Honestly, I'm let down again by BDubs. I feel like every time I've gone to buffalo wild wings in the past 2 years, it's been a worse and worse experience. The waiters were very nice. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I got Nashville Hot and Asian Zing Boneless wings. The Asian Zing was good. The Nashville Hot was pretty terrible. Sunday, we headed to BWW with a pretty large group. When we arrived, we noticed the restaurant was very slow, with only a couple of other tables occupied and a few people at the bar, so we split our group between two tables. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow from the start. It took over 10 minutes for our waitress to come take our drink orders, and nearly 20 minutes for us to receive our waters. It then took about 30 minutes for her to take our food orders, followed by over an hour before our food arrived. Our food was brought out one item at a time, and by the time it arrived, it was cold. Half the table was done eating 20 minutes before the other half even got their food. There were two other servers working who each had only one or two tables, while our waitress was responsible for both of our tables by herself (one of those playing on her phone ) There were two different tables that walked out due to the slow service. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but considering how slow it was when we arrived, the level of service we received was very disappointing. Terrible service! Long wait for drinks and food. They were out of French Fries!!! When I asked for raw, not grilled, onion on my cheeseburger they said it's BWW policy to not serve raw onion?!?!? What? Apparently this is just Columbus BWW policy because all other BEWs definitely serve raw onion when requested. Manager was not accommodating to this request at all. The wings came out cold, like they had been sitting in the window for 20min. The biggest wing out of the dozen was the size of your pinky. I eat lunch at this BWW probably three days per week. I get the same order every single time. They always treat me right and when they see me walk in, my drink is waiting for me before I get to my table in the bar area. They are extremely nice and knowledgeable and remember exactly how I order and what I like. There are some times they are very busy and it can run a little long but I do not mind because the service is so absolutely pleasant in every facet. The food is always cooked perfectly with good portion sizes and they bring me extra sauces as I ask for them with no hesitation. This is my main lunch spot and will continue to be. read more

Went here last night 27SEP2924 and let me tell you this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Staff ignored our party of three at the entrance for about 15 minutes until we finally had to find someone to be seated. I asked for a booth and she responded that they were all dirty so we needed to sit at a high top. We ordered some drinks which took 20 minutes to get. Food was ordered and delivered in about 15 minutes which is fine but they got our order wrong and refused to fix it. Ordered a second drink and it took 30 minutes to come out. There was a bunch of kids (15-18 years old) in the restaurant fighting and yelling and it took the staff about 45 minutes to call the police and kick them out. Food was cold and again the order was wrong. Would not spend a dime here ever again. Corporate needs to shut this location down immediately. read more

I ate here many many years ago and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwich was totally raw in the middle. We told the waitress. They offered a small discount on our ticket as a resolution. I wasn't hungry after I realized I bit into a raw chicken breast. I have only been back once because a friend wanted to go and I chose not to eat anything while I was there because I couldn't stomach the thought after the raw chicken ordeal. I just left this location and I can say that was one of the most ridiculous experiences I've had a restaurant. We were sat and had a server greet us to say she would be right with us. No short of 20 minutes later, she had still not returned/taken our drink orders despite the fact she had walked past us multiple times. I would love to say which server she was, but after 20 minutes we had still not even gotten as far as an introduction. B-dubs is always good. The issue with this one seems to be the issue at many of them...crappy service. My bartender was not attentive after getting my order. I sat there for at least 15 minutes waiting to get my check. She served all of her regulars and cleaned up the bar after them and I was finished before any of them. They just don't care what you think or how their actions make you feel bc they don't care. They don't use hairnets because I've found hair in my food multiple times including right now. (Which led me to write this review).
