We've been to BWW all over the country for a few years and I must admit that this was the worst visit we ever had. The service was good and the staff is attentive but the food here was not good. We had a large party and all had different meals but the one constant was the food was bad. The only thing that was edible were the boneless wings and the burgers. The French fries were hard and kinda flavorless which was very disappointing. I ordered their "new" BBQ chicken sandwich and upon biting into the sandwich it tasted crunchy. That was odd since it was grilled. I took another bite and verified the crunchy chicken again. It didn't look undercooked but it was just a rubbery mess. I sent it back for the Philly Cheesesteak. That again was disappointing since the meat tasted like "Steak 'em's" and had a bad tasting Provolone cheese on it. We were all disappointed in our meals and will not be back unless it was for beers and to watch some games. read more

Just A heads up to those coming to Buffalo wild wings. I took my son on a little date night since my husband was working late on Tuesday. My son got chicken tenders and I get chicken wings. My son's chicken fingers were literally raw chicken. I informed the waiter and he quickly took the chicken away. They did fry it and make sure it was cooked. They offered him a free dessert for consolation. Do you all think that this was a good remedy? We paid our entire bill and I did not ask for anything off. read more

So. I went in here last night. Sunday at 11:45 pm. Yelp listed them as closing at 1am. I noticed they were closing up and cleaning up what seemed to be over an hour early. All the while I didn't realize it actually was only 15 minutes from closing. Today I went to the website and saw that they actually close at 12 am on Sunday nights. I got a some wings and a beer. Took the wings home because I wanted to let her get out of there. She never let on they were just about to close. The bartender was super nice and accommodating. She handled it perfectly. You know to expect and get mediocre food. Mac and cheese first appeared stone cold. Celery sticks were mushy at the ends. How long were they in cold water? Weeks? Bathrooms have toddler toilets. Staff was attentive. Only order the street tacos. read more

3 stars because our server was very nice & wanted to make sure our order was perfect. wings were tasty. drinks were not consistent & there really should be a some type of rule for having 3 tables allowed to let babies scream for 2 hours straight -- but we're pretty sure the manager was too occupied playing the trivia game to notice (allegedly). it really is unfair to let guests endure that insanity. Mgt should step in & ask if they can walk them outside to the patio area until they calm down. other restaurants have incorporated this. read more

Me and my friends has been there twice, last Tuesday and the Tuesday before, we got service from server Brandon, he is the best server we ever had visiting buffalos of clermont. Very nice and friendly. Food taste good, nothing over cook and they didn't take long. Awesome!!! read more

Saturday Nov 29th was not a good day for service at this Buffalo's. 22 minutes to get bar drinks. 45 minutes for 2 small wing orders and one pork sandwich. So very glad we told our waitress when we sat down we were in a hurry. Wings were soggy, fries were like warm, beer was long gone before food arrived. She never asked if we wanted refills, she was in such a hurry to get away from us after coming to the table 3x to deliver excuses. read more

I really enjoyed the wings here. The mango habanero and the Asian zing i think they were called were really good. The place is extremely slow though and on my last visit there appeared to be an employee with his pants hanging off of his rear and his underwear completely visible. I did not need to see that with my kids around. He did not seem to be working at the moment but its just a very disgusting and unprofessional sight right before dinner this place would have gotten 5 stars had it not been for that. read more

Service is TERRIBLE! I have been here atleast a dozen times and not once have I had good service. Managers could care less either. I enjoy all of the tvs and the wings are pretty good but that's about it. The rest of the menu is average. Don't expect much. read more

Not impressed!!!! I had ordered lunch for a manager's meeting (10 people) and good thing when I picked up my order I checked it myself because there were two orders missing. There is nothing like bringing back an order with something missing.. it would've made me look bad and someone would've gone hungry. My opinion... I think the person taking the orders for take-out should count for every order going out. I can say the chicken wings and onion wings are good. But the grilled chicken sandwich I ordered...was awful!!! The bun was bigger than the chicken breast and it was burnt. This location could use some improvement!!! read more

Worst run place ever. I have been here a couple of times and the places continues to go down hill. I took my family here for Father's Day and our food took forever and then arrived cold. I watched people stand at the door waiting to be seated as waiters walked right past like they didn't exist. Watched another waiter walk up to a table to take a order and sit down at the table while taking the order. Who is running this joint? The owners and investors need to step in, or watch your dollars get flushed. Would not recommend this joint to anyone. read more

Douche-y sports bar. Applause and yelling in the boomy outdoor area during games can reach painful volumes. Wings are alright. Steak wrap is surprisingly decent. Jalapeño poppers unfortunately contain bacon. Smoking outside is a nice option. read more

I must Say im highly disappointed in the way waitresses this place has. I had an experience today that really pissed me off. our waitress (RHONDA) was taking our order we ordered fries for the first time and was not aware of 2 sizes, small or basket. When our food came out we got a "small" order (the size like the lil wing plates they prep ur table with) and we told the food runner is there a bigger size and she was kind enough to say yes, then Rhonda comes over to refill drinks on the table next to us, over hears the conversation with the food runner and then makes a nasty face and raises her eyebrows and looks at my boyfriend with this attitude face saying "U wanted a basket of fries? I heard u say fries so I rung up a small order" ASSUMING that were suppose to know we had an option in sizes for some damn French fries. Her customer service sucks, so i called over the Manager and explained to him the situation and right when he left, 10min later shes starts to show "good service". it still didnt faze me. It shouldnt take me to talk to your manager for u to get tour shit together. Your service relies on your tip!! I dont understand how u could be so miserable. Im a server myself and I know better customer service than all these females that work in this place. My goodness! I see new waitresses every other month and still to this day, Ive never had a smile coming out this place. I come to eat and Thats it. The establishment seemed unorganized from the beginning. We were seated in a timely manner, however, the NFL Sunday ticket package experienced technical difficulties. This is normally not a problem and is understandable, but this was just the beginning of a poor experience as far as guest service was concerned. Before we were seated, we asked if our game was going to be in reasonable view of where we were going to sit. The staff ensured that we would. Once the Sunday ticket was up and running, they did not have the game we planned to watch in view. We asked our server and manager of they could change one of the small TV's that we realized none of the guests were watching. The manager refused to change the channel to reasonably accommodate our request. He claimed that "we do not change any channels". This made us very upset since the entire reason we went in the first place was to be able to watch a game that is not on the local tv networks. Needless to say, after many other poor experiences in the past at this location, we will never return and it seems that there has not been any improvement since the day they first opened years ago.
