Service for us and the entire restaurant was hilariously bad, it wasn't even as busy as you'd expect for a major sporting event. They're a disgrace... This is by far the worst of this chain. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered food for pick up and EVERY order was wrong in some way, or the food was disgusting, including rotten carrots, and celery. The staff at the front desk are the most obnoxious and unfriendly anywhere. I walked in today to pick up my order and the girl at the cashier was scrolling on her phone. She didn't even make the effort to look at whoever was coming in. Another gentleman was there, looked at me and turned his back away. I was about to ask where to get my order when I actually saw it on the shelf. I picked up my order, they never looked at me and so I asked on purpose if they needed to see ID or something to make sure I was the right customer for that order, and the girl nodded her head saying no. Then I asked for my drinks. She was clearly annoyed as she reached down for 2 cups, and she handed them to me. I had no idea where to go to actually get my drinks. I had to ask her and she just pointed. All of this without saying a word. Once we got home, the order itself was correct, but the food looked bad and the fries were probably two or three days old, completely inedible. My wife and I came here for lunch today because we saw the pick 6 deal online and it sounded good. I've always loved the food at bdubz, I've just preferred takeout from this place historically. Because: When we were seated we were only given one menu between myself and my wife. Server was slow to get to the table. We only ordered 20 total wings, fries, and tots and the order still took 40+ minutes to get to the table. We were one of two visible parties in the restaurant at the time and we saw a food runner handling the other table. I know people don't typically post positive reviews for chains and this place deserves it so late me take a crack at it: So I was craving wings today and I decided to go to B-dubs for their BOGO Tuesday promo (for rewards members only). I made sure to activate my offer through the app (which I know a lot of people don't realize is the trick there). When I got to the restaurant is was empty (is was 2:30 pm). I saw a person at the bar so I sat there. The bartender Anita was wonderful!!! She fully explained the ordering process and went out of her way to make my dining experience exceptional! Give that girl a raise! I almost missed the discount and she helped me order it right to get the full BOGO I was hoping for. I place a timed order that was supposed to be ready at 830PM and proceeded to wait 45 minutes for my order. Not only did I have to wait 45 minutes for the food but when I got the food it was cold! We haven't been there for a while because they have been terrible but stopped in today to give it another try. Place was empty on Sunday afternoon during football season which is not a good sign. They sat us at a dirty table. We waited for about 10 minutes and nobody waited on us. Again, not a busy place. I told my wife let's go this place hasn't changed. This place is the worst, With the new greed based 'self service restaurant' motto for extra profit, I recommend all start boycotting BWW. Its not worth it if you are dining in and have to order everything using their app and even pay upfront just like an online order. Customer service is non existent, you have to struggle through the app/menu on your own to figure what you need to order, especially if you want to add multiple sauces on your wings, good luck figuring that out unless its in increments of 5 according to the waitress. Its a frustration to go through these nuisances to place your order when you are dining in for a pleasant and relaxing experience. Wow! I should've looked at the star rating before I ordered from here last night. 1.7 yikes! Not surprised. I ordered an all American burger, pretzel bites, tater tots and a side order of Mac n cheese. I should've taken pictures, but the Mac n cheese had only two bites. The container wasn't full. The burger was as expected. They forgot all my condiments so I had to eat my tastier tots and pretzel bites dry. Basically I just threw them away. On Saturday, October 4, 2025, my family and I visited this Buffalo Wild Wings from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM, and the experience was very disappointing. It took 10 minutes just to see a waiter and another 10 minutes to get our waters. My 7-year-old son even got frustrated when the waiter forgot to bring straws after he had already asked, and he ended up having to ask another staff member himself. When our food arrived, it was all mixed up on different plates, and I had to ask multiple times for my sauce even though the waiter had written it down. Throughout the meal, no one came by to check on us--we had to flag people down just to get basic service. By the end, it felt like the staff didn't really care. When we asked for our check, the waiter said "no problem," but we waited 30 minutes before getting it, then another 10 minutes to get our card back. The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths. We just wanted to enjoy a nice family night, but this location made that impossible. Honestly, I might stick to takeout next time--at least my 2-year-old at home is more attentive than the service we received here. I was given a sandwich with a non breaded piece of chicken, Swiss cheese, Asian zing sauce, and slaw. Then I told her I couldn't eat that(I'm lactose intolerant), and I just asked for chicken tenders, thinking it would come out quicker, and 20 minutes later she showed up with these bread less meat slabs and rock hard fries, which were clearly put on the warmer and re-plated. Came here with my husband on Mother's Day for lunch around 12:30. The place was dead. We thought that would be great as the service should be faster. It took about 20 minutes for the wings to come out, but that has to do more with the kitchen. A bit slower than I was hoping for. Our server was good. Checked on us regularly. I got a small order (10 wings, half and half) of the Traditional Chipotle BBQ (dry rub) and Traditional Honey BBQ (sauce), and a side of Beer-Battered Onion Rings. I loved the wings and onion rings. I've had regular onion rings before and this time I tasted more flavor due to the beer batter. I really enjoyed the wings and would come back but hope in busier times it doesn't take longer for the food to come out. On a side note, there is an ATM in the restaurant but there is a surcharge. I sent my son to the restaurant to do an order takeout. We can't do it online because they only allow one sauce for the 20,20 bundle (which wasn't the case last year). They wouldn't even allow my son to place the order in person. They made him go online, while standing in front of employees in the store, and place the order. Placed an order over the phone for pick up yesterday and it was hectic to say the least. They weren't able to answer their phones so people were just waiting outside the door to pick up their orders. Two of the staff ran back and forth to take names, process payments, and bring out people's' orders. It's a unique situation, but this system makes it really easy to mishandle orders. Several people found mistakes in their orders but most gave up since there were many other people waiting outside in the rain. My original order was completely lost so they had to place a whole new order.. Eventually they started writing down the names of people who were waiting and asking for last names I would definitely not recommend ordering during busy hours to avoid standing around in a big group and waiting outside for an order that could likely get mixed up.
