I'm sorry to say this because their food is pretty good. I always eat at the bar when I go out and the guys that tend bar absolutely the worst. The service is always sluggish and even if you have been there multiple times they are curt and don't seem to care about your experience. Today I had a bar tender insisted that I pay my tab because he was going off shift. I hadn't even gotten my food yet. So FU if you want a tip from me. I never tip under 20% but this was the first time in a long while. They need to replace the whole bartender staff because they are all like this. read more

Absolutely awful both service and food. Our waitress seemed younger, but it took her 6 minutes to ask us just for drinks after being seated. Her section had only 2 other tables as well. It took 30 minutes for our food to come out, just for us to have to send it back due to the burger being completely raw. Unsuitable for anyone to eat. Our waitress even said "Yes, that's very raw. It's moo-ing" We asked our waitress for more bread over 10 times, just for it to not be served. She walked past us and ignored us most of dinner, refills were provided once we were finished all our food. It took us a whole other waiter to be provided bread, but it only came out to be 1 small piece for 4 people. Absolutely ridiculous. Never coming back here, don't recommend! Nope...it was not that good as you can see from the photos!!!! The blooming onion was ok, just a lil greasy. Next, the Melbourne steak was a nice size and cooked to my likeness but the broccoli and baked w potato was uninspired! Now to the coconut shrimp came out too dark so we sent those back and opted for no replacement!! Now the beef and shrimp pasta was just ok, once again an uninspired dish!! This is my first time going to outback steak house in over 30 years....they've changed and not for the best! This was a disappointment to me and it was my birthday !!! We dined on a Monday night, party of 8 (four adults, four kids). Used call-ahead seating and were seated immediately upon arrival. They had the table already set up for 8, with lots of extra napkins and straws. Our waitress, Arianna, appeared right away to take our drink orders, and brought us bread for the table (twice). We asked about the "kids eat free with adult entree" special, and it was available that night for our group. One of the kids was just an infant, and we were still able to order a 4th kids meal for free. Our meal was perfectly timed, orders accurate, food was tasty, and Arianna was a pleasure. She checked on us often, as did the manager, Terry. Our drinks were refilled without needing to ask. The older kids played on the two game consoles on the table (unlimited games for $2.99). Everything was delicious, with lots of leftovers to take home. We hadn't been to this Outback in quite some time, since we had a couple of sub-par meals there. That has all changed. Not sure if it's new management or better training, but It was one of the best experiences I've ever had taking the grandkids out to eat. They were busy with the games, and had plenty of delicious kid-friendly food (Mac and cheese, chicken fingers and a cheeseburger). When our bill came, the kids meals hadn't been comped, so Arianna immediately took care of that. I made sure to tell Terry what a gem she was, and he said other tables had complimented her as well. My family and I visited this Outback location to celebrate my son's 15th bday. We went around 1pm and there was virtually no other customers in the restaurant. Depending on the time of day you visit, the location can give rather busy, which is why we decided to go early. The gentlemen who was out waiter was very kind and personable. Our food came rather quickly, seeing as though out party was fairly big. The food was good, but the quality has definitely gone down over the years while the prices seem to always increase. The restaurant could use a nice deep cleaning though, there is nothing worst than a sticky floor! All and all, not a bad experience. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This location has gone from being the best to being the absolute worst. I've been going to this location since I was a teen and have never been this disgusted. 15-20 years later and I cannot return to this location. My last visits I found food on the floor (like a whole salad with dressing), greasy seats and the table was sticky and greasy. There is also a smell that resembles an old mop that's full of odor. My mom and I were grossed out and left 5 minutes after we were seated. I will not be returning and neither will my family. I cannot recommend this location any longer. I have visited this location on 3 different occasions and had issues each visit. Thinking that the issue were an off night, overwhelmed kitchen or a fluke, I've come to understand that none of those things were true, this place is horribly run with inept cooks. On 2 of the 3 visits, my steak was served rare when I requested medium. My husband ordered a burger well done, it came out rare. I ordered the margarita flight, they were out of the black salt for a rim. I had to ask for it. The bartender was incredibly lackluster. I got the Aussie 3 course meal, I chose the side salad, coconut shrimp, salad, and dessert. My food came out at an appropriately spaced time, which I always like so I can enjoy it at a pace, rather than a rush. Surprisingly the main course had me full - the bake potato was big, so I only ate 4 of the large shrimp,and requested my dessert to go. My waiter, Cole, picked up on my dietary needs,and was a pleasure to talk to. He checked on me appropriately, and I didn't feel rushed. I also appreciated the hostess staff greeting me a smile and seating me quickly. The occasional staff member would walk by as well and ask if I were good (appreciate the teamwork!) We were greeted by Brian (our server) immediately and ordered drinks and a Bloomin' Onion to share. While we waited, we received bread and our waters. They had a side menu (Aussie 3 course meal) that most of us selected. It came with soup or salad, an entree and a side, and a slice of cheesecake. With the appetizer and bread, no one had room for dessert, so the cheesecake was served to-go. The food was served with mixed temperature. The mashed potatoes were not hot, so they came home as a leftover. The appetizer had one small sauce cup, and we had to wait a while to get more after asking twice. By the time we got it, the food arrived and so we wasted 1/3 of the appetizer. Our steaks were very good, prepared to the right temperature. The restaurant was a comfortable temperature, and country music was playing faintly. All staff were friendly. I suspect they were short-staffed due to the lags in service and the cold food. The manager apologized and stated they are a family restaurant and children are welcome. The guest before us had children and she explained that's were it came from..but they clean and sanitize after every customer! She offered us free dessert and appetizers for next visit. Stopped in for a quick bite. We were immediately greeted and seated. We ordered appetizers and a signature cocktail. After an oddly long wait, the cocktail arrived and was NOTHING like it was described. I notified the server immediately, pointing out that is was made wrong (pointing to the written description and picture). (The drink was supposed to have a cinnamon and sugar rum and edible art, which were both missing.) The server, instead of reading and listening to the obvious, told me that the drink was right. I advised that I only want what I ordered. He then went to the bar. He returned explaining that the bar was out of the ingredients needed to make the signature drink. It didn't have to be a big deal, but I don't like being told that something is right when it's clearly wrong. The server was "nice" but should have really taken a moment to listen and look before trying to stand so firmly. The service was slow, relative to the amount of customers. The manager never came to the table to inquire/confirm our experience. The blooming onion was undercooked and salty. The coconut shrimp were amazing. I was very disappointed in our dinner tonight that we had delivered through DoorDash. The ordering process was not great, but I checked out the process directly through the Outback website, and it wasn't much better. The app would not allow us to substitute sides for a soup (we were willing to pay the extra cost if necessary). It also would not allow us to request extra bread (again, we would have been fine with paying for it). So, I was even more disappointed when we only received one loaf of bread (we ordered 4 adult meals) and we were given regular butter; instead of their delicious honey butter. We added our name to the waitlist online which allowed us to be seated right away upon arrival. They sat us a table that was placed was pretty close to another table but it was crowded and we were hungry so we didn't complain. Our waiter Connor was very nice! He was extremely helpful and made sure to attend to our table frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Our food was great and nice portion sizes. It was advertised on TV that Outback is having a $14.99 special for a 3 course meal. When we asked our server about it he said maybe it applies to certain locations. They had no such deal. I ordered 6 oz sirloin steak to be pink and it was so well done it was shoe leather. The sauteed veggies were barely cooked with no flavor. I asked for my salad with ranch dressing on the side and it was peppercorn ranch and burned my mouth. We asked for Chardonnay. We got Cabernet. I asked for 6 oz. I got 9 oz and had to pay for such. The server never said he would take my steak back. It took forever to get a glass of wine. I will never return there and I asked the server to relay that to the chef and management. I doubt that they care. It's a shame because I used to enjoy dining there. read more

So outback steakhouse has been around a very long time. I used to absolutely love this place. Nowadays it seems like it's a crap shoot each time I go. Sometimes I win but sometimes I crap out. My most recent visit was a crap out. My family and I walked in without calling ahead to get on the waiting list. We were seated within 4 minutes. When we got to our seats it took about 6 minutes for our waiter to come and offer us water and/or take our appetizer. Our waiter, when he arrived stated that a previous customer had a medical emergency and he was trying to deal with that he apologized and asked if we wanted water. We asked for water, tea, and 2 Shirley temples for the kids. The beverages came out quickly but afterwards it took approximately 10 minutes for our waiter to return and take our food order. I suppose 10 minutes isn't an extraordinary amount of time under normal circumstances but when you have two hungry children every second counts. We ordered an appetizer which came out quickly and our food which also came out quickly. I understand that things always happen and that ok. The combination of our waits and our food being just ok seems like Outback got more out of me that I got out of it. I will say that the walla be darned drink was great. I'll definitely be back but my expectations are firmly set at a 3 star level of satisfaction. read more

Our all time favorite is the Aussie Cheese Fries (not pictured because they're THAT good, it never lasts seconds before being torn apart). I typically get a steak and a lobster tail add on. This time we got baby back ribs and one of their specials that included yummy seafood - lobster tail, shrimp and crab cakes. It came with two sides. My family and i came for the walk about Wednesday deal ad we see on TV and El was our server and was very informed on menu pricing and items and made it very easy for us to order and be confident we were getting exactly what we wanted. She checked on us periodically making sure we were kept up on refills and were enjoying our food. We will definitely be back!
