. They have staff issues. I've actually had a waiter throw a basket of bread on our table as he was walking by. I pitched a fit with the manager and the manager did the right thing but it seems they don't always have great people working for them. On the other hand, they also have great people. The general manager turned a bad experience into a good one. One night my husband and I wanted wings but also wanted to be relaxed at home so we decided to order some for pickup. We tried ordering online and their online service had so many issues where it wasn't acknowledging the BWW award program I belong to and it also wouldn't let us change the date for pickup to be that night. It would only give me the next day at around 11am as the available pickup time which obviously wasn't going to work for us. I can't remember if we tried calling the order in and that being an issue too, but alas we decided to drive down and place the order in person. My husband ordered a traditional small wings for me and a traditional medium wings for himself as well as a side of cheese curds for us to share. It was a busy night (Friday I think) and we were asked to wait 20 or so minutes. No problem. Then we get our order and go home. When we got home and putting the wings on plates my husband saw his medium order which was supposed to have like 14 or 15 wings only had 9, which was the same as my small order. There is like a $6 difference in the price between the small and medium and we checked and yes they did charge us for that medium, so we were not happy. We were already home and it would have taken almost 20 minutes to drive back there so I decided to email a complaint because of all the issues we had from online ordering to the actual order being wrong. The General Manager responded right away the next day and was very nice and helped us with the issue. He actually went above and beyond our expectations in resolving it. As for our general opinion on this BWW, we really like it. We moved here from Las Vegas and the ones there were terrible. We would actually roll our eyes to ourselves when we would get a gift card from a friend for it because we hated eating there. The food sucked and the service wasn't much better. But this location in Clermont we really enjoy their food and service has been okay each time. It took us a year before we even tried it, but since the first time we did we have loved the food every time from this location. It has turned my opinion around about the whole chain because now I see some are really good. My only observation on a normal basis is if you go when it is busy, like a Friday or Saturday, you likely will have trouble getting your drink refilled. read more

Okay food here with very good service. Reliable formulas on the wing sauces, though nothing really special or unique. Omaira described the place very well. Probably best for watching sports events via one of the many TV's, definitely not for a romantic date. A bit chilly inside, so wear long sleeves. Your food will cool down FAST. I love B Dubs and the food is consistent at each location. However the service here has been AWFUL 3/4 times I've been here. The only time I've had good service was last time (11/18/13). I went here on the night of the NFL Draft 2016. I am not a big sports watcher however my cousin is and wanted to go here, she goes to the one in Brooklyn NY all the time when at home. Anyway, the wings were on point. No complaints. I tried THAI CURRY and MANGO HABANERO wings, and STREET TACOS for my starter. Loved the street tacos it was light and fresh I got the sauce on the side. I couldn't even finish the Mango Habenero. Hot but good. My favorite place to drink while watching the game!! The wait staff is always ULTRA friendly, the food is great, and the environment is both lively and exciting! The staff, again, are REALLY attentive! Always smiling, always checking up on us to see if we need refills or anything. The server took me and my friends change as her tip, this servers name is NINA and she had no right. I asked for my friends change and she did not let me finish, she gave me and my friend a face and left and said okay. She gave back the change abruptly on the table. Always friendly staff. My family and I love to go there and always ask for Ericka. She's always ahead of us, knows our order, friendly with our kids, keeps the drinks coming and is at our table checking in on us t just the right time. We have visited this place three times. All three visits have been disasters. I do not think I have ever received a correct order here. It's sad as I love other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Management here is uncaring and lack the customer service skills that are commonly associated with BWW. I do have to say that Ree, a bartender, is probably the absolute best bartender I have ever seen. She is about the only positive thing I can say about this location. Absolutely the worst service I've had at a restaurant in a long time. We obviously were not a priority for our server, and there wasn't a manager in sight. I'm pretty sure the server forgot about us, or didn't want to serve us, because by the time we got our food it had obviously been sitting out for a while. We will go to Gators Dockside down the street from now on, the service is much better there. My daughter called me to buy Buffalo Wings and take her for her lunch. We ordered 12 pieces of wings. They said it was going to be 20 minutes. We waited 40 minutes for our order. There was no sauce and no celeries. I asked them if the meal shall be accompanied with celery and ranch sauce, the cashier told me " If you did not mention them when you order, we won't give you. If you say it after you get you order, we will charge on it." Well. this might be their store culture, but it is not American way. Finally she gave me "free of charge' the celery and ranch sauce. Buffalo Wild Wings is Amazing! The food is superb! Wings always come out hot and fresh. One of my favorite servers who was incredibly friendly was Nicholas. He was extremely kind, patient and very good at attending our needs. He kept up great conversation when we waited for our meals. The place is a bit chilly but it's nice. Just bring a jacket if it bothers you that much. It is slightly loud in there. I mean it's a sports bar. It's fun playing the trivial games with the family even if you don't actually ask to play with the actual remote things or whatever. They can improve on takeout. Sometimes they don't put enough sauce on the wings if you order flavored ones. So make sure to check it before completely leaving with the take out or ask for extra sauce on top or the side. They usually do it for no extra cost. The desert is also fantastic and fresh! I love the complimentary cardboard crown they give out during birthdays or other occasions. Fun & Sweet! A great atmosphere. Love watching the Hockey game also! The screens are huge and there are multiple playing different sport games. So make sure you ask to be seated where it's good to watch the game if available. (: I recommend the Honey BBQ Boneless Wings! Oh boy are they delicious! A bit spicy which I love!
