This was my first (maybe second) time eating in a BBW. There were some significant highs and some noticeable lows. Let's start with the lows: it is LOUD with what seemed like 30 televisions all blaring with different programming. It is also very dark gray and dank. The restroom was clean looking, but smelled like sewage. That is usually enough to send me running, but I with others, so I stuck around... glad I did. The highs: For bar food, it was really, really good. The wings were buy 1, get 1 (using the app) and we tried multiple flavors-all good. My fries were crispy and hot. My companions had the sampler. They liked everything except the sliders, and I don't remember why. We had ample sauces, as well. Our server was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I hate that I forgot his name. He came back often to update us, and he was attentive throughout. He also told what to order to get the best deals for our money. 30 wings, sampler, 2 drinks, 1 beer, 1 soda about 90$ with tip. We had dinner and much more than enough for lunch the next day. Would I return? Maybe? It was maybe a bit too loud for me. We were yelling to hear one another, it I did enjoy the wings. Harry was the nicest bartender!!! Friendly, personable . The Young Man who also gave me my food was the sweetest! I literally almost blushed from his smile. Lol I got an All American burger and fries from the lunch menu ($12). Burger was actually 2 patties. I could only eat half of this. The fries that came with it, were kind of cold. Me and my Fiance had a great experience, Jamie took great care of us. I don't leave reviews but he took the initiative to fulfill all of our asks. The food was the best I've experienced from the different locations I've visited of Buffalo Wild Wings even in different states, with the wings actually being very well sauced and not dry like I commonly experience every other location I've been to. Jamie was on it with refilling my fiance's diet pepsi before he even finished (he drinks fast and we pretty much never had to wait) I would like to add to not give any other customers crazy high expectations that this particular day wasnt that busy but he still had about four or more other tables he was catering to so it's very appreciated he stayed on top of everything. Never get my orders when I order online. Somehow my orders always go "missing" right after I order, however they are able to see it in the system. They offer refunds, however they never come, and my points are gone without receiving anything back. Once we arrive they usually have us waiting to be sitting even if there's no wait time. We get seated & the waitress came after 10 minutes because she was "the only one on floor." ENERGYYYYY! Man on man! Walked into the spot on Super Bowl Sunday, and was immediately greeted by the most pleasant young woman wearing a hijab. I was met with excitement, and, most importantly, efficiency. After our lovely greetings and exchange of pleasantries, she made sure I got my order, which was ready ahead of schedule. She even reminded me to hold my bag from the bottom, so my food didn't drop and spill all over the parking lot. The entire team had smiles on their face, and were very pleasant to connect with, even if only for a brief second. I could see the madness of constant people walking in and out, grabbing their wings for the big game and, the fact that this team was able to handle everything under pressure, with Grace was fantastic. As I mentioned to the team, I have never been to this location but I will definitely be back again when I'm craving some wings. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. I was with two friends and we were each planning on getting 1-2 drinks and food. After serving my friend her beer, the guy looked at my valid and recently renewed Missouri ID, took it to the back, asked his manager, and came back with a printed booklet full of images of states' IDs. They did not have a scanner to reference the national database of government IDs. They denied my valid ID. States change their licenses periodically from year to year so a printed booklet that looked over 5 years old could easily be outdated. In fact, Missouri has changed their IDs in recent years and I renewed mine just months ago. For a business that makes a lot of their money on alcohol, you think they would have more updated methods to assess IDs. How they assess their IDs is stuck in the 1900s just like their failing business model. I told the guy maybe they should get a scanner and he hit me with the "hey, I just work here" bullshit. It's no wonder the place was empty on a Friday night. We declined to order anything more than my friends 1 beer, so they lost a chunk of their revenue for that night. The guy proceeded to recommend us two different bars we could go to instead to drink, so why didn't he just take my ID instead of making a big deal about it? read more

Love the food here! The wings are really big with many choices for flavors in both sauces or dry rubs. I chose original buffalo sauce which was perfect. I did have to ask for additional sauce as the wings were lacking a lot of sauce. The burger was also very tasty and I would recommend, much better than I had expected. We ordered a large order of cheese curds and onion rings as well and the portions are very large so keep that in mind. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and the cheese curds were amazing! There is a very large selection of tvs to choose from and just ask if you want to watch something, chances are they will change the channel for you. So why not five stars? Essentially the service unfortunately. There was no line and multiple staff saw us waiting but said nothing and then someone did say that someone will be right with us, then 5 min later that same person sat us. The restaurant was. It busy, maybe 4 tables were full out of the 20 plus available. This is strictly a carry out review. As they were offering 10 boneless wings and fries free to us veterans on 11/11 I decided to give them a try. Went to the website, placed order, chose pay in store and commented "Veterans Day". Timing was right on. Got to the store exactly when my phone said the order would be ready, and so it was. Didn't see much of the room, impression of a pretty standard sports/dive bar. Got home, opened the bag, and found that the order was accurate. So much for the good news. The fries were cold and soggy, almost inedible. Chicken also cold and so tough I almost broke the plastic fork, but the adobo sauce was tasty. The saddest part was the celery might have been the best part of the order. People, I've eaten in enough Army mess halls so I think I have an idea what bad food is. After 20 minutes without a server in sight, a server took the party of 8 and the manager took the party of 5s order. We expected someone to come to us, but the server left and the manager went to the party of 10. We sat for 25 minutes without service or a word spoken to us, so we proceeded to leave. Sunday afternoon meal and i wasnt too impressed. The waiter was slow and looked like she didnt want to be there She didnt explain the menu to us and had us waiting for some time. They have $5 special on some items during game times whihc i saw online but the waitress never mentioned. When i prompt6her she told me its in the menu...which i didnt see. Its a whole separate leaflet. Drinks took more than 20 mins and sometimes we had to look for the waitress. Not impressed! The burger was alright...just basic cheeseburger with fries.
